      Will delete app , and never use Zara again!Although their clothing is enticing; the customer service is not worth it.My daughter sent two dresses to me, as a gift; both in two sizes to try. I KEPT the two that fit, and attempted to send the others back( never had on my body).They refused them ; saying they had been worn. Why would someone wear the wrong size and send back; while keeping the two that *******?)-There was no attempted resolution, only apologies that I had to keep and pay for two dresses( so now I have 2 of both styles!) I cannot wear. Buyer beware

      I received the most horrible customer service experiences 2 days back to back. The lines are ridiculous and only a few registers open. The fitting room is closed until 1 hour after the store is open. The ladies working here are never smiling and always have attitudes when you a question or need help. I am truly surprised how this horrible customer experiences are not corrected.

      I will never again buy online from Zara. I did not realize when you return accessories, i.e., a necklace, the ************ is attached too must be intact. However, they make it so the only way to try on the necklace is to tear the cardboard. I should have read reviews prior to my purchases.

      Look, are you aware that every time we call Zara they hung up on people? I just want to know if you guys know that? Its impossible not to tho. After wasting our times, they hung up. Called different times, different people and different phones. Complete incompetents. They get info wrong every time, no matter how you spell it for them. They dont speak English well either and they hung up! Their supervisors are worst. All the team doesnt care Chats are absolutely horrible too. I have the latest example that I took screenshots of, finally decided to report and record this.I need all the email addresses for customer support/ customer care/ customer service you have. All of them Everything is an issue with Zara, I spent thousands on working and casual clothing items and and they are the worst quality I ve purchased from any stores on the market. They break and tear in random parts and areas. Totally worst quality on the market.I cant return them because I washed them. You cant have such bad quality!!! Its insane! The zippers break in my hand. I took cloths to the ****** several times already - lost so much money man! I dont know what to do, nobody cares.

      I do not want to give them no star. Stop shopping here, the took my money for a product that I did not receive. After bullying me to cancel my case with PayPal, this has been an on going situation since 12/17/2022. I have two children, its wrong especially as a customer for a huge company like this to be thieves.

      Terrible customer service. I tried to return a pair of shoes that had never been worn (tags were attached and the elastic connecting the two shoes was still attached) and they claimed the shoes were used and not suitable for resale. I had only tried them on in my home and they had never been worn. The photo they sent me was exactly what they looked like when they were received. I will not be shopping with them again.

      I love Zara but not anymore. I normally buy in store, but this time I decided to do an online order. I returned two items for the **** shipping fee. The items were only tried on once. They were returned with all the tags. Zara indicated that one of the items was previously worn which it was not. I reached out to customer service, and they stood by not allowing the return and shipped it back to me. So now I'm out an extra $**** for the return shipping and an ugly ill fitting shirt. I will never purchase anything from Zara online again. If you are going to purchase anything from Zara I only recommend doing so in person so you can try on the items there. Then you won't get stuck with an item you don't want. Check out the reviews on Zara's ******** page and see how 99% of customers are unhappy. This company needs some serious revamping.

      Christmas present purchased by my sister in law, now non-returnable even though she quickly provided me with a gift card towards the purchase of another item. **************** is HORRIBLE, human robots reading from a script. ZARA will never get my money again.
