They are a bunch of crooks. They charged me 2 times for property tax on my lease and then tried to tell me again that I needed to pay the property tax which was already $1500. They wanted to argue with me and tell me that I am still responsible for the property tax that I already paid last month and the month before. They app showed no payment due for July. They customer service rep was more worried about the fact that I said a curse word than trying to fix this problem, that they caused. Who knows what they will do next month. BE WARNED DON"T DO BUSINESS WITH CHASE FOR AUTO LOANS/LEASES.

I filed a claim for a duplicate transaction. Initially in filing the complaint, I was told I would receive the funds within 24 hours of the posted date. 48 hours later I called to see why the funds were not credited to my account and the representative informed me that’s it’s actually 24-48 hours. 72 hours later I call back for an explanation and was then told the latest I would receive the money by July 19th. I originally called on the 6th of July. I’ve been lied to by multiple representatives and in the middle of a crises. Of course when I need my money the most, Chase was no help. Even after my husband and I spent years banking with them. We will be closing all 4 accounts based on the false information I was provided.

Awful. Closed my account without warning or any reasoning and wouldn’t tell me anything in regards to why.

I have been having a hard time trying to recover my Chase banking information after frequent fraud activity has been happening to my account without receiving notification. My account has been locked for 3 weeks now causing me to run out of money... They have canceled all my automatic payments on my credit card transactions, water and electricity bill that now I'm over due still haven't been paid, along with now having to pay late fees. Under locking my account hackers still managed to get into my account and hacked it again... I keep receiving copies of empty checks ($12,000 to be exact) that Chase keeps accepting and Chase hasn't done anything to help me recover my banking information. I have received notification of hackers trying to ***** money out of my account and changing my passwords, using didn't devices yet it still "locked" It's to the point where my credit score will be ruined due to this bank not taking action so I can recover my account. I had to borrow money in order to pay my rent because Chase again denied the automatic transaction. This is extremely humiliating and stressful!

All rhetoric. I met (via phone) with a banker who informed me that the Special Purpose Credit Program for business owners is, in fact not special and applies to all businesses. She repeated this several times. When the program is noted as being quite different in the articles reported by JP Morgan. I completed a form to be contacted for more information from their business development team and never heard anything.
It looks impressive to have this information on your website announcing the programs but if they are just rhetoric, it's useless and does not help the image of the company.

My bank was bought by JPM Chase, and when accessing my new online account I found old personal information from when I was a Chase customer YEARS AGO! Is it legal for JPM Chase to store my personal info, without my consent, for ~20 years, as a non-Chase customer ?
Because I couldn't change the info online or over the phone, I was told by their customer service that I had to go physically to the bank. Here's what happened:
The teller couldn't locate my account with my driver's license. So had I provided my SS#. My account was under my FORMER name YEARS AGO. ******/teller's colleague: YOU must have changed your name two years ago. ME: No. I didn't. Do you have the info that my former bank sent you ? It wouldn't have had that last name.
After waiting in the lobby for 15 mins., I went to ******'s office - he invited a trainee to listen onto the conversation - after verifying myself again with my driver's license, he updated the telephone numbers. He also updated the name - I didn't ask him to do this.
When I reached for my driver's license, he said: I need to scan that. I asked: Why ? It was scanned at my former bank and Chase should have a copy of it, right ? I'm not giving you my driver's license to scan.
I asked about depositing money from Canada. He said he would get the paperwork for that and returned with the Personal Signature Card ?? I asked: What is this for ? He said: you need to sign this for the changes made. I read form. It didn't refer to any changes and that I'm agreeing to open an account ??? Why did he want me to sign something that wasn't true ??? I only agreed to sign it after crossing out all of the language and wrote that I'm only agreeing to sign with the telephone number changes. I still don't understand why he wasn't upfront with everything. From trying to keep my driver's license, accusing my former bank of providing my old personal info, to lying about why I needed to sign a formal bank document.
It's upsetting to be treated this way.

The worst experience ever disputing a service purchase. I had to provide an insane amount of evidence to include paying for second opinions, calling dealerships, and in the end it wasn’t specific enough and they requested and mandated that I readjust the letter and documents. They asked all those three days prior to the deadline, the Chase employee that handled my case was absolutely despicable and shouldn’t be in charge of anything related to “helping” people. Don’t bank with them, they don’t care about you.

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with Chase's handling of fraudulent transactions involving a bank customer. Despite immediate reporting and extensive communication efforts, Chase has callously refused to return $1600 and $1499.99 fraudulently transferred to a Chase credit card, insisting on an unreasonable requirement for both the victim and the fraudster to be on the phone simultaneously—a condition that is insensitive and impractical. Despite numerous emails and faxes detailing the fraudulent activity and pleading for cooperation, Chase's responses have been either dismissive or non-existent, demonstrating a lack of empathy and understanding of the situation. In a recent conversation, Chase representatives flatly stated they won’t act without both parties present, effectively denying the victim the justice she deserves. This contrasts sharply with the swift and customer-focused responses of other financial institutions. For example, **** ** ******* promptly resolved a similar case, returning funds without unnecessary conditions. It is perplexing why Chase cannot adopt a similar approach to rectify this unjust situation with urgency. This ordeal has been distressing for the victim, exacerbating financial distress and reflecting poorly on Chase’s commitment to ethical conduct and customer service. Having exhausted all avenues for resolution, we are compelled to escalate this matter publicly, urging Chase to reconsider its stance and promptly return the stolen funds.

I secured a home in western **. Three years later, I got a deduction out of my Checking Account from the **** ****** branch of Chase Bank. The box was only utilized for a week until I drew the funds and put them into my Chase Savings, to have a cashiers check for 39K for down payment on my new home in **. Time elapsed until I seen $97 was deducted fro my account in ** for failing to return the keys and close the box. I called them and notified both branches about my situation. I recovered the keys In order for me to refunded, and to stop having the $97 dollars taking out of my account every year, I need a "Power of Attorney present at the ** branch for the document to be signed in their presence. I am alone, and have to ties there anymore, and I am sure, nobody would want to take on that responsibility; if I did. I would need to travel 450 miles away just to close the box. very unreasonable ultimatum. Their policies are over zealous, over rigid, and is not tailored for people who are immobile. I cant even have statement from my local branch surrendering the keys, I sign a waver to cancel the box, notarized, and sent that, and the keys through interoffice mail; remotely to my previous branch in ****  ****** **, ******* *******."No I have to be their branch office in person," and I have NO Power of Attorney. I am a lone in this world. They are really giving me a hard time closing out the box. I haven't got the health, and the means of driving out there to ** just to have safe deposit box closed. They are, discriminatory as far as my mobility, and unfair, and tyrannical policies restrict people in my position, that have accessibility problems, I was contacted by their "complaint department to be told the same ultimatum. Totally useless agents, and customer service.
