      COMPANY NEVER SENT ORDER CONFIRMATION WHICH WENT TO A WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS AND THEY TOOK FOREVER TO RESPOND TO MY REQUESTS AND 11-18-24; finally got the order number and since then they are not responding to my continued requests for a refund and return AZ. Company sontact number DOES NOT WORK AND THERE IS NO WAY ELSE TO GET IN CONtacT WIth them

      The business might be a scam, though their prominent marketing and blog reviews makes the company seem reputable. The customer service email ********************************* which youre supposed to contact for returns/refunds) bounces. There is no longer a phone number for the business. I purchased a comforter (order #******) on August 23, 2024, and it was shipped three days later on August 26. I received my comforter on Sep 5 (the package was strangely unbranded inside and out, and it contained no instructions or pamphlets of any kind - just the vacuum-sealed comforter). This wouldnt have been an issue if I didnt want to return the comforter and cancel the payment. I *did* want to return it, since its cooling effects werent as pronounced as promised. On Sep 8 - well within the 50-day return window - I tried to email ******************************* per their instructions but received mailer-daemon notifications. I looked online for alternative customer service but found nothing. Some forums do seem to report a similar problem.

      Order ****** I placed this order on 9/2 and my credit card was charged. Did not receive any shipping or tracking follow up. Then received an email stating the color I ordered was out of stock and had to choose another color. Asked at that time for shipping and tracking information bc they dont have anywhere to call (???) Did not receive a reply but then received half the order yesterday. Requests by email inquiring on status of remainder of order have been ignored

      I received a refund from Buffy. I wouldnt purchase from them decided based on online reviews from a few sites but its a shady situation that becomes clear after you order.  After a week with no information about fulfillment or shipping, I followed up and received an email that my color choice was no longer available and I would need to choose a different color - and thats when it became clear that there is no customer service number- only email. The slow response time left me concerned that it was a scam.  Then I received 1 of the two blankets with the other arriving a week later.  Didnt care for the quality or texture of the comforters at all thin. Polyester feel and they started to pill and fall apart after one wash.  Wasted a month and started over with Sertas from Target.

      On September 3, 2024, I ordered two duvets and two duvet covers from ************************* under their 7-day free trial program. The items were shipped and arrived on September 7, 2024. The duvets and covers were the wrong size and did not fit either of my beds, and so on September 8, 2024, I tried to initiate a return and refund via email as directed on the Buffy site. However, the return contact info listed on the Buffy website -- ********************************** bounces back as undeliverable. Their phone number ************** also does not work. Not only were the products I received defective, but since the company is unreachable and has no accessible customer service, their free trial and free return guarantee is false advertising. I would like a full refund.

      On August 17, 2024, I ordered one sheet set, a comforter, 3 pillows and a duvet cover from this company. I was charged $650. I've received all of the items except for the duvet cover. I've reached out to customer service (which is email only) daily to ask for an update. I have not received any response at all. I've been charged for an item that i haven't received.

      On 08/07/24 I placed an order (******) for the Cloud Comforter in French ***** I received an email notifying me that order was canceled due to the item being out of stock. That worked out ok as this was actually a duplicate of a second order I placed (to pay with a different card - order ******) which somehow the same item was in stock for, even though the second order was placed after the first which was reported as out of stock. Fast forward to August 11th. I placed order ****** for a King/Cal King ****** Duvet Cover in ********** I received an email from Buffy 08/13/24 informing me the item is out of stock, too, while it's still listed as in stock on their website. I was offered the option to wait until the middle of September for this color to be available or choose a different color. I was also told that Buffy cannot change my payment date and my card will be charged about 8 days after order placement. Now, the big issue with that is that all over their website they say "The free At Home Trial lets you try Buffy at home for 7 nights before purchasing. At checkout, we validate your payment method and you'll see $0 as the Trial price. Rest assured you won't be charged until your Trial ends". How is it an at home trial if they charge you before you've even received an item from them to actually try at home?To resolve this issue I would like to request that I be refunded in full for the ********* duvet cover and sent a replacement duvet cover at no charge in a color of my choice (from colors currently in stock) to make up for this false advertising and repeated stock issues.

      I ordered a pillow and the corresponding case on July 11. I have received the pillow but the pillowcase has not been sent out. I emailed customer service on July 22 to seek out some answers regarding this matter but have not heard back. I emailed them for the second time today to figure out when they will send out the pillowcase.They advertise that they will give you a free trial before charging you for their $100+ pillow and $95 pillowcase, yet the pillowcase I have ordered has not been sent out yet and the trial has ended. I am not looking to try out the pillow, I just wanted to purchase the items, however, this is deceitful. All I want is for the pillowcase that I have ordered over 3 weeks ago to get delivered.

      Ordered comforter and duvet cover online. Items shipped separately and not on time. Ill have my duvet cover for days without a comforter. They came from opposite sides of the country but indicated the same fulfillment date. This would never happen when purchasing linens from Frette or a reputable provider. I couldnt be less impressed with the customer service or coordination. I dont want a response from Buffy or a refund. I just want my comforter to show up on time as promised. Exceptionally disappointed and will not be using this company for my remaining guests rooms.

      On the Buffy website, buffy.co, there is a banner at the top of the page that says: "Try Buffy FREE with our At Home Trial: The free At Home Trial lets you try Buffy at home for 7 nights before purchasing. Rest assured you won't be charged until your Trial ends."My order arrived on 5/14 and 5/15 in two different packages, this would begin my in home trial, since the products were now.. in my home. I then noticed that an email said I would be charged the full amount on 5/18, 4-5 days after my package was received in home. Clearly, this is not 7 nights in home, if I'm being charged 4-5 days after receiving the products to try. I reached out to inquire more and was told I needed to look at the *** page (not the bold Try Buffy FREE message at the top of every page). They told me on the *** page I would find their real policy that they charge the full amount 8 days after PURCHASE, having nothing to do with arrival date or how many nights the products were 'In-home'. This is complete false advertising. They are drawing people in with a promise of 7 nights in home free, yet the buyer has to seek out fine print on a completely different page to find out you are charged 8 days after purchase? I asked for further clarification and was told once again to refer to their policy on the *** page. They could not clarify why the Free Trial page says "The free At Home Trial lets you try Buffy at home for 7 nights before purchasing. Rest assured you won't be charged until your Trial ends."Misinformation to drive deceptive sales should not be tolerated. It's a very easy fix to remove the 7 night in-home language if in fact this trial basically does not exist.

      I ordered products on 3/11/24. Was told on 3/13/24 that products advertised as "in stock" on their website, were in fact, out of stock. I was given options to chose from including waiting for them to come back in stock. In the meantime, part of my order was shipped out. The colors did not align with the colors in the photos on the website - so I decided I wanted to return them. I sent an email on 3/18/24 (since there is no other way to contact the company) about returning items. I never got a response. I sent another email on 3/19/24, again about starting a return. No one has contacted me. They put a time limit on returns - "Try at Home for 7 days." How are we supposed to make the returns without getting charged if they don't respond to requests for returns? At this point, all I want to do is return all the items I purchased and get a refund.
