    They don't even deserve a one star review. I had a package delivered today and and the driver parked in front of my driveway and proceeded to walk across my grass that had wires all over for Christmas decorations and then squeeze through my landscape bushes that had all my Christmas lights on them instead of walking up my driveway and walkway. Who does this? I have never had anyone do this before and I am constantly receiving packages. I will never order from ******** again if this is the delivery company they use. I messaged CDL to let them know about their driver and basically got blown off. Stay away from any company that uses CDL. If you look at their reviews they are all negative.

    Absolutely horrible delivery service. I placed an order for cupcakes through a company *** used plenty of times but for some odd reason theyve switched from ***** to CDL last mile. I requested a date for my delivery and of course CDL last mile was unable to accommodate. I understand shipping delays during the holidays but to be continuously told by their customer service that my package will be delivered the next day just to get me off the phone is slightly irritating. They also informed me that supervisors are given your contact information and may or may not call you to discuss your issue. I have never once had another company literally hold a package in their warehouse for days and not be able to provide any reason for the delay or solution. As far as im concerned this company is a scam of a business and them telling me after 3 days of a package not being delivered it is deemed lost even if its in their possession confirms that. I will not be doing business with any business that uses them and will infect pay extra to not use them.

    I am a customer of Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack, and they rely on CDL Last Mile as their carrier for delivering online purchases. Unfortunately, my experience with CDL Last Mile has been highly disappointing. They have a careless attitude towards package delivery, often leaving items in plain sight where they are easily accessible to thieves. Despite my specific instructions to hide my packages in a more secure location, such as behind the large trash cans on my porch, CDL Last Mile consistently fails to follow through. Additionally, their lack of live tracking updates and unreliable delivery estimates only add to the frustration of dealing with this carrier. I live in a busy neighborhood, where package theft is a common concern, I expected more consideration and attention to detail from this delivery service. It is clear that CDL Last Mile does not prioritize the safe and timely delivery of packages, making them the worst carrier service I have ever encountered.

    THEY STOLE MY PACKAGE ! THERE IS FAKE TRACKING ON THE WEBSITE ! DRIVER TOOK A PHOTO OF MY PACKAGE WHEN I GOT TO MY LOBBY THERE WAS NO PACKAGE THERE !! DO NOT USE THE COMPANY AND IF U SEE THAT ITEMS IS SHIPPED WITH THIS COMPANY DEMAND A CANCELLATION, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR ITEM

    CDL was used to ship life saving heart medication to my pet that was critically needed to save his life.They picked it up and sat on it for 3 days before delivering late in the day on day 4, during which time it was impossible to get tracking information.In that time frame my pet seriously degraded and it's unclear if he will survive.I will never use this company or do business with any company that uses them. I will make it a condition of all my purchases that this company is not involved in shipping.They may have cost me the life of my pet because of their failure to deliver on time or even within a reasonable period of time . Weather was not a factor. Don't allow yourself or your loved ones to be a victim.

    All the reviews are accurate. This company is garbage and your favorite online retailers are using CDL to deliver your package so they can save themselves money. Contact your bank and attempt a refund.
