    I have asked ***** Broadway Auto transport to stop texting me about my needs for shipping a car. Since my first inquiry, I have been in a collision, and am now unable to drive, therefore will not be needing a car, and therefore no need to transport a car. I have communicated my situation, that I do not need their business, but they continue to harass me.

    I use Broadway Transport from ********** to *******. I was super nervous because my car is new also its a lease . I delt with **** as my broker and I can say he was AMAZING !!! I was so intense talking to him because I was super nervous . He felt that and went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. My car left at 3:00pm on Wednesday while I was on my flight heading to *******. My car arrived Thursday the next day at 3 :30pm . I was shocked I was expecting the following day . Thank you again **** its ashame I dont know your last name for making this experience perfect.

    I used Broadway because they were BBB accredited. They quoted me 1200 with 200lbs of belongings to ship a car by a specific date. I contracted with them and days later they gave me an option for a cost of 18-1900. I declined and they reported it was looking to be much higher than quote. To ship my car by the due date I eventually had to pay 1700 plus 3 day late fee for storage given they werent able to arrange transport by the promised date. They simply couldnt get it done for the quoted value, I never received an option to ship for the 1200. Then when the trucker showed up he wouldnt take the car unless I paid him 300 because I had belongings in the car. I reported back to broadway and they said I shouldve told them I had belongings in the car and offered no assistance even though the quote included 200 pounds of belongings. I would never use this company again and do not recommend them. In the end I paid 2050 for a 1200 quoted shipment that left 3 days later than promised.

    This was my first time shipping a car, so the process was unknown to me. ***** from Broadway Auto transport was very helpful, explain the process in detail, considering I had some unique situations with a car that I was shipping. ***** also did a great job finding a carrier to meet my needs, as well as a great price and fitting my time schedule. I would not hesitate to use Broadway again if the need should arise, that I need to ship another car. Thank you *****, well done!

    This company was very helpful for my transport...I told them my price range to transport my ***** Element from ********** to ***** and they gave me a convenient price...they also kept in touch with me where my vehicle was each time I reached out to them...very open & honest communication and a very good company to do business with...I'd use them again if I need to.

    I contacted this company on April 9th for a April 19th pickup, as my husband I were moving out of state. I spoke to a man named ****, signed a contract stating to pay them a deposit of $150 and then the rest in cash upon delivery. He also stated that he would contact me on April 15th to let me know of the driver who they chose would be at my home on the 19th and let me know timing and such. I heard nothing. I contacted him on the 19th around 11:15am asking for an update as I had still not heard anything. He said he would get back to me in 20 minutes. Around 7:30pm that night , still not contact, I tried calling many times and no one answered. The number they give to call on the website, is a fake number and doesnt go through. I attempted many times to call **** directly and my calls were ignored. Our plans to leave super early on Saturday were delayed because **** refused to answer any of my calls or texts.I emailed the company, tried calling the number given online as well. I kept getting excuses that they couldnt find a driver, and to give him an hour to figure it out. It took all day for me to finally tell him I wanted my order canceled with proof my money back. He told me I would have my money back on Saturday but, surprise, he kept making excuses. Sunday rolls around and the same thing, it only took me threatening to report the business for him to finally agree to send me my money. His excuse was you cant Zelle or Venmo on a Sunday- which is not true. But again, surprise! They dont send the money until Monday. I found this company so unprofessional, a huge lack of communication and customer service, and downright a scam. The Zelle payment came in from Safeeds , so unsure if they all work together or not. I have all proof of messages with time stamps to show lack of customer care or consideration and contract still in case he decides to tell me I was never in the system like I saw on previous reviews. So happy I found a better company to transport my car

    ******************* was amazing at helping to have my vehicle transported. He even went in on his off day to make sure an issue was resolved, which I appreciate so much. He was very efficient and responsive when I had questions. I cant thank him enough for his customer service!
