Paid over $500 for my package to be delivered to the wrong place and I am unable to receive. The photo they provided as evidence of delivery wasnt even my own building. Lazy work and unacceptable business. Lack of accountability and causes monetary loss as well as inconvenience. Others have similar complaints about this business in particular, and they should either be fined or shut down. Get your customers their packages properly.Customer Answer

To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to complain about a misdelivered package that I ordered from iHerb. My order tracking number is ************ and Package Reference: ************ The package was scheduled to be delivered on 4/8/2025, but I have not received it.I believe the package was misdelivered, as it was supposedly delivered to *******************************************. I was lucky enough to inquiry about my missing package and was able to locate it. This has caused me significant inconvenience. I should not have to search the neighborhood for it. If the business is closed, please tell the driver not to give my package to random strangers or to anyone and try to redeliver it next business day. This company has majors bad reviews online. They are scammers and know for taken people packages! I had an order from Saks of 5th avenue and it was delivered by this company. Though they took a picture of this package I have not received it. This package was dropped off at 7am where everyone is still sleeping. No knock on the door or anything! I didnt even know when my package was coming. Just an email stating it was delivered. I believe the men either stole my package (which they are known for doing) or dropped it off at the wrong building. There are 4 buildings with my apt number. And theres not proof he got the right door. My neighbors would never take it! If anything Ill warn me or hold the package for me until further notice. They also all have rings on their doors and I dont. I would like a refund or this company to held accountable for my missing package. This by far the worst shipping company. When I called customer service and I gave her the tracking number she said it didnt fit with the order she could even look it up which shows foul play. Im calling again and they wont respond to my calls to solve this case. I REFUSE to pay for items I dont have!Customer Answer

As you can see from the pictures, the delivery driver delivered my package to the wrong building (note the difference between my building tiles and the tiles from the person who takes the package in the first picture. I am the guy in the blue shirt holding my ID in front of my door). I have tried multiple times to contact the delivery company and they refuse to correct the mistake. The vendor refuses to refund despite the fact that I never received my merch.Customer Answer

I ordered a package from ********* and it said delivered at 7:58 am. I went to my door immediately after and my package was not there. After asking other residents they confirmed that the delivery ****** (from CDL Last Mile) had stolen the package. *** offers absolutely no support. No one else entered the building between the time my package was delivered and I got to where it should have been except the driver from CDL. If you look at reviews on ****** for this company, I am not the first ****** to experience this theft; this seems to be a common occurrence with this company.Initial Complaint

I ordered a couple of pair of shades and some things for my granddaughter for our upcoming trip. Since I couldn't go into store, I ordered some shades and I'd decide which ones to keep *** which ones to go back. *** claims items were delivered and took pictures but my husband was even home and no one heard bell ring which we require as we have had some major thefts of packages in area. I came from work and no packages were left. ********* rack wants to hold me responsible for a package I never recieved. Why send such an expansive package with a company that has a habit of pa lages disappearing? This is mind boggling. I need to be refunded as I'm paying for the laziness of CDL staff not safeguarding package.Customer Answer

I ORDERED A PACK FROM A COMPANY THAT USED CDL LAST MILE SOLUCTIONS FOR THERE DELIVERY SERVICE AND THE DRIVE LEFT MY PACKAGE IN THE LOBBY AND IT GOT STOLEN I CALLED THE COMPANY AND I WAS TOLD THEY INSTRUCT THERE DRIVERS TO THROW THE PACKAGES IN THE LOBBIES OF BUILDING NOT TO THE APRATMENT DOORS AND THEY ARE NOT A LIABILITY OF STOLEN PACKAGES. THEY DIDNT RING MY BELL OR ANYTHING TO LET ME KNOW THEY WHERE HERE SO I DID NOT EVEN BECOME AWARE MY PACKAGE WAS EVEN IN THE LOBBY. Today, 01/15/25, I received a delivery notification from ******* that my package had arrived. When I checked my lobby and front porch, there were no packages to be seen. I went on to ******* to check the tracking information to see that my package had been marked delivered by *** deliveries. I go onto their website to locate proof of delivery [attached to photos] which shows an image of my package, very visibility not in my lobby but in some unknown lobby [see photos for my actual lobby.] I could not make out where the package was as there was no location markers or indication that would allow me to see in which building this package was supposedly delivered. I contacted the company and all they could do was express the driver made a mistake and has been notified to return to the delivery site to TRY to retrieve the package for re-delivery. When I asked what address they had on file for this delivery, they were unable to provide a response. I then took it upon myself to walk my neighborhood and check every front door I could to see if I could locate the lobby in which this package was supposedly left. To my surprise, there was no apartment or home within a block radius that even resembles the mailboxes or lobby shown in the picture. The company did not offer any solution other than reaching out to ******* to handle my complaint. After much research, I have come across several reviews from other costumers who have experienced the same issue. I believe this company is running some sort of scam in which they stea; packages or purposefully mis-deliver it with the hopes, we the costumer resolve it with the seller and they can still keep the contents of the package. I would greatly appreciate if someone can look into this companys history of losing or misplacing packages as they should not be allowed to run if they are consistently experiencing the same issues with no resolve.Initial Complaint

Items were not yet delivered as of today !!!I called on 11/08/24 and was told all would be delivered within 1 week. Updated address was provided on the call !!!!
