      If I could choose no stars I would. This bank sneaks in fees that aren't in your paperwork on top of fees that I have never been charged before.$4.95 to keep my checking open $7.50 to use a atm at a store!!! Unbelievable I am going to keep my older account that has never done this the fees are ridi had I know I would not have used the card at all!

      I have been calling and filing complaints for 3 months to get my email address updated in the system. I have 5 accounts and account notices are going to an old email address that my former employer has access to. No one can apparently fix this, and no one seems to think it's an issue enough to follow up. I call, wait on hold for 30 minutes to get transferred to the IT tech team where I wait on hold for another 30 minutes to open a case where they claim they will "follow up within 2 hours" and no response ever comes. This has been going on for months. It's a waste of my time, rude, and a security issue that they don't care about.

      Chase bank is the worst. They just closed my account and made my credit drop because I am not one of the Americans living in their credit cards under the horrible Bidenomic economy. I use y credit WISELY. **** chase bank. They are the worst and this is the 3rd time in 8 years they have ******* me over. I will NEVER bank with them again!

      SO DISAPPOINTED! We have been banking w chase for yrs & my parents & grandparents. They suggested WEPAY for our small business to collect payment fr customers & WEPAY is a scam! It’s fraud! Chase is endorsing a scam that takes advantage of their own customers & then conveniently says they’re no longer affiliated w WEPAY once WEPAY holds & keeps your payments! WEPAY offers no customer service # of their own & google refers you to chase customer service who takes zero responsibility even though chase is the one encouraging their customers to use WEPAY

      I would love to give them 0 stars. I deposited a check via mobile deposit from my new job. When I looked the check didn't hit. I used this before with another company. They told me on the phone that I would have the money today. This was false. I told them I did this with another job and the money was there in 10-15 minutes. They told me that this is the first check from this company so I had to wait. I asked them why I didn't have this problem with the first check from another company. They refused to answer why that didn't happen and this was the first check from this company. I will be going to another bank from now on. I'm debating on considering the fact that they are withholding the money as theft. I will not recommend chase bank as they are just going to steal your money.

      Don't believe the offers you see online. Was told about a 0 monthly fee *************************************************************. Yet when trying to redem this option it wasn't available. Then calling in I was told I should be happy that they offered me anything.

      I deposited a check that I got for my car. I was told it would be available in 4 days, come to find out they put a 9 day hold on it. I called the line to get it released, they said their "system" put a hold on it and there was no human being in the company who can override it. As soon as I get my money, I'm taking my business elsewhere.

      Chase employs outsourced customer service, instructing their support staff not to issue refunds for fees or attempt to adjust bank or credit card charges whenever feasible. Called support multiple times this past month (may and June 2024) to close unauthorized *** credit card. Only after conversing with several customer support agents over 1.5 hours today and threatening to file a complaint, I finally connected with a representative based in America who addressed my concerns regarding reversal of all fees, for credit card that was issued and used with out me activating it because I never received it.
      I have to note that in particular, its with their *** Credit Cards. (personal and business) *** thinks their customers are idiots, by offering them 150K points which have a inflationary redemption or conversion rate than normal credit cards... so its not just not worth it, but operates like a scam.

      On Saturday, June 8, 2024 my husband and I visited Chase branch at *** **** ***** ***** **** *****. We came in to complete the following items:
      1. Notarize a one-page document for my husband’s retirement selection.
      2. Open a new checking account where we planned to consolidate all of our retirement funds as pensions from corporate, social security, 401K, and investment.
      At the branch, we saw a few customers being helped by tellers and others by personal bankers. We waited in line to see a teller and asked who can notarize one document. This teller name is ******* *******. She told us that she is the only person who has a notary stamp at the branch that day, but that we have to wait. We waited another 25 minutes and were subsequently called to one of the offices. I politely asked ******* why it took so long. In response, she became upset, said that she would not do anything for us and left the room. Seems like today the teller make decision with customer to serve. Tomorrow ******* ******* will decide to which customer allow money withdrawal or which to not. Would you trust this bank?

      Unfortunately for me
      I had written out check to a business, the employee that received the check altered the pay to order to themselves, deposited via phone app, and the bank cleared it.
      JPMC has confirmed it as legal tender, and I cannot dispute the transaction. I'm now at the mercy of the company to return my $3,000.
      That's unfortunate that jpmc cannot reverse this change. Seeking new bank
