      Would give zero stars if I could. After 3 months of consistent transactions with a fleet gas card merchant I was questioned about my business and why was I making the transactions. I had one rep telling me everything was all good that it was just standard procedures and another one telling me he needed more information. Long story short NorthOne customer service made something out of nothing and after reading the reviews, I see now its what they do. And I dont need any NorthOne reps replying with nonsense. I requested closure and decided to bank traditionally. I do NOT recommend!!!

      I wish I could put a ZERO! I am looking at the review below and now I really can NOT Believe this has happened! My account was locked today with a large balance in there after a "So Called Random Review" that should NEVER have been warranted! I have supplied all of the requested documents and screenshots of my business and all online. I have requested a manager and for my account to be unlocked and my money to be released ASAP! These ppl are ridiculous! I am apart of a HUGE business group of thousands of business entrepreneurs! I will definitely spread the word to NOT open or recommend this financial institution to ANYONE EVER!! This so called Rep. named **** has not responded to my email to unlock my account nor from their email that was provided after I have requested a manager contact me URGENTLY several times and to unlock my account!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! I am filing a huge lawsuit & reporting them all federal government agencies that handle complaints against financial institutions fraudulent activity because this is ridiculous!!

      They are a scam. They stole my money by locking my account and absolutely ignoring me and my attempts to contact them to unlock my account. DO NOT trust your money with NorthOne. I should have done more research as I am not alone in having my business funds stolen by this company. I have reached out via email 8 times in 48 hours, on ******** messenger they replied once to say they replied to my email. Then ignored me on ******** too. They LIE they did NOT email me. I received 4 promotional emails asking me to refer people (I already telling everyone I can that they STOLE my money) but 0 emails regarding my locked account.

Now that we have an alternative email to write to you, our team was able to work with you to close your account and send a check with your funds. We were not ignoring your emails, each one was responded to quickly, but the replies were not reaching you. Sometimes unique domains have filters that block emails from our team, which is why we needed to update your email address to communicate with you. However, since our marketing emails come from a different email address, these were still making it to you. I understand the frustration and am glad we could find a workable way to communicate with you. I can see that you have received the check with your funds via *** 2 day shipping. Let us know if you need anything else.

      BEWARE! This app has ZERO POSITIVE REVIEWS for a reason!!!! This "banking" app is $10 a month which is WAY more then a traditional bank even with their fees. They claim to have "radically transparent" pricing which they do not advertise here on the **** store, mention in the description, nor do they mention in the entire application process, on the app itself, or before you order their debit card. They DO NOT let you WITHDRAW your MONEY from the account except via ATM!!!!

We do have a pricing page on our website that explains our fee structure and the fees are also outlined on the Deposit Account Agreement, which you agree to when you sign up for an account. Additionally, you are able to send funds via ACH, Wire and Physical check in addition to withdrawing funds at an ATM. Let us know if you have additional questions, we are happy to help.

      Abruptly closed my account. Remaining balance is not returned to me. I was told they review and see what is eligible for return? Actually it is all my money and all of it is eligible for return!!! Can never get a hold of anyone to talk to. Seems very suspicious how everything occurred. Lastly, they said the cant tell me why the closed the account!!!!!! Is this how business is done? Stay away from them!! My honest opinion, for the record I never leave reviews but I figured this can have a major impact on a small business!

As stated in the Deposit Account Agreement, the decision to exit your relationship is based on the overall evaluation of your Account. If there are eligible funds, these will be returned to you via check. This may not be the outcome you were hoping for and we appreciate your understanding.

      At First I thought it was a great accessible bank to join for my business then after 6 months of working with them out of the blue they informed me they was unable to work with my risky business mind you I had had not one bad transaction or any thing that such a surprise they gave me a week with the warning and just closed my account

      Ive had nothing but problems with this bank from not being able to change my account info without closing and opening a new account under a different email than I originally used because they wont let you reuse the same email, to them not accepting government issued checks. ***? Who doesnt accept guaranteed money from the govt? This ridiculous company. So tax returns/refunds cannot be deposited with this joke of a bank. How do they even compete with other mobile business banks when what they offer is so substandard? Ive had payrolls rejected due to insufficient funds when that wasnt true at all. Theyve got me locked and restricted on my payroll platform for their **** Theres absolutely no FEE FREE ATMS like advertised I get charged every time I need to use an atm no matter which one I use. Customers are better off using a company like ********, or ****, or even ***** But this company needs to listen to the feedback their receiving and make necessary changes until then, were all directing potential customers elsewhere wed NEVER EVER refer them to northone your $75 bonus isnt worth the headache.

I understand you have several concerns, including the email address tied to your account, I can confirm that because this is something we cannot change during the application process as the email address is tied to each individual account and cannot be tied to multiple accounts at a time. We are able to accept a multitude of checks and we also have certain checks that are not on our list of accepted checks, however you can certainly deposit these elsewhere and transfer the funds as needed. Lastly, in regards to payroll, the timing of when deposits are made can result in insufficient funds returns when the attempted debit on the account happens before the deposit on the account has settled. In regards to the **** there are several ATMs that are within the *********** ******* network, but if you access ATMs outside of this network, there will be ATM fees associated with them. I understand your frustrations and appreciate you taking the time to share them here as well.
