      Terrible place.Price had sticker of $29.99 instead of $49.99.Rang up as $49.99. Employee said that was a "mistake", tore the sticker off and charged $49.99.Decided that wasn't "right". I returned the item.They asked me for my "phone number" for the return. I provided my home #.They then told me I would receive a text with my return receipt. Not sure how that would happen with a land line? Didn't ask me for a cell number. Didn't tell me they had to text me the receipt. Had NO WAY of printing a receipt for a refund. So now I have to watch my credit card statement to see if I get a refund...or if I have to charge back the purchase.FRAUDULENT way of running a business.I would never shop there again.

      Zara!!!!! What the heck??? I have been on the phone for almost 1 hour with one of your customer service ***resentatives trying to initiate a return on items I received yesterday (online). The customer service *** had to go back and forth, MULTIPLE times - She kept having to put me on hold OVER and OVER again. I had to ***eat item numbers several times and I am not sure the customer service *** got the information right. We'll see. Zara - PAY ATTENTION to what your customers are experiencing! There is a REASON for your "F" rating!

      I purchased 3 separate scarfs. I placed 3 separate orders so that I can pay for gift wrapping and have each gift wrapped. I had them sent to my local mall to avoid having to pay shipping 3 times. I go to pick up the scarfs and only one is gift wrapped. Nothing they can do for me in the store. I call "corporate" I get someone on the phone who is zero help. They will not reship them gift wrapped to the store, they cannot just refund me for the gift wrapping, I have to return the unwrapped scarfs. The girl on the phone refused to transfer to me anyone higher up to speak to, she would not give me her full name or a reference number, or her extension. I could not believe how illegitimate and unprofessional the experience is when you call "corporate". They offer no solution to a mistake they made. Now I have go drop them off to have them shipped back. They don't do anything to satisfy the customer. I now have to further inconvenience myself to send back the scarfs on a oversight they made. I quite literally do not understand how this company operates this way.

      Simple: ordered size Small / received size Large. Called to complete an exchange. Spoke to one gentleman who provided me with a return label. He then told me he would process the new order for the correct ********* placed me on hold. The call then dropped. I called back and spoke to someone who didn't speak English (even though I pressed 1 to speak to someone in English). She did her best but she really wasn't helpful, didn't answer any of my questions, and I honestly wasted 30 mins trying to communicate with her. I ended up having to end the call and call back a THIRD time. This time I spoke to another female who barely spoke English. She confirmed there is no size Small available. ******. How are you going to be unable to send me the correct item I ordered + it took me over an hour & 3 people to even understand the process? This is also the second time Zara has sent me the wrong size for an item. I am so disappointed in their customer service and lack of solution. I spent $100 on shorts to receive the wrong item and am unable to even receive the correct item.

      Item purchased on line and was charged excessive taxes. The shipping was added to the item amount and taxes added to that total, instead of taxes only on the item amount. Called the corporate offices and received absolutely no help and no refund. So buyer beware!! This business is fraudulent.

      Ordered clothes 4 months ago and have yet to receive the items. I requested a refund after a month since the items did not appear to have shipped and I have yet to receive any update or refund after 4 months.

      This is regarding an order returned to Zara via shipping it back with out opening the box. After multiple attempts to get my full refund I was still denied. As you say I am valued customer I dont feel as one for I have spent thousands of dollars and yet I am being treated this way . I will not shop at this establishment any more and will not recommend it to others if asked about. I also spoke to **** on the phone and on chat funny enough no one could find a manager on staff . How does that work . And on different days and times . And top it off I get to receive back a damaged item I did not damage what I am supposed to do with that . This is horrible why is this even ok no other establishment has treated me this way ever !!! I feel very mistreated.

      I purchased a sweater online and checked out as a guest. I received several emails from Zara updating me about my order. The items arrived but did not fit as expected. Trying to get this sweater returned has been a nightmare. **** don't speak clear english and after 5 calls I still have received the return label that say has been sent. I will not order anything again from the company.

      This is by far the WORST company! I purchased an order, received and placed a second order and they sent an email that my order was placed,then sent me an email that they canceled my order. I called my reputable bank and they said it was charged and no issue on my part. I tried other cards to see if it was a malfunction. They did the same thing 3 more times. I called customer service and they gave me the run around and say they'll contact me in 24 to 72 hours. Then the same runaround.we need more information. It's bs! I don't know what kind of company this is but something is fishy
