    Worst company to have products shipped with. Nespresso in *********** started using them and it's a c*** shoot whether your package is going to be delivered to the right address, or even if it's going to be delivered at all. This company should be shut down and their CEO disemboweled. What a s*** show!

    Ordered a package from saks off fifth and I received an email that the package arrived. I went downstairs to the delivery room and nothing was there. I went through every single package and through the security camera and there was no delivery. Now I have to go through many inconveniences to get my money back, since the CDL thief submitted a picture of the room from the outside. How disappointing from Saks to use a crappy carrier. Im sure Im not the only person this has happened to.

    12/20/23 This delivery company are thieves i ordered from Nordstrom the delivery guy took a picture at 12:15 I open my door at 12:16 no package so you mean to tell me in a matter of a min someone stole my package I reached out to the delivery company they said that the delivery guy delivered my package Reading the reviews I wasn't wrong about my assumption the delivery guy stole my package I get packages delivered all the time and this is the first time I ever had this problem I receive all my packages with no problem This was my first time ordering from Nordstrom and it will be my last because clearly they don't care about their customers receiving their items I'm so upset and disgusted

    If I could put zero or even -0 stars if possible I would! These people are thieves! My moms nurse had just arrived, within minutes I had just closed the door. Impossible!!! CDL claimed package was dropped off at 11:14. We were just behind the door. They had just enough time to place the opened and damaged box on the stairs. CDL had the audacity to take and send a photo of the box claiming it was deliveredthen they stole it!! F***ing Pathetic! Nordstrom can afford a higher standard delivery servicehell, they make plenty of moneyand then loot their customers at the end of the day. This is my first online purchase from Nordstromsit will be my last, unless they use ***** or ****

    I also ordered with ********* and if I wouldve known that they use this company to ship I wouldve never made the purchase. I have had a horrible experience throughout this entire process! Still no order received over an over a week later and I was promised expedited shipping. This is the last time that I ever order from Nordstrom, since they want to use this low budget shipping company to deliver their expensive merchandise. I dont understand how such a reputable Company would try to cut cost and use such a terrible shipping service. Meanwhile, we pay an arm and leg for the product, while they pay little to nothing to have their customers orders shipped with an unaccredited company.

    I made an online purchase at SEPHORA. CDL was the delivery service normally ***** was the delivering service and I did a pick up from the chosen location. CDL does not update their tracking and I was first supposed to get my package the 8th and on the 9th it was changed to being delivered that day. Bc I live in a building and I made it my business to be home. A little after 5p I got a ring on the intercom I answered within seconds and they would not respond. They rang again ** saying hello they refused to respond. I had a feeling it was the delivery I pressed and opened the door. I went to my front door waiting for when they come out the elevator I see no one. Something told me to make sure and check the tracking. Before It loaded SEPHORA sends notification my package was delivered. I look at their tracking they left my box Sephora side ** in the downstairs lobby at the mailboxes on the floor then snaps a picture saying delivered. HOW LAZY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL can you be to leave someones package in a common area of a building where anyone can walk in out No security nothing during the holiday season. It was easier for that lazy a** person to drop my package in the lobby then to ride the elevator and hand deliver knowing someone was home and let you in the building. I ran down to the lobby and do you know my package was GONE!!! Not even 2 mins after delivering. This is my first time getting any packages delivered from CDL. Sephora is way to high class to have such a low class delivery service especially for the price we pay for our items. I sent an email to CDL SUPPORT also a major complaint to Sephora about this company. That person who delivered needs to be removed immediately and this company from seeing all these complaints they need to go out of business or make some serious changes. If I could ZERO stars!

    This is the worst service I have ever seen. The company I ordered from used this company to deliver my package. Using the delivery information provided, I requested update regarding my delivery. They claimed it was delivered at 12/8/23 at 3:38 pm. I reside in a secured building where deliveries are processed in the mail room or delivered directly to your door. Once I discovered my package was missing I requested proof of delivery from CDL. I have yet to receive any information regarding this delivery. In the meantime, the company I purchased from has reissued my order, which will be delivered through another courier. I have read the reviews posted here and spoken with several people who have experienced the same problems I had with this service. This company should be shut down.

    Seems if you order from Nordstrom and CDL delivers you're in deep sh*t for your merchandise. Unfortunately I seem to have the same story, supposed tracking is all over the place, message says package delivered with a blurry picture except I was waiting for someone when the package was supposedly delivered and never saw anyone come to my door.A shame that a company wants to operate this way and allow workers, maybe not all but enough low life thieves!

    The absolute worst delivery service. Ordered from Saks Off Fifth three times in the last week and all three deliveries was either loss or stolen because of this company. Company needs to be shutdown.
