      chase stole my late stepmother's account even though I was a co-owner. First, the excuse was that they needed 6 months to make sure the deceases didn't owe anything to the government. As if it was any other **********  business. Then - 6 months later - they told me that the account was closed and refused to proved a statement or ANY information pertaining to the matter. Yes, I could go to court but fighting a pig in mud...

      They are very disrespectful, disgusting, and dishonest. They need to lose their jobs and businesses. They canceled me because I am a white woman. I am a United States citizen and they told me that I am too “privileged” to apply for a loan.

      Someone hacked my account and called and verified it wasn’t me. Was told to go to local branch to reopen closed accounts. Drove 2 hours and reopened one account open other the next day got off work to login message appeared stating account was blocked called now their telling me I can never bank with them again I said I’ve been with y’all almost 2 years and because someone tried to hack my account yall punishing me for something someone else tried to do. I would never promote them to anyone and I hope people read our complaints before banking with them .

      Thieves not showing me to make to my vendors. The hardest to get a hold off any customer service agent. Terrible bank

      I opened an account with the intuition of depositing a check. Until there all good; a few days later, chase sent a message where the check issuer information couldn't be verified. Called and was told the "tool they use for verification couldn't verify the number on the check and I should be the one verifying for Chase if the check issuer was an accredited law firm in order for the funds to be unblocked." Didn't do it because that is a liability for me and is the bank's duty to do so. I didn't do it because I had no idea what information they needed. And, I was told, if I couldn't do it, my account would be closed and a check or checks with the remaining balance would be issued and sent to my home address. The account was then closed on December 3rd, 2024. After three weeks, I didn't receive any checks. I had to call people that were not involved or knew about anything to seek advice in what to do. Between calls and messages around, I spent 2 hours over the phone where a Chase customer service agent had the audacity of telling me "The check didn't have any information from the law firm or the lawyer who signed the check and that's why you still haven't received any checks." Since my tolerance for incompetence was running very low, I thanked and hanged up and called again and got someone over the phone who solved the problem in 30 MINUTES!!! Round 1 - they had all the necessary information, they only needed to confirm the phone number on the check was legitimate, he called the law firm to corroborate all the information on the check, and it was done. After that, funds were released and checks were issued. Yet, on "round 2" I only got one check. A missing portion of the total amount I deposited, still no where to be found. I called back to see what is going on, and basically was told to keep calling to see if they have some information regarding that. Otherwise, you have to wait. I should have done my due diligence before going to Chase. Don't recommend at all.

      If I could give 0 start I would.
      Horrible customer service. I had to call many times and escalate the case. Each time tell me to wait 7-10 business days. And it had been 3 months, still not able to resolve the issue. We all have other things to do, wasting time to call and wait , and especially this gonna bug me and put lots reminders in my calendar to call back. After I use all my points, I will stay away from Chase, and not recommend it to all my friends and families. Bye

      The are becoming SO BAD .... to make a dispute you fill out the forms and at the end they are like Please Call us ... when i buy stuff internationally HALF the times the cc just does not work with no error message ... and starting today I CANNOT LOG IN ... they sent me a EIGHT DIGIT otp text code ... 8 ... which is hard to remember. I typed the code in ... then they said i need to call in to verify my identity .... I call in ... and the indian guy did not know how to move forward, clicking NEXTwas not doing anything. Then the indian guy wanted to RESET MY PASSWORD for absolutely no reason whatsoever. VERY VERY VERY hard to work with chase and i spend SO MUCH MONEY ON THEIR STUPIUD CREDIT CARD ...

      I was invited to open a business account, and approved. Despite this, and having other accounts with Chase, and having THOSE accounts linked to non-Chase accounts, Chase is now blocking all deposits into my new business account. They claim they can't "authenticate" the incoming transfer, which is an obvious lie. They're making it impossible to use the new account because I can't fund it.

      Absolutely horrible service provider!!! Here is the situation: I have property tax office in ***** ***** County as one of my payees in my online Chase account. I issued payment request for property taxes on December 6, i.e. before December 10 deadline. The funds were gone from my account immediately and then I didn't have any ability to trace where they are going and how they are managed. The check for property taxes was delivered only on DECEMBER 17 according to the property tax office records. I was hit with delinquent tax fee as a result of almost 2K. I tried to call Chase to figure out how is it possible, who is responsible and how did it happen. What did they do with almost 20K of my money for almost 2 weeks??? No explanation!!! The women on the phone told me that they are not responsible for how long it takes to deliver the check because they use third party for check delivery. And who is responsible??? No explanation what they did in the meantime with the funds, nothing, nada! What a horrible attitude. No: "we are sorry about this situation", no: "we will investigate what happened". Very rude reply: "we are not responsible".
      That's it! I request investigation of the situation and what happened to 20K of my money for 2 weeks!!! Please help since I wasn't able to get any answers. --Thank you in advance.
