*** returned my package without any attempt to deliver my package. I have cameras at my job and it was proven my package was not delivered. I requested another delivery and spoke with a representative who graciously attempted to help. The second time, the driver indicated they dropped off the package. However, the same issue continued. I am very upset that *** not attempted to deliver my package twice.Customer Answer

This company is very shady and is well known for stealing peoples packages or not taking proper care of peoples packages. They have 1.5 out of 5 stars on ****** and thousand of people complaining about their packaging not being delivered, stolen, lost. It honestly isn't fair that this place is still in business. For my package personally they said they attempted to deliver my package to my house on 5/26 which was Sunday. I was home all day sunday along with my family and we also have cameras on our property an attempted delivery was not attempted at all.Initial Complaint

Tracking number *************, shipped boxed, showing weight 5.8 lbs. After receiving it, I found that there were traces of secondary sealing at the ***** The courier stole the product inside and replaced it, thief! I contacted their company at that time and told me that it had been shipped. I asked them to check on their delivery guy but no reply! I had $1397.40 worth of merchandise stolen. CDL abandoned my package (a $901.33 ring) in my apartment building hallway and by the time I got home it was gone/stolen. Common sense would tell you not to leave packages unattended in an apartment building (in an apartment complex) that has dozens of apartments and tenants. I never have this type of issue with *** or Fed Ex because they are actual professional DELIVERY companies. Nor was there communication from the driver informing me that my package was abandoned. The "proof" of delivery by CDL shows the package sitting in front of my door (you can literally see another tenant's door RIGHT next to mine all they had to do was open they door for 2 seconds and ****** it etc). Their horrible rating here speaks for itself. Had I known my item would be shipped with CDL I never would have ordered it. The retailer is not claiming responsibility because the "proof" of "delivery". The package was delivered to the hallway, not to me!Customer Answer

Company delivered package to wrong address. Picture sent for delivery verification was not my front door.Called quickly hoping they would send driver back before he forgot where he delivered it to. Company said they give driver **************************************************************** reading online, I a, definitely not the first to have this exact same thing happen to them.My address is clear and if they used navigation, there is no way possible for them to have delivered to wrong address.I believe this is carelessness and lack of accountability, and yet places like Nordstrom use them. My order was placed on 12/17/2023. I ordered the **************** ****** ****, Clear, Silver glasses for a total of $104.52. On 12/21/2023, my item was marked as delivered, but I never received it. After reaching out to ********** through chat box, they informed me that the delivery company frequently marks packages as "Delivered" prematurely and told me to wait **** business days for the package to actually arrive. I waited and the package never came. I have attempted to contact the company through email, chat box and phone call. I have been unable to speak to anyone about the fact that my package never came. Finally, ********** claims that the package shipped on December 18th. The shipping company doesn't provide any tracking information until 2 days after it shipped (December 20) which doesn't make sense.Customer Answer

I placed an order for Sephora on 1/12. It was supposed to be delivered by this company on 1/14. The delivery person took a picture of the package, acted like it was delivered it and actually stole it. I was home all day and went out after the package was allegedly delivered and nothing was there. Why not knock on my door and delivery package instead of stealing? I never heard of this company, but now I know that its a janky delivery company that steals from any and every one. *** reached out to both Sephora and Last Mile about this issue and they said there is nothing that can be done. I will be pressing charges and pursing a civil suit against the both of them. The bucks stop here and Ill stop at nothing to make sure that I get my money back or this company is dismantled.Initial Complaint

On 12/11/23 my said delivered, when it was clearly not ,now I have to pay for something I did not receive, they sent a picture of nothing but grey as proof.
