      It's just a gimmick. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.It offers nothing really for a small business owner. Supposed perks really aren't much of anything. DO NOT DO A MOBILE CHECK DEPOSIT!! THEY WILL KEEP IT FOR 2 WEEKS, THEN SAY IT'S BECAUSE YOU HAVEN'T DONE ENOUGH BUSINESS. (That has absolutely no bearing on the fact that they will have your money in their accounts within a day or two.)Then not giving clients a physical checkbook. I don't understand that move. I guess it's supposed to be some save the trees move but so far they haven't sent the check I did their way. I sent a check through NorthOne to my local city and NorthOne has claimed they have received it. But my city has nothing. They took my money immediately. And now I have to play the game of where is my check by mail. The concept is a joke. And NorthOne will simply place the blame on the postal service. NorthOne doesn't other a way to operate a conventional business. Maybe if you were 100% online itd be ok but Even then the cons out weigh the pros.It's just a gimmick. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE

      Upon review, I can confirm that the check sent through our Physical Check send feature has been received and deposited by the vendor. If the vendor is claiming to have not deposited the check, please let us know through secure in-app chat. 

      As for your mobile check deposit, I can see on my end that the check deposit process took 6 business days after the deposit was initiated. I do understand your frustrations with the timeline provided, but due to the fact that the deposit was initiated on a Friday after hours and could not be reviewed until the following Monday morning, this added to the overall timeline for the check deposit process.

      They are scammer please read their Bad reviews as they are genuine. On the day my funds arrived in the bank, they locked my account. They demanded proof of my business activities. As a freelance professional striving for honesty, I find the bank's actions astonishing. They chose to do this to me just a day before my birthday. All I want is to retrieve my funds and close this account.

      I did deposit a Cashiers Check from a reputable bank on 01/04/24, same day was advise via email the check was being processed. Next day was advised that check was approved and that was going to take 48 hours to be cleared, those 48 hours passed and contacted customer service via chat Monday 01/08/24 bank does not a physical office nor a customer service ***** direct phone number where you can call when you need to. Representative on the chat platform inform me the following:"Check are in review for 48 hours and after that they could be released as early as the 3rd day, but this could go up to the maximum of 7 business days. Also, the more checks that are deposited in the Account, along with other factors, this timeline could shorten".Going back and forth with this issue, I had to explain in different ways that 1) This is not a personal check but a Cashiers Ck. and funds had been already verified and withdrawn from clients bank account ******* was issued to my company and not an individual, and that my account has never had a returned check nor was to be put on hold as the account isn't red flagged for fraud. Received an email from me where I explained what was going on and he was professional enough to advise that was going to relay this info to the "Check Team' and see if they could do or assist on providing a more in depth explanation or solution to this issue. Never received an email from the Check Team letting me know what was the status of or if there was any possibility of a solution. Bottom line, I was told the Cashiers Check I deposited on January 4th, **** before noon, will be available on Thursday 11th, **** at the end of the day? Bank isn't qualified to offer solutions to matters like this one nor offers the level of customer service satisfaction by going the extra mile on trying to resolve customers account concerns/issues/. As a business owner the above showed us that facts speak louder than words!. GBC

      Checks deposited using the in-app ********************** are generally made available within three business days from the day of deposit but could take up to five to seven business days. Factors that affect the speed with which your funds become available may include: the length and extent of your relationship with NorthOne, amount of historical transaction information, having a history of returned checks, etc. For more details on check deposit availability, you can reference section E.11 of NorthOne s Deposit Account Agreement.

      I see the check deposit was made available on January 11th. If at any point you have any questions about the availability of funds for an in-app mobile check deposit, you can contact our Support Team at ********************************** or schedule a phone call directly through the app.

      Love the quick set up. They don't process checks very fast, so I use another account to do that. Otherwise, the app is really easy to use, and they are constantly releasing new features which is promising.
