      My bank account was hacked into recently. Needless to say, I was upset. Called the 800 number for Chase and was helped by the first person I spoke with. At first, she had to call me back, which I thought was odd, but she did all the ***** and cross-referencing over the phone with me. She was great and it took close to an hour. She, ****** then proceeded to connect me with someone from the ******************* They didn't know a thing, thus I went to my branch office and was given wonderful service by Mariangel. Overall, what was a mess was cleared ** in a few hours and ****** made sure I received my new chase card -- delivered to my door -- less than 24 hours later.

      2nd time Chase made an error on my account. Amount of ***** was deducted twice on my account. I was given a temporary credit on 7-27-22 for ***** and reversed back to bank 7-27-22. On 7-28-22 I received a credit from ******* for *****. On August 5th another ***** was taken out of my account leaving a negative balance. I called 3 times trying to get this corrected and was informed that ***** was only taken out once. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me. Being that my account showed reverse on 8-5-22 the system took the money back again. The Rep only show the money was only taken out once. I will never deal with this bank again

      I have **** accounts in variant ****s and I was always thinking about opening a checking account in Chase, but every time I think about it I read a lot of bad reviews so I kept delaying until I did open one last month and it was the worst experience ever with any ****. Since morning I was trying to connect or reach to any one over the phone and every time she/he transfers me to a different department which starts the same circle of the same questions and sometimes they keep me waiting then they hung up the phone (happened more than 3 times in a single day). Let alone connecting you account to ************ or ******* ******, it is pain in the neck. I have an account with **** ** ******* and never have these issues.

      The absolute worst bank for a mortgage. Horrible communication, no concept of how a real estate transaction works. Buyer beware of choosing JPMorgan Chase for a mortgage Seller beware of accepting an offer when JPMorgan Chase is the Lender. In the 22 years I have worked in the real estate industry, I have never encountered such nonsense.

      Do not use Chase Small Business for your small business. I opened an account two weeks ago, deposited the $2000 required, and never have received my debt card as told. I attempted to log into my bank account and was locked out "due to suspected fraud". After 5 hours on the phone, talking to 8 people, from the ************************************* and eventually ********************** The **************** said that there was a discrepancy with my address and I needed to go into a bank location to verify from address. The problem with that is, the closest location is an hour and a half away. Why offer online services to open an account but then require customers to go into the bank? After being transferred from person to person on the phone and threatening to close my account, I was told that an "exception" was put in to allow me to fax in proof of address. I was told a specific document was "more than acceptable". After faxing the document over, I was told to call back to make sure it was received. I was then transferred to three different people, finally someone in the ********************** He was not only rude and short with me, he told me that the exception would not work and that particular document (and official IRS document with the address on it) would not suffice. After several hours of attempting to resolve the issue, I was not helped and told that I needed to go into a location to close my account and get my $2000 back. Chase Small Business is holding my money hostage for "**** business days" to close the account and then they will send me a cashier's check to the ADDRESS THAT I WAS UNABLE TO VERIFY! Tell me this makes sense. I normally understand that a large business like Chase needs to make sure they verify identity, but after talking with 8 people, giving them every bit of information to verify my account including EIN tax number, my social security number, birthday, and address, I was still unable to verify what they needed. Do not use Chase.

      Regards to my car title did not receive it yet paid off my car back on April 19 *************************************************************************************************************** there name is still on the title as the lienholder so I can't registered it under my name until they take their name off they already sent me a lien satisfied letter but this letter is not valid according to DMV we sent a duplicate title to send back but still waiting it don't take this long to remove there name off a title. I have papers they send and the second part notary expired they are located in ****** **.

      JPMorgan Chase deserves zero stars. They are a horrible mortgage company. As a new condo owner, I asked a question regarding homeowner insurance. Since the customer service agent didn't now the answer, he promised to call me at a later date but assured me that the renewal premium would be paid. Well, I thought nothing more of the conversation until I received notice from the insurance company stating the account was past due and the policy had lapsed. I couldn't understand how it was possible because taxes and homeowners insurance come directly out of an escrow account, so I inquired. The Chase customer service agent stated" because I raised a question, they withheld payment." What?! I was never informed that could happen or that this was their policy. How is this legal? Because the insurance lapsed, I had to pay a much higher premium and the mortgage payment increased too. Ouch! I spoke to the manager/ other customer service agents all who were unapologetic and unsympatheic. This company is very unprofessional and uneducated in policies/customer service.

      First off I was scammed for $1653. Now after a long week and several phone calls I finally found someone to fix this problem of being scammed. Directly after the scam was resolved I went to chase bank in ******** ** to pull out $792 that was credited to my account. First they tried to close my account and take the $225 bonus back and only give me $567. Finally I asked to speak to the manager and she closed my accounts gave me the whole $792 with an ungrateful attitude I continued asking why they called security up to the counter by me and asked why they had to close my accounts and I was told it was a family oriented business. Then I was told I can bank anywhere but at chase. So they escorted me off the property without explanation and closed my personal, my 2 investment accounts, and my business account without my permission or authority and the response to my asking why I was told they don't want to get into it right now. I don't recommend this bank to anyone and you should never judge a book by its cover. Just because I'm covered in tattoos does not mean I need to be treated as if I'm going to rob a bank or commit a crime. I don't appreciate being treated as I have been.Stay far away from the judgmental.and ungrateful bank.

      The worsr bank ever. I sent a check by mail for my mortgage and it was actually stolen from the mailbox. The person altered the check and the bank pay the check in a day. I noticed the fraudulent check almost immediately and call them to stop it to which they say it was not possible. A check that is obviously altered. Really? I had to call 6 different times and visit a branch for my claim about the fraud to be open. Knowing this was a fraud, they charge me an overdraft fee and would not remove it until the claim status is resolved. Worst bank ever. No protection at all. They do not look ou for their customers. I would be closing all my accounts as soon as they give me my money back.

      If i can give 0 stars i would. I filed a dispute for a charge thought went through and was told i would be created back within 24 hours, which never happened. I called back the next day and was told i would be receiving my credit August 1st. Come today and i still never received my credit, call Chase and they tell me the charge never went through and there was no need for a credit, excuse me? I had to go through 2 agents to speak with an unhelpful supervisor ****** who kept saying the same thing. Chase only takes your money and cant credit anything back when a charge goes through. For anyone wanting to bank with them, DONT, i will be ending all accounts with Chase and going to a better bank that actually cares about their members. 0 Star rating for Chase.

      Terrible customer service as well, not a single agent can say the same thing and they will give you the run around. Terrible experience all around, after my 5 years with Chase this was the final straw as the repeat to screw up every time there is an issue.
