They received my package on Saturday yet they refuse to deliver it even stating that they never received it when they indeed sent me information that they have received it the seller which is ********* Rack also sent me several emails stating that my package was shipped to their location in ****** ********** on Saturday I was supposed to have my package by Tuesday for my business trip on Wednesday and they're refusing to send it even stating they still don't have it when I called to get answers on how come I have proof that they received it on Saturday lady that answered ****** was very rude refusing to give me a supervisor would never recommend this company for anyoneInitial Complaint

A package was delivered while i was home. The driver did not buzz in or contact me. Instead the drive left the package on the outside of the apartment building to be stolen immediately there after. The company states Due to liability issues the drivers are instructed to leave the package in a secure area in the lobby of the building or at the package room if access is available. Regrettably, CDL cannot be held liable for stolen items after the package is delivered inside the premises.Well they will not take responsibility or refund me event though they DID NOT leave the package inside the premises, in the lobby, in a secure area or package room. I completed a purchase with Nordstroms on March 27th, 2023. I was notified of the tracking information on Nordstroms and it stated it was to be delivered by CDL with the tracking information. I proceeded to track my package and to my surprise it said it was on beltsville in 3/30 and estimated to be delivered that day. It wasnt unusual to me because beltsville is about 30 minutes from my home. But, when the day came and went and the delivery date changed with it I knew that something was wrong. So I emailed the delivery company to see what the update was and was informed that it was being investigated and I should receive a response within 24 hours. Well, that came and went and my husband called as I gave him the tracking information as well and thats when he was informed that the package was lost in the warehouse. How do you go from delivered, estimated delivery and now lost in the warehouse. Everyday since the 30th of March the delivery date has changed and there is no solution from the delivery company but call the merchant to start a claim. This was a very expensive designer item and it seems like a common practice for this companys employees to steal customers packages with no consequences. Something needs to be done about this because its not fair that this place is allowed to continue business and customers are not even receiving their orders. Below I have shown what it says from CDL website. The date changes everyday. I am really really upset and now I am not only out of hard earned money that I was trying to treat my husband to a nice gift and now I dont even have the item either. THIS HAS TO STOP. This is a deliver company that does not deliver packages to customers door they leave packages outside anywhere that anyone can pick up (steal). Im filing this complaint because it has happened too many times. I have given them proper instructions on where to leave my package and they just ignore. 2/28/23 Tracking number ************ $30.17 3/14/23 Tracking number ************ $33.76 This is a DELIVERY SERVICE and the package is left outside my apartment building so anyone can walk by and pick it up. The delivery person refuses to buzz my apartment and leave it securely in the mailroom where its supposed to de delivered to. Ive had two shipments from CDL & the courier leaves the package in the mail room. In my building, we have delivery hubs, they can come knock at the door, and theres also larger mail boxes for larger packages. 3/1/2022 Tracking Number: ************ Package Reference: ********* &On 1/10/23 another delivery Tracking Number: ************ Package Reference: ********* this one said that it was left at my door, i have a security camera, it wasnt left at my door. I never received it.This company shouldnt be in business. im not sure if they are just lazy and dont want to take the extra step to put a box in the mailbox, because, as stated above, there are several options to deliver a package versus leaving it in the lobby of an apartment building. As a result of this, *** had two packages stolen specifically when CDL delivers. Every other package I have received, gets safely stored until I retrieve it - these are with other couriers like **** and **** Furthermore, when CDL delivers a package incorrectly, its money out of my pocket. Not just mine, but others as well. This company should be shut down. They stated they will not refund me for my stolen packages. Which I understand, but they cannot leave packages where they are easily stolen. I also cannot contact them mid shipment because they dont update accurately. This is a known issue. So I ordered through ******** Rack as I have done in the past, apparently they use CDL Last Mile as their courier. I am the type of person who is constantly tracking their package because of anxiety and I just simply want my packages as soon as possible. I had been tracking the item for at least 3 days and did not see an update. I reached out to their customer support team through email since their chat doesn't seem to work and of course they do not have a number to call. I received an email from a *************************** which probable is just an alias who knows. I did not realize I had provided the wrong tracking when I first submitted my inquiry, so when I received a response stating my package was delivered I responded by laughing. This guy really had the audacity to be unprofessional and ask what's so funny and talk as if we know each other and conversing in the street. Then he proceeds to email me again and respond by saying "you played yourself" because he seems to know what I saw on the tracking page before I contacted them. For reference the tracking details were soon updated after his first response because before I submitted the inquiry the details had no been updated which is why I inquired in the first place. The lack of professionalism wasn't needed and by the reviews on their site it seems to be an ongoing issue with them. Hopefully Nordstrom cuts ties with this courier. I ordered a pair of $350 shorts from Saks Off 5th. The tracking information provided by **** indicated that the shorts were delivered at 9:47am on a Sunday morning. After checking my apartment lobby, I could not locate the shorts. I spoke with numerous Saks reps who claimed that ************* had "evidence of delivery". No one ever provided any evidence of delivery other than the initial tracking information. Finally, after getting the run around from Saks and CDL, I obtained camera footage from my building for the morning of the "delivery", including the specific time and period surrounding it that CDL claims my package was delivered and NO ONE even ENTERED my building within a half hour of the stated delivery window. CDL delivered my package to someone else and marked it as delivered to my address when they absolutely did not deliver it to my building and I have video evidence.Initial Complaint

CDL tracking showed my package was delivered at 10:28pm. I was home and no one rang my doorbell. Instead a bogus picture was taken by the driver (black photo) showing delivered at mailroom. Whats really bogus is that it showed the driver in ** at 10:25pm then all of a sudden at 10:28pm delivering my package in ***. I contacted the company who totally covered up what occurred which was my package was stolen by the driver. I told the rep about the black photo showing nothing which was taken down a few minutes later after I made my complaint to her. I searched the internet and this company is known for this practice. How are they still in business beats the heck out of me. I called ********* and asked them why use this crappy company knowing what they are doing. They simply said they will give me a refund. I purchased a product from Magpie games, and they shipped the product through CDL. CDL claims that the delivery was attempted on 1/13, but that the package was refused by the customer (me). However, no one was home to refuse or accept the package, and CDL's customer support has been completely stone ******* me on additional information (nor will they define what the word "refuse" means). They just keep saying I need to reach out to the vendor, which I have, though they have not gotten back to me. Additionally, I do not trust them to ship the product through CDL again.Customer Answer
