I opened a savings account with ******** **** Chase branch on January 11th 2025. My first statement showed zero balance. I've spent over 40 hours in 3 months (now 4/25/2025) and the manager still says she can't find my money. Chase closed my account for lack of funds in February. Run-around and no one taking responsibility. Manager ******** says she doesn't dispute I opened an account with $300, she just can't find it or figure out what happened or return my money. I would like my money returned to me. Now. this has gone on too long. I'm disappointed in Chase.

I am customer at J.P. Morgan Chase Bank, I experience fraud on my account on April 3, 2025.
I had an appointment in Queens, New York on Thursday April 3, 2025, and after my appointment, I went to ****** Supermarket at ** ***** ***** ******* *** in **** ***** **** to buy some groceries to take with me to New Jersey where I reside. My time stamp I swipe the card was at 11:57 am.
At 12:04pm I had an alert on my phone they took $400.00 and another alert at 12:05pm in which someone took $200.00 from my saving and at 12:06pm another alert they took $100.00 from my checking. All these transactions happened in ******** Blvd at the chase branch in ******** ****. At that time, I had already swiped my metro card at the train station at **** ****** ** ******* ****. I immediately went on my chase app and lock my card. I called chase right away alerting them, someone is taking money from my accounts.
When I spoke to a chase representative in the claims department, they had told me a man had called on my behalf on March 27, 2025, requesting a card and it was sent to my house. I did not give anyone the authority to call without my consent to request a card and chase did not send me an alert.
I never received a card that I wasn’t aware of. I had my chase debit card with me the hold time and my card is old you can even see the numbers. I don’t share my pin number or my card. Chase is claiming I took my own money, but that is not the case. I work hard for my money for some hacker to come and take my Identity and my money. . I am going to fight to the end to prove to them it wasn’t me. I will take this to court. I am not going to stop until chase gives me my money back. I will also contact *** so they can pull the video that proves I was at the train station when these transactions took place.

I got scammed by ***** ****** in las Vegas for 900.00 my bank is soposed to have my money insured but when I brought it to they’re attention I was profiled and discriminated against by one guy a British accent guy that told me in previous call about another issue that he knows all about mental illness and such I’ve never been insulted so much in my life then this incident I provided proof after the fact because they would not accept it before the investigation so they sided with ***** ****** on the 900.00 they scammed while I provided proof to this guy who had it in his mind anyway that mental illness is why I’m trying to inquire where my funds are stereotyped right off the bat every time I talk to this guy I was so insulted I took my money out of bank and going somewhere where they care if the customer is getting ripped off and a institution that doesn’t help the criminal steal I’ve never been so insulted in my life I’ll never do business with them again they help the criminal steal your money and stereotype everyone this town is bad for that still insulted and ripped off by both companies

tried to make a with draw with a copy of my passport was told I need to forms of ID . I did not have another form. Manager ******* was very rood . I told her I could give them balance an DD info on the account still was rude then she said she would send me a link to my phone to verify. then another teller started to be rood and interrupting me they told me to leave.
there are several different ways that could have been handled.I will be closing my accounts I do have other banking options they seem to not care if the customers are happy or not. it is our money we should not have to get this frustrated trying to get it. I go to several other branches in the ********* are never have an issue

no stars, been a customer of Chase for at least 2 decades, only now have run into Chase's deal breaking inconsistencies.
i was added to an account that I had been managing for 3 years upon my father's passing, when I was added, my father's name was removed and we lost ALL his bill pay payees and ***** recipients, not only am i having to re-enter them all, but Chase is telling me to add them under my other profile, this is unacceptable, and I am repetitively having to reconfirm my identity EVERY time I try to log in to my mother's profile to conduct business. Don't do business with Chase, CSR's will introduce themselves as supervisors and then can't get anything done. I had a CSR tell me there were no notes in the sytem concerning my issues, which I know was a lie since a previous CSR said he could could see the history of our issues over the past week & ½.
Chase = perpetual frustrations. Although confirmed multiple times to manage and do business for my mother's account, Chase now seems to need me to call them and conference in my mother any time I use their online system with the desire to transact their online services

Chase misrepresented the interest penalty on a CD, I deposited over 100k and we clearly explained to Chase that we need the funds to be liquid as we were in the midst of purchasing a house. Chase said the early withdrawal would be one month' interest which we were fine with. After almost nine months and just a few days to maturity we withdrew the funds. The new Chase representative deducted over $2,800 in penalties instead of the one month. I have been banker for over forty years, I would have never placed funds in the CD knowing that as my other savings account at another bank earned just as much as the CD. Chase took advantage of two seniors, we complained but just received a bogus investigation from India. The Branch offered nothing. They are a greedy NY bank and misrepresent themselves with terms hidden in dozens of pages of account agreements they supply on you on way out.
