      I was mailed an unrequested debit card from this "Bank". I have read numerous other complaints on the site here and it appears that they are either doing this as some sort of shady business process or allow anyone to open an account in any other person or entities name with little to no process of confirmation.I would like any account that was opened in mine or my businesses name to be closed immediately,

      On June 4, 2025, I received a North One debit card in the mail that I did not apply for. There's no number to call on the back of the card and I didn't see a customer service phone number on their website to call.

      I received an unsolicited NORTH ONE business debit card in the mail addressed to my maiden name which I have not used in nearly TEN YEARS. This account needs to be flagged as FRAUD and CLOSED immediately.

      I received a North One Business Debit card in the mail that I did not apply for. I have never even heard of this company. They list "phone numbers" on their website, but when trying to call and speak to someone, you get an automated message... "Thanks for the call. Configure your numbers voice url to change this message. Let us know if we can help you in any way during your development" and then it hangs up on you. I am assuming this is a scam, or somebody has stolen my identity to open up an account. I received an email back from someone at this supposed company wanting me to take a picture of the information on the card and send it to them. Absolutely not, if this is a scam then you have the card number to use at your convenience. I would absolutely love to speak to an actual human being on the phone. What type of banking/technology company doesn't have a phone line? Can you provide me with a phone number to ************ NA possibly?

      I got a debit card in the mail randomly. I feel like its a shady marketing approach based off these other complaints.I emailed them and they told me they would close the account and someone would be in touch. Seems they are letting anyone with stolen info open accounts in innocent peoples names. I would stay away from this bank. I tired to call and no good number.

      I do see you've been in touch with our team through email and they were able to provide you with some further details about this. Due to privacy laws surrounding customer information, there are things we aren't able to share with a subpoena present. That being said, a great next step for you is to contact your local law enforcement if you haven't already. They can help you to along the way.

      I have asked them to provide me the company any of the consumer reporting agency they used to verify the information submitted. They refused to tell me what service they made an inquiry before opening an account. I have requested reports from all the consumer reporting agencies I can find.  I really feel that are being extremely difficult. All they need to do is tell me where they inquired so I could have that FRADULENT inquiry deleted.  If they do not provide this info, I will take additional steps. I will be reaching to to ****, ****,any other regulatory agency they are regulated by. It would be a lot easier for them just to provide the info so that I can ensure all my records are correct. They also have not provided anything in writting as I asked for that states the deleted the inquries.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

      i asked them to provide the agency they use to check consumer info.  Not asking for any personal details. Most banks or institutions use ***********, early warning, credit reporting agencies? I need to know where they inquired on my social security or tax id.  They still refuse to provide that info.  This is not consider private information.  Im simply asking what consumer reporting agency they used to check the personal info submitted   I need to have that inquiry removed.  The police are not going to reach out to them to ask what agency they used.  I will be sharing this communication with federal regulatory agencies as other consumers need to know how difficult and how non service oriented North One is.  Based off this experience I would NEVER do business with them.  Until I receive the information so I can assure my record is corrected this issue will be unresolved.  Very simple ask here.  In the victim of fraud and they are making it worse.

      I received a refund check from NorthOne from a dispute. My account was closed so they mailed me a check. I've been to numerous ******** and check cashing places and they all couldn't cash the check. Ace Check Cashing said it's possibly fraudulent. I haven't received an email response from customer service yet.

      I was banking with NorthOne for my business and out of no where, after I had to dispute a few items, they put my account under review and then closed it right away with no explanation. Theyve been withholding my funds for over 30 days with major lack of communication and me left with out my funds. I was told I would be issued a refund check for the remaining balance and can take up to 30 days to received and weve surpassed that 30 day *****

      I received a business card from this bank that I have never spoken to or request it to open a bank account. It has my full name in it and my address. I want to know what this is about without having to share your personal information to this company called north one. As a senior citizen there are a lot of scams and this seems to be one of them especially since I have never heard of this company and do not have a business that it is claiming I have on the card.

      NorthOne has completely failed to protect my account from fraudulent transactions and is blatantly violating banking regulations. I filed a dispute on December 18, 2024, and as of February 5, 2025, I have yet to receive any reputable update or provisional credit. Instead of handling fraud cases responsibly, NorthOne outsources all disputes to a third-party company, Galileo, and claims they have no insight into the dispute process or timeline.Even more concerning, NorthOne openly states on its website that they do not issue provisional credit, which I dont understand how they can legally get away with. This directly violates the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) and Mastercards Zero Liability policy, which require financial institutions to protect customers from unauthorized transactions. By refusing to issue provisional credit, NorthOne is breaking industry standards and leaving customers financially *********** make matters worse, my account has been accessed by an unauthorized party for weeks. Every time they log in, I get kicked out of my own account. Despite reporting this critical security issue, NorthOne has done absolutely nothing to fix it.

      I am rejecting North Ones response because on Friday I notified North One Support ********* and ****** about two ATM no cash dispensed issues I had. I have not heard back from North One Support as of yet and Ive sent them numerous emails and they are blatantly ignoring my chat messages. I have provided screenshots to show that they have not responded to any of my messages and no dispute has been raised for the no cash dispensed. I also provided my drivers license so that they could change my mailing address could mail me any documentation or checks thats due to me and I have not heard back on that either. They practice very shady unethical business practices and need to be investigated which is why I involved the Comptroller of the Currency, CFPB, ************ and the **** as well.
