      I had a perfect payment history on my credit card $3000 credit limit. I only had 200 to pay off paying something on every week and they close my account they get a -5 that is -5 out of five horrible no logic I’m really gonna try to get out of Chase Bank I mean and never go back to horrible bank horrible service. Everything about Chase bank is horrible Will not recommend it. If you’re thinking about Chase Bank don’t think about it. They are a horrible horrible bank

      The Chase in ***** ******* ** ***** ********* it's absolutely changed. I never wrote a review for someone for my 27 years being in US but the new manager she's absolutely horrible customer service she doesn't deserve to be there and she should be checked by Chase. she's very very unprofessional. Rude I think her name is ********* because I won for the first time there and saw her with my ID which end up is never been expired and she didn't let me deposit and closed all our accounts. This is unheard of an unreal from her side, but I'm gonna take action because I have approved my driver license since it was never.

      I had a hotel booking with Chase Travel. The hotel refused to check in us because they didn't allow check in after 9pm. But chase travel didn't tell us this information! So we spent 2 hours looking for another hotel at 10pm, and paid hundreds of more dollars. After the trip, we contacted chase travel, and they asked ourselves to contact the hotel for refund...

      Chase does not protect from fraud!! Be careful with this bank its big name is not cooked up to what it’s claimed to be. Their claims department reps and management are rude and not so helpful and will blame YOU for not catching things when they are supposed to provide protection on our accounts. My banking information was provided without my authorization and Chase Claims Department won’t assist on unauthorized charges. You should be ashamed of yourselves taking advantage of hard working families! Evie is the Claims Department Manager who poorly recited their standard textbook phrase and shoved our problem off like nothing.

      I had an auto loan through JPMCB and had signed up for the auto pay. For whatever reason, it didn't work, but no one ever reached out to me about it and repoed me. while trying to figure out a solution, the head of the department told me that this is a accruing issue. Even then they still refuse to work with me. They say they're here for the customers and that is clearly not the case. i am unimpressed with the service i have been given and the way I was treated even when told that this was an accruing issue

      My two siblings and I have been fighting JP Morgan for two months to get beneficiary checks from my deceased mother's account. Every time one of us calls, either a new issue arises or an old issue comes around to stop things up again. One of my siblings and I have both had to resubmit the JPMorgan form 3 times. My sisters submitted theirs directly through a Chase Bank branch at the same time, yet JPMorgan would only receive one or the other, not both. I did miss filling in one portion on my form initially, but resubmitted a corrected form over a month ago and was told the updated form had been received and was no longer a problem. On a call 8 days ago, I was told everything was in order, the account was liquidating, and to give them 5-7 days for dispersion. Today's call found it to be on hold again as they had lost the information I had fixed over a month ago.
      There are two main areas where they fall short of even marginal customer service. The first is that their representatives are not allowed to have any outbound communication. They wait for the customer to contact them. I submitted my paperwork two months ago and waited 4 weeks without a response. It was only when I called them that I found out there was an issue with my paperwork. I was given paper copies of the form and filled it out by hand then sent in as scanned images. It wasn't until I called 4 weeks later that I found out they only accepted PDF files. One simple response to my email could have straightened that out. But every issue is that way. There's no sign of an issue until I call to see why I haven't received the disbursement check yet.
      The second area is they won't discuss the status of other beneficiaries. I can't even find out if there's a problem one of my siblings needs to call about. They can only find out if they make their own call. At least the executor should have access to each beneficiary's status, so they know who has to contact JPMorgan to fix things. Fix your CS, JPMorgan!

      Advertising 0% pay over time plan but then charging you fees. Not willing to give you money back like other credit card companies. Highly suggest ******** or ******* *** instead.

      One star is too many, but it is the lowest I can rate them. Mistakes were made by J P Morgan with an investment account of which I am a beneficiary. I have filled out the same papers over and over, answered the same questions time and again, been sent from person to person, spent much time on the phone, usually on hold, and still do not have my money. I know of others in the same situation. This goes way beyond poor customer service. I might add that when I have dealt with ****** *****, my experience was excellent.

      My bank account was hacked and all my payments are having issues going through right now. I called in to try to give a different account to run my payment through and they were not understanding or helpful. I asked to speak to a supervisor who was rude and hung up on me! Terrible terrible terrible customer service. It’s one thing to not be able to help because of policy but it is a whole different situation to hang up on a customer.
