      My Clinique experience has been unacceptable. I received an order on 1/22 containing the cleanser that I ordered, but it was in long-discontinued packaging, which was a red flag. I looked up the batch code on the bottom of the bottle, and this cleanser was manufactured in January 2020. Absurd that it was shipped. Why Clinique even still has cleanser in the old packaging is a mystery. I called the same day, and a replacement was processed. Two weeks later, I still have yet to receive any confirmation. I called again on Thursday, 2/1, and I was assured that the replacement has been processed, but still nothing. In the meantime, I re-ordered the cleanser on my own, and it came in less than three days. It's ridiculous that I haven't received the original replacement after two weeks, and nope, no refunds because it has been processed.

      I want to let people know of my experience with Clinique . I ordered on Black Friday a moisturizer. I got a good price for it. First this took three days to verify my credit card before sent....I was surprised but not concerned. Clinique did reply in about 5 days, saying order was being shipped. Thought that was good. I tracked the delivery of this product. The item was delivered by Ontrac. My sister was home all day and never did receive a delivery. i contacted the delivery service and they responded the next day, saying an investigation would be made. Conclusion of investigation was that they could not confirm delivery; told to contact Clinique.Did a chat online, but nothing could be done, I must file claim with Ontrac.Now you have my money and I gave it to you in good faith. You hired the delivery service, not me and I will not file claim with them... you should. After my money was returned or order replaced. Then Clinique can get money back from delivery service.Am totally amazed at your service . Refund policy does not include information that you will not stand behind delivery service.

      Worst chat customer service. They need to train their employees better. It is ridiculous. I received a $190 gift set for the sale price of $125. When it arrived it was missing a product. Fine, it happens. Contacted customer service, no apology and no offer for expedited shipping. Said an email would be sent with confirmation of replacement product. Never receive. Went on the chat function again, rep was very unhelpful like the first one I spoke with. She said it will be there in **** days and thats all they could do. When I was seeming annoyed with that answer, said someone would reach out in ***** hours. Ya sure like the confirmation email. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM EVER! I will never repurchase anything from them. Im taking it to the Tok LOL!

      On Saturday night Dec 2, 2023 at 11:00 pm approx I made a duplicate purchase by error and the system did not allow me to cancel my order although I had 1 hour to cancel it. I immediately called customer service but it was 11 pm so it said they were cold to call back the next morning, which I did. I contacted Estee Lauders customer service on Dec 3, 2023 at approx 8:00 am and a Rep told me they would cancel my order and that within ***** hours I would get an email with my cancelation. Since by Wed Dec 6th I didn't receive anything I contacted Esytee Lauder **************** number again. I spoke with 3 Reps all said that they cannot cancel my order that no Supervisor was available to answer me and that I would be contacted by a so called "Operations Team" that would call me within ***** hours from today to see what they can do about my duplicate order cancellation? I told them that even Target treats their customers better and give you no problem in canceling your orders. I am extremely disappointed on how this company is treating its customers and surprised that they are not ashamed of having their famous company name tarnished by this. Hopefully the BBB can do something to help customers like me. It is very frustrating to say the least.

      The worst customer service. ******************************************* doesn't care about their customer. I am an EL customer for 10+. My last order was through their website. I never received this order, the delivery service contracted by EL delivered my order to the wrong address. I contacted EL customer service about the issue, they just shrugged and said I have to sort it out with the carrier. Really? EL pocketed the money for the order and then, if it goes wrong, it's not their problem? Total disregard for their customer. It's time to find another brand to spend my money on. The way EL treats their customers is just inacceptable.

      ELC is always selling products they dont have in stock! Im not talking about the back order warning, I mean after the order is placed. This time they canceled 1/2 my order and refused to cancel the rest of the order. Said it was not possible! I wont return the product, I will refuse the delivery. Im done, over it. Its time to stop buying what we dont need. The Lauder family should be ashamed. Greed is so ugly.

      Worst customer service. Ive called over ten times for a return. First they wouldnt send me a return label for a week. Next they told me I need to return the free sample that came with the order which I did not keep. Finally I took the item to *** to return and they said I need to drive it to the nearest *** hub one hour away. I called Este Lauder again and they told me there is nothing they can do to help me. As a mother of four small children I dont have time to drive one hour to drop off a box. I will never be ordering from here again

      Very rude cs **** ********* or ******** or something like that.Accused me if wanting to return counterfeit aveda products. I am appalled that this company hires these people. They are unprofessional, unpleasant and offensive. One representative told me to e Return it to the store which i did and the store refused to help me. Second representative said I should have kept the receipt and it could be counterfeit. All of my Aveda comes from ************ Salon and never Amazon as she implied.I am a 65 year old retired woman that trusted Aveda products only To find out that it was drying out my hair and causing breakage. So now i have product i cant use and need to find a replacement. Since i spend 100s on Aveda every year, you would think they would want to keep this customer!Time for a switch.

      First of all, I want to say that this is the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life over 30 years, and I NEVER filed a complaint before. I went to the Cosmetics Company Store(CCS) at ********** ** ***** in the morning around 10am on 6/10/2023. I was the only person in the store. I selected several Eastee Lauder products and when I ready to check out, I told the store manager I had a promotion from ******** that "if I purchase more than $200 Estee Lauder item at the **** I would receive a Micro Essence Skin Advancing Treatment Lotion 5 oz (old version)". The store manager said it had to be the promo code from my personal email and would not offer the promotion. So we went back forth multiple times where I tried to explain the policy which only requires me to show the bar code or have the associate type the promo code "DEALGWP", and I asked her if she could scan the bar code so if it's not valid, then I would not insist. She refused. Then I asked if she can show me the policy she was based on. She tried to pull out a binder but could not show me any proof. At some point that I was completely unexpected, She started to lose her tempter and told me to leave the store. She repeated many times that I was making her uncomfortable but I was staying pretty calm the entire time. Then once again unexpected, she canceled my order without asking! So I had to drive one and hour away to another store since I had to get them as gifts to my friend. The reason I am writing here is for two things. First, could the company figure out whether this store offer the promotion? If not, why it wouldn't make clear in the store since I am pretty I was not the only customer had encounter the situation (based on ****** reviews)? Second, no matter what was the policy, what really unacceptable was her attitude where I feel I was the one acting more professional. If Estee Lauder has customer service quality control (certainly it does), then this is certainly a failed sample.
