      Poor quality, poor support, and overall bad products - would never order from here again. The straps were completely off the shirt and the shirt looked like a 3 year old made it.

      I purchased 2 pairs of gloves less than a month ago and the palm on one pair is pulling apart. I had not worn the other pair. I took them to the store to get a refund at The Oaks mall, Thousand Oaks, ca and the "manager" ****** said "we don't take returns". He was rude and verbally abusive. I asked for the customer service number and called in a complaint and for a refund. I called back the customer svc today to find out my status. She said they sent me an email, well the person had typed in a wrong email address and no phone number. So I chatted with the person on the phone today and they don't do refunds unless it was an online order and they won't send you return envelope so you can get a credit. They want me to go back into the store and I want to set an appointment for me to meet with a manager to get my money back. I told him I'm not going to go in and deal with a belligerent manager. I'm waiting for a response from them but very very disappointed.

      Zara product ( a white faux jacket) is defected due to some chemical reaction on the fabric used even before wearing it and that's why I need to replace it or get a store credit or some other solution. I spoke to 5 customer service agents and the first 2 agents understood my issue and were trying to solve the problem.
      The third one I spoke, ******** sending me the mail saying I should return within 30 days, which I knew and which I could have done it without talking to customer service. I spoke to the customer service as per the advice of the store manager from which I bought the jacket for a resolution because it was beyond 30 days. I did not expect a problem with your product as being a long-time customer.
      Then I called for the last time with Zora (4th one) and she told me that I will receive an email with a solution. I got an email on Nov 19, 2022 asking me to talk to the customer service. Expecting a solution, as requested I called the customer service today (Nov 21, 2022 at 11.31am) and spoke to ****. For my great surprise, he told me that his notes on my case number he was asked to apologize. What a waste of my time?
      I would like you to inspect the fabric of the jacket as it could be health hazard and also refund me for the price in whichever way.

      !!!!!! STAY AWAY !!!!! DO NOT SHOP ONLINE WITH ZARA
      I had two packages from Zara, worth a total of $408, stolen - I have CCTV footage evidence of the theft, as well as evidence that it is my boxes because the ripped open boxes remained. Zara has refused to provide any sort of replacement or refund. I spoke with their customer service team and they told me that Zara bears no responsibility for stolen packages. I requested that they send me an email with that policy in writing as well as an email in writing to confirm my call, but I was only given a case reference number and they refused to provide any written word, and also refused to transfer my call to a supervisor or anybody with more authority. I have looked into reviews online now, and it seems I am one of many over many years who has had this problem and clearly Zara has not . It is absurd for a multibillion dollar international corporation to treat their customers like this. ******, a notoriously cheap company in many of their practices, still replaces stolen items - I have experienced this firsthand when one of my ****** packages was stolen a few years ago, and many others who have used ****** have reported the same online. I have read many reviews of other companies that replace their customer’s items. Shame on Zara.
      There are so many reasons not to shop here, but I know as student that sometimes it is difficult to resist the urge because of the lower prices. The orders that were stolen were going to be all of my winter coats now that I’ve loved to a colder location. But if you are thinking of ordering from Zara DO NOT DO IT. DO NOT DO IT. You will be treated like RUBBISH as a customer. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!

      I purchased an item in a store in ******* during a vacation . Unfortunately l misplaced my receipt while traveling . When I returned home, I was unhappy with the fit of the items so I tried to get at minimum a store credit so that I can exchange the item for something else in the store however they would only allow me to exchange for the exact items that I purchased . The store didnt even have the same items in my size that I needed so now I am stuck with the items that do not fit . This policy should be unacceptable as I have spent my hard earned money on items from this store before and now . I will NEVER shop at Zara again . As a customer , you should at least be allowed store credit in exchange for items that you purchased . I did provide my card info that I used to purchase the items but they didnt accept that. This is very horrible customer service .

      Tried to return unworn shirt that was still on the rack for an exchange was told that I could only exchange for the same item I have spent thousands at this establishment and feel like they should be shut down due to lack of customer service

      I went to the ******* Galleria location made a purchase and was charged 8 different times for one purchase they didn't offer any kind of compensation and messed up my **** card available credit for nearly 2 weeks and would not expedite the process after sending in my statement and receipt customer service was bad and I won't be back so if you shop with them use cash they will charge your card multiple times and blame a system malfunction merchants need to provide a safe Gard to protect us from being forced to wait 10 plus business to get back monies that that never should have been charged in the first place

      I placed 5 orders on 07/15, all shipped in 1 box to the store. Once I received an email that the package had arrived, I visited the store THREE times to pick it up. I was continuously told it was not there. It wasnt until the third time that I was told the item was lost (despite it being marked as arrived) and that I needed to call customer service. I called in early august and they said the package could not be located. I could get a refund or wait until it was found. I decided to wait but i never heard back and had no idea if the items ever made it to the store. I visited the store again on 8/20 and was told that the previously lost package had arrived. Again, there was NO communication that the package was found. I have no idea how long it was there for. I decided to return some of the items and called customer service to receive a label. They accepted a few items but declined the others since it had been beyond their generous 30 day return period. Inconsistent since the items accepted were also out of the return period. I called again since there was no way I couldve returned the items within the 30 days since my package had been lost and I didnt receive it until after the 30 days had ended. They said they would escalate my case and it was again declined. I continued to do this god knows how many times until the return was finally approved on 8/29. I sent the package that day. To no surprise, I received an email this week that the return was not shipped until 9/04 so they will not be accepting the return. I called to complain AGAIN as their information was incorrect. I shipped the item on 08/29, not on 09/04. The package reached the distribution center on 09/04. This means I shipped the item before then. They said all they can do is escalate the case AGAIN, which means I will likely receive the same declined email again. I dont care about the money at this point, Im just appalled at their lack of accountability and poor customer service. Cheap company.

      They send suposly did the refund in April. 350$ that I never get into my account. They asked me to go at the bank to asked to have a letter from them saying they investigated and that they cannot find anything with the confirmation number zara gave me and that I never received those amount on my account. Zara told me that after receiving this letter, they will provide for me another refund. I send them the letter on June 13 and since nothing. I talked probably with ********************************************************** they cannot do anything beside send it to another department. Today a surpervisor call me to tell me that my case is now done. She told me we did the refund so not our problem anymore look with your Bank and dont call us again. So they steal people money. Not the first case that I am seeing of them robbing people!!! That is a shame

      Beware! I purchased a dress at Zara that it didn't fit well and went to return a month later and because i didn't have a receipt icouldnt return despite of having it purchased by credit card. They do not warn the customers about not loosing receipts and now i got stock with a dress i cant wear because of their draconians new unadvertised policies. Shame of them! Should learn from americans retailers that dont require receipts for returns because they can link the purchases to the credit cards and see that the purchase is legit!
