    Would give them zero stars. Package was stolen - carrier didn't ring bell and left door open to vestibule.

    Absolutely unprofessional business. No delivery made. Had to contact them on several occasions before one person who could read finally responded that they lost my package now I have to get into contact with the company who shipped the item to initiate a claims process. Incompetent and negligent company overall. Should definitely be investigated for fraudulent business practices.

    Ordered a package from game stop, notification said delivered, never received. Investigation started and a replacement was sent out again package stated it was delivered with a photo on my step. Neighbor stated they picked package back up and drove off. Now I’m out of $400 and can’t prove that the driver stole my package.

    WHY IS ANYONE DOING BUSINESS WITH CDL IS BEYOND ME ,I WAS HOME ALL DAY WAITING FOR THEM TO RING MY BELL SO MY PACKAGE WILL NOT BE LEFT OUTSIDE, I JUST HAPPENED TO LOOK OUTSIDE AND THERE WAS MY PACKAGE IN THE ***** OF A PACKAGE THIEF/CRACKHEAD READY TO STAB ME FOR MY OWN PACKAGE, I GOT THE PACKAGE AT A PRICE OF SOMEONE PULLING OUT A KNIFE ON ME ,I WONDER IF I HAD GOTTEN STABBED IF CDL WOULD HAVE BEEN LEGALLY LIABLE

    Doesn’t deliver when supposed to Horrible ***** ******* needs to change there delivery service First time experience was good This is the third time Horrible I lefted emails and all to them See how long it takes them to contact just want my order

    HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! Not sure why ********* is using them. Left my package in the lobby of the building, my package was stolen. When I called them, I was told that as long as the package was delivered to the address, they are not liable!!!!

    CDL **** my package from Grove Collaborative as delivered and it was NOT. Grove re-sent the order. Again CDL ****ed it as delivered and it was NOT the second time. I have no ideas where either of the packages went. CDL stated it would investigate but I never heard anymore from them.

    Absolutely and hands down one of the worst delivery services I've ever encountered. The hundreds of one-star reviews on ****** reviews and the BBB now make sense. The delivery driver of this company, who specifically drives a red Ford Escape, is constantly leaving my ********* packages in the middle of my driveway rather than bringing them to my door. He's done this almost 4 times already and I've caught him doing so on my camera feeds. I decided to talk to him today and his excuse for not walking to my door was "because of COVID and that he has trouble walking". My question is, why is he working for a delivery service if he can't walk?! I also have cones in front of my driveway for personal reasons and as he was pulling away in his red Ford Escape he yelled out his window "get your driveway fixed". I can't believe that the company would hire a person like this, let alone that a delivery service like this exists. I'm not sure who to blame, the CDL delivery service or the ********* company for choosing this service. Regardless, shame on CDL. It's sad to know that people and companies like this exist.

    This company is the absolute WORST. ******* utilizes them to deliver meal preps and at least once a month they fail to deliver OR deliver to the wrong address. When they actually manage to deliver, the couriers launch the packages rather than placing them down. They should be aware that most people have doorbell camera's to validate these actions. I hope ******* drops them as its a poor reflection on them! This company makes DHL look like they've never missed a shipment (and they are terrible!). Instead of the owner replying to every comment on ****** and blaming delay issues outside of their control (nonsense to begin with), maybe utilize that time to find out what the h*** is going on with their company! Right, over 600+ 1 star reviews on ****** and 120+ BBB yet its delivery issues outside of their control....makes a lot of sense. Take ownership, fix the issue and move forward!

    When I ordered from ********* They send my package by CDL and I have problems getting my package on the day I supposed to. They always say your package has been delivered and that isn't exactly true.
