      Purchased an expensive product, 2023 Topps x Joys of Baseball *************** collection. each box is guaranteed an autograph and the autograph I pulled was a sticker with the wrong players autograph, instead of being helpful to a customer they told me it falls under and error card and that they don't replace or refund for error cards. The error is on their part and they do nothing about it.

      Bought a chrome platinum baseball blaster and every single pack had at least one card that was cut way off and when I tried to get them replaced I was told I have to have a packing slip for every one of them and its just a hastel when I already sent them pictures that clearly show how messed up they were. Now I could understand if I didnt have the pictures but cmon I mean why cant they just replace the cards that I just wasted money on. Wont buy anymore topps products.

      Topps website didnt update all day long until conveniently the special release cards were sold out. I checked every 15 minutes all day. Even after the email saying there was going to be a card the card didnt show up. I checked across three different devices, with a strong internet connection. This seems like a racket to control who buys the limited release. Scam.

      I have a redemption that I sent in for three years ago. I reach out to the company via email and phone several times a year. Always ends the same...They say they will escalate the case and then no one ever reaches back out to me. I have talked with ****, ***, *************************************....always the same. No one will ever even talk to me about the redemption that I sent in for and they never shipped. Never offered a replacement or anything. They all just run. Stay away from this company... They don't care at all about their customers.

      Been promised collection score rewards in topps total football since last year. Now they state doing this would ruin game play? What do rewards have to do with game play? Goodbye topps

      I had two UFC card redemptions that took 4yrs to fill and once they did replace them, I only received one cheap baseball card that was worth a fraction of the value of my two cards.

      Topps is an abomination of greed to the world of collectors. They not only do not give a **** about their customers, they're completely content to fill the orders of third party retailers before the average ***, thus immediately tipping the scales of supply and demand towards those price gouging on platforms such as **** and Amazon (who should be regulating and preventing this type of manipulation, but that's another story). I pre-ordered the *************** themed baseball cards on October 5th, 2023 and got suckered into paying for 2 day delivery. Upon completion of this transaction I received an email notifying me that the "estimated ship date: was between October 26th and November 2nd (apparently they're greedy enough to steal extra money from you in the form of "expedited delivery," but too ignorant to do calendar math). Here is sit on November 3rd looking at my Order which is still "processing," yet I've had not a single word from the company regarding this absolutely unacceptable continued delay of delivery for my product. Needless to say I have spent my last dollar with this company. There is NOTHING professional about the way they operate. If I can't buy it off the shelf in a regular card store, I don't need it! I strongly recommend boycotting the company and any 3rd party seller currently overpricing boxes to bleed people dry just so they can continue living in their parent's basement.

      I recently bought a box of 2023 Topps Chrome Sapphire which we all know its tough to get a hit, but then the one parallel I get is so off center that the card is worthless. Topps you are an embarrassment of riches, Im not a millionaire, I spent my hard earned dollars on an expensive box of cards with the expectation that Im buying a quality product (I know Im not guaranteed a huge hit). When buying retail I would expect the possibility of getting terrible quality, not from a premium box. Apparently you gave up on checking the quality of your cards and decided the people who actually support your company are worthless. Congratulations on ripping me off, you win. Im a sucker.

      I pulled a 2022 Bowman ******************* Platinum Portfolio Autograph. After almost a year of waiting and contacting, they send me the Base Card with an Auto. Will not honor proper redemption card. Horrible **************** are trying to explain to me it's a Parallel. After 30 years of collecting, I know the difference between a Base Auto and a Parallel Auto. Unprofessional to say the very least. Sell any redemption card you get!!!! They are beyond horrid to deal with.

      Lifelong customer here. *************************** Sapphire is the biggest ripoff ever. What a horrible product. Bought 2 boxes (down 440) and got ZERO!!! Unreal that Topps would do this to their customers
