      No stars. Received unsolicited bank card in the mail. No phone anywhere the marketing materials. Fraud, scam, or whatever this is called due to zero access to live people. North is owned by **** ****. They are no help to resolve this fraud, scam, etc.

      We also recommend that you contact your current banks, as well as the credit bureaus to let them know that your Account may have been compromised. You'll also want to reach out to your local law enforcement and report this there.

      I found a comp complaint regarding charges on my account that were unauthorized by ********** **********. I was informed that this bank does not issue provisional credit according to a federal law. If I had known this in the beginning, I never wouldve done the business with this bank because that means someone can steal from you anytime they like and you may never get your money back. This bank does not protect this. Customer does not follow federal **** guidelines and seems to make up its own rules when it comes to banking I would not advise anyone use this bank for anything if a bank cannot protect the customer and its funds it should not be considered a bank. This is a business bank account. Theres no way that they should be able to not provide a provisional credit if you have unauthorized charges on your account.

      Regulations surrounding providing provisional credit for disputes only cover consumer bank accounts and not ********************** bank accounts; ********************** of course only offers business banking Accounts and therefore does not provide provisional credit when a dispute is filed.

      I have already told them that I did not open a bank account with them and they still havent closed the account with my name on it. I cant get a hold of anyone, it just seems like this whole bank is a scam.

      Someone opened up an account and/or debit card in my name. To be able to dispute this and find out more infiormation, you have to email them and/or the app.The idea that this account was opened fraudulently and there is no human support for this is terrible. A ********* has a dedicated phone line for fraud and you can speak with an actual human being to find out what happen,North One, step up your game and stop hiding behind a computer screen, you gutless, lazy cowards!

      They stole my money closed my accounts with thousands of dollars only sent a check for 18 bucks! I sent customer service email with no response. This bank will rip you off and steal.

      Check deposits take FOREVERRRRR! There is no where to conveniently deposit cash in my area. There are way better small business bank solutions out there. plus, with CC companies charging almost 4% for processing fees and this bank tying up checks it feels like there is no winning for small businesses. I'm switching real soon.

      I never seen anything like this happened. Someone called me from NorthOne asked me why Im not using my account. when will I be making a deposit? I didnt think nothing of it, but I told him in the next couple of days I will so I made a deposit and I went to go check my account two days later and I realized somebody did it. ACH transfer in the name. I dont even know, cant even change my password. They have no number. To call Im truly frustrated with this bank. I would never put my money in here again.

      This is the absolute worst business bank I've ever worked with. They promise all these things and do not deliver. How is an online bank live today without proper integrations to all the most useful tools like Plaid? to other banking institutions? This bank has caused me to have 2 late payments on my personal credit profile, I processed payments from here to a personal loan account and they block the payments from going there and there are no notifications what so ever. Its bad user interface, its horrible responsibility and accountability, Chat support just says they'll notify someone in the ether and do nothing about it. Would do 0 stars if I could.

      If I could make zero star rating I would! I received a Debit Card in the mail, but I NEVER applied or opened this account! Since there is ABSOLUTELY no phone number to call, I was forced to get on chat with someone. They told me to login to the app to dispute opening the account!! That makes NO sense! Someone fraudulently opened this account, I did not. Why would I set up a login to dispute that I never even applied and report fraud??

On my end, I do see that we provided our recommendations for these types of situations to share this information to your banks, specifically to notify them that your identity may have been compromised and that you can your local police department in order to receive a police report. North One does work with law enforcement and if a subpoena or other legal documentation is provided, we will cooperate.
