    THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!! I HAVE HAD PACKAGES STOLEN, NOT DELIVERED, AND LEFT ON THE STREET FOR PEOPLE TO RUN OVER ALL BY CDL. Why would any reputable retail establishment use this company? This is a fraud. It is disgusting and at this point every single company that I know uses CDL, I will no longer shop from.

    Scam! I ordered a $1600 bag from Nordstrom when fed ex delivers my packages no issue, now they use this cdl company and I have cameras we literally see the delivery man get out the car and deliver an empty Open package ran doorbell and walked away quickly.. Ive never had someone steal my item out my package and deliver an empty box. **************** 0/10.

    They are STEALING the packages and taking items out of packages and gluing the boxes back. They **** your item as delivered when nothing was delivered. They STEAL the packages. I've had my purchase stollen and replaced with some random item in the box so you can't even get a refund from the store you ordered from. They try to make it look like the store sent you the wrong thing. I ordered very expensive designer sunglasses from ********* and I received bedroom slippers which the company doesn't even carry and the box was clearly opened and super glued back together. The glue was so strong I could barely get the box open. They need to be audited, investigated, and prosecuted for fraud. Just look at all these reviews on ****** and other places of customers having the same experience. This company is STEALING from hard working American citizens and retailers. Please get them shut down.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered from ******** ***** and they shipped through CDL. My package shipped and delievered apparently less than 24 hours. When I check the tracking it states delivery at 11:00am in Brooklyn and then at 4:22pm it is back in ******, ** for its origin scan. I tried to speak to CDL and they are giving me a runaround and telling me to speak to sender and they didn't gather proof of delivery at time of delivery. Since covid everything I have bought online has been delayed so no way you have shipped something in less than 24 hours. I also have a ring camera and another camera on my house. Went and checked both cameras, nothing. No CDL dropping off a package to my house. I was also home on day of supposed delivery. They are liars and steal packages. ******** ***** has refunded and hopefully are seeing other customers are dealing with the same with this company.

    I don't know in whose mind leaving a package just like this is leaving it in a secure location. I live in the middle of the hood. It would have been nice to at last have someone ring my intercom and let me know to come downstairs for my package if they were too lazy to bring it upstairs. Had I not been stalking my email and sent my son down as soon as I got the email that it was delivered, my package would have been gone. And to think that I am an individual with a disability. This is unacceptable! I can't believe a company like **** would use this shipping company. Best believe I will be filing my complaint directly with them.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. **** had my order fulfilled by this company for an overnight- 1 business day delivery as I needed my spikes for track practice. There was no update on tracking until randomly on 8/23 the package was marked as delivered at 9am. I know this wasn't the case as I was home working remote, watching the door like a hawk when I learned that this company was fulfilling my order. It turns out my suspicions were correct and my order did not arrive.The sales rep that managed my order when I called seemed to know exactly what kind of issue I was dealing with when he saw that CDL was fulfilling my order, and immediately refunded with no questions asked, so I'm otherwise happy with ****'s management of the case. They seemingly know that this company is trash and does not deserve to be in business.

    This is the worst ************************** in the world. I have ordered items from different stores and when their services are used I get empty boxes or some of the items are missing.Request that the stores use other carriers. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES THEY WILL STEAL YOUR PACKAGE

    I really dont know why this company is still in business. They are very unprofessional. Like most reviewers they placed my package in an unsecured area ( lobby of a 30 floor building) and said it was secure. Due to their negligence I never got my package, they didn't even apologize. They had the audacity to tell me to check with building surveillance! Why add insult to injury, it is not the customers responsibility to recover a package that you just nonchantly placed anywhere. Except their front door. Worst part is I was notified a day later that my package was delivered when it was delivered the day before. This company needs to go out of business. They do not have any regard for peoples packages.

    Judging by all these other comments I should've done my research. I was supposed to receive my package 3 days ago and still have not. When you track the package it states still in transit but has been stuck at a location 6 miles from my house for 3 days. Never again!
