    CDL driver not only did not deliver our package he used a picture of nothing but black as proof of delivery. We have several cameras on our property, on the block, and every second of the supposed delivery date is recorded. There was no delivery ! Falsified delivery!This driver needs to be investigated, package was Christmas gifts for a special needs child.PS made sure ************************ was made aware of this situation and I was told their people have been compiling a list of how much in losses each delivery service cost them. It is by percentage of deliveries allotted to so they know what companies cost them the most in losses to determine what delivery companies will continue to deliver for them and who will be cut. Guess what ******* is not looking good for you!I hope the President of CDL sees it, is the president ****************************

    Automated email stating contact the seller I purchased the merchandise from, they took no responsibility and my only recourse was to go after the seller, American Eagle /Arie.  This company take zero accountability for their delivery drivers theft.  This is consistent with all the reviews and complaints previously documented.  I would appreciate being notified of any action from the ************************ or class action law suit.

    I reached out to CDL on 12/2 about a package marked as out for delivery. The representative I spoke with was rude and didnt/ wouldnt update my order saying only that my phone number and access code for my building were required to deliver the package. I reached out to Customer Support and received the attached responses from a representative identifying themselves as *******. I have not heard from the Care Manager, not have I received my package.

    Ordered an windowpane sweater cardigan from Saks off Fifth - order #*********. The package said delivered and never was. After speaking to customer service at Saks days after waiting to see if it would turn up, they sent me the CDL tracking and it had photo evidence of delivery at a WRONG address. The photo was of a home in who knows where, not even on my street, completely wrong address. I ordered this on 11/6/22 and am still waiting to hear back on the CDL claim for refund for their mistake that the Saks representative filed for me. The case # is ********. CDL is responsible and needs to refund me immediately.

    I ordered from Nespresso to get my coffee refill, roughly 53$ worth of espresso/coffee. I have only ordered from them once before and had no issues--they even had the same delivery company, CDL Last Mile Solutions (my tracking # ************). After a long day at work I arrived home at 10pm to see a notification that my order had been delivered at 5pm that same day. I live in an apartment building and it's fairly secure there. I looked all around the mailroom, outside the building at all doors, and asked my neighbors, but my package was no where to be found. I emailed the CDL company, as instructed to do via the confirmation of delivery email provided. I told them I looked everywhere and my package was not here. They then emailed me back stating "The package was not delivered was returned back to the sender on 10.06.22 Please contact them for more information." I had then virtual chatted with Nepresso to get a replacement package, but I still questioned why my package was sent back in the first place. I was then told by CDL that they had an open investigation and to allow 24 hours for a response...24 hours later no response. I emailed them to follow up and express my frustration, only to be met with an email from CDL stating: "Our research has concluded, the package was not delivered nor was it located within the CDL premises. An internal investigation will continue if further information is located the sender will be informed. Please contact the sender to continue the process in order to receive a final resolution." After reading this email I was incredibly shocked that they stated the package was never located on CDL property and it made me question, has somebody who works there stolen my package? were they sending me fake updates on a package they lost or never had? Either way the sneaky unprofessionalism was the last straw, I have also not received an apology or any insurance that this will not happen again.

    I'm hoping this reaches senior management of CDL because the service from the delivery teams and management that services ************** has been atrocious. They lack communication and haven't delivered any of my packages correctly, in fact I can go though them.1. Package Reference: **********. Package was late and when I reached out to CDL to get a timeline I was told "couple of days", wanting to get a better timeline I asked for a specific number and got no reply. It was delivered but the package had to be tracked down by apartment management because your delivery team misplaced it.2. Package Reference: **********. Was delivered in an area that it wasn't supposed to. Ended up getting soaked and the box fell apart.3. Package Reference: **********. Was stolen because it was delivered incorrectly (again). It was at this point I reached out to CDL management and I was told it would be fixed.4. Package Reference: **********. Also delivered incorrectly but I wrote it off as I was able to track it down and I assumed CDL management hadn't talked to the delivery teams yet.5. Package Reference: **********. Delivered at the wrong area again. I reached out a second time in a more **** way hoping for a change.6. Package Reference: **********. Missing 7. Package Reference: **********. Missing. I sent another email at this point that wasn't helpful in the slightest and showed that the management doesn't communicate with each other or the delivery teams.8. Package Reference: *********** Was missing for a long time but tracked down to a completely different building by management 9. Package Reference: *********** Improperly delivered and currently missing.I am beginning to suspect that the delivery team is doing this on purpose as it's hard to believe a team could be so incompetent as to be unable to ANY of the packages properly. I have deliveries from ***************** and Amazon all come in correctly. I'm considering getting law enforcement involved.

    I placed an expedited shipping order on **** *** ****** Initially, the delivery was estimated to be Sept. 9th; I didn't receive the package. On Sept. 10th the status on CDL tracking was updated to "out for delivery" at 7:27am; I waited all day and nothing was delivered. Then I checked again at about 10pm and the status had changed to "package in transit." I checked a third time and the status had changed to "delivered" at 10:21pm. I looked outside and there was no package. I checked the proof of delivery and the picture that was taken was not my house. The driver delivered the package to the wrong house, and I have no idea where my package is. I spent an additional $15 for expedited shipping only to not receive my package at all. I need to know what CDL is doing to address this issue that seems to be a normal occurrence as documented in these complaints.

    I placed an order online from ************ and they used CDL last mile to deliver my package. CDL has failed to deliver me my package. It never arrived to me even though they said they placed the package by my garage door. I live in an apartment building. We do not own garages here. What they have stated was completely false and I deserve to know where my package went.

    I ordered something on 07/14 it was ship out using CDL last mile. On 07/31 I notice my package says delivered on 07/30/22 around 4pm. I was gone all day waiting. No one rung the bell or knocked on my door. Usually they would. The delivery guy upload a picture of my package in front of my door but never knocked. Now my package is missing. I believe the driver took my package because my building had a camera & all my neighbors know that the camera works & Ive been receiving package for months with no issues. This company is getting away with their drivers stealing packages its not right & they dont respond or do anything about it! I have their driver on camera taking my package! Its disgusting! Package was not delivered to me in hand!

    Around December 29, 2021 I ordered a ******** Switch bundled with two other games approximating about $500 off of Gamestop to treat myself after finals in college. Approximated delivery was for December 31 at 8PM, and so I checked at that time and there was no package there. I also have videographic proof of nothing being delivered at that time or around that time, nor in the days prior or afterward. To me, it seems like a business stealing from me, as this is the carrier and the carrier did not deliver my package at all nor was helpful in handling the situation. They refused to help me locate my package. Im a working college student, which is why I have only been able to file the complaint to this business now. I would like my refund or the actual package delivered, it makes me very upset to see a business treat me this way.
