    I have used a few shipping companies and getting quotes from many of them and I found the best prices and good customer services with **********************, the shipping time is very good, they have transported me over 6 cars so far, thanks *****, highly recommended

    The transportation company Broadway Auto Transport picked up my vehicle in less than 24 hours and had the car delivered the auto to my front door less than 24 hours after pickup. The vehicle was in great shape and the driver was courteous and pleasant to work with. This is the first vehicle I have ever shipped, opted to fly and drive my other 2 long distance purchases of a Victory Kingpin and Galdiator. I would definitely do business with Broadway Auto Transport again.

    Absolutely terrible business practices. They gave me a quote to move my car, which stated $700 and no up front payments. This was 6 days before my pickup date. I asked if this was accurate and they confirmed they could do it for this price and it included everything. I had no confirmed pickup date until the the day before I requested and kept confirming they are sure they can do it. They tell me yes, wont be an issue. The day before pickup, they give me a story that they can only only find one driver, its now $1,200 and the driver wants $200 up front. 70% increase!! They are supposed to be experts that I can rely on for a reasonable quote. On top of that, they only shared a picture of the drivers driver license. I had to ask for the company name, and didnt receive a phone number of the driver until i called customer service and also 10 min before he arrived at the pickup. In a time when car thefts are at a peak, this situation had me extremely stressed. Once I made sure I had my car, I requested customer service refund me the $350 up front fees to at least bring the price increase down to 20% and acknowledge they did a bad job. They only offered $100, which I did not accept and they would not agree they were wrong. Id rather inform others than take the joke offer of $100. Hopefully people will see this and avoid this business that is not concerned about your money or satisfaction.

    SCAM, horrible customer service! Constantly called me to schedule my transportation with them and once I did and gave them the deposit it went down hill from there. Very had to get a hold of and kept giving me the run around about my transport and then stopped responding when requesting updates and I have been unable to get refund for a trip they could not find a driver for.

    My first experience with shipping a car so I was totally unprepared for how it works. I had so many calls and emails from so many companies after asking for a quote and was overwhelmed. After researching how it works, reviewing BBB ratings, many conversations with Broadway, I signed contract and paid deposit. The price they quoted was doubled in the end, but my understanding is that is common when shipping to and from urban locations. They did offer to refund my deposit if I found a cheaper price. I do appreciate their patience and was totally satisfied with the pickup and delivery.

    Amazing service provided by **** at Broadway Auto. I was told it would take car would take 7 days received the car in 4 days. I truly recommend their service to anyone needing to transport a car.

    **** was a pleasure to work with. I needed my truck delivered for my dad in time for Fathers Day with a 48-hour turnaround time and **** did not disappoint! He was super responsive and accommodating through the entire process. I did not want to take a chance on a non-reputable company just for a cheaper quote and risk a delay or damage in transit and I couldnt be happier I chose Broadway Auto Transport. Highly recommend for top tier service!

    Broadway Transport delivered a vehicle from *********************** to ***************. The driver picked our vehicle up and was very careful pulling it on the truck carrier. The vehicle was delivered to our home in ** in perfect condition.We were very satisfied with the driver and the service. We plan to use this service again.
