      I will never ever buy anything from Saks Fifth Avenue again I purchased the dress in good faith and when it arrived, it was too small so I returned it and a month later I still have not received my refund. This is unacceptable. Any other business you are refunded within 5 to 10 business days. I paid $177 and change and still have not received my money back. Avenue is the worst.

      I will NEVER purchase from **** again. The have went from high end shopping to now I get better customer service from ********* I purchased an order#XXX, which did not fit. I promptly returned the item and it was received at Saks on 08/21/24. ***** Tracking: X** I called on 09/21/24 as I still had not received my refund that was GUARANTEED within 30 days. I escalated my claim # X** and that has still not been resolved. It has been 36 days that **** has held my money. They are now saying it could be another 7 days until my refund is received. If I held someone's money for over 40 days, I have a feeling I would be facing criminal charges. SAKS is awful and I will NEVER buy from them again. I will take my high end shopping and my money elsewhere. This is criminal and should be investigated.

      This is in regards to a SAkS OFF 5th online purchase(2 items). My debit card was charged twice. The initial charge was for the full amount and the other charge was broken into 2 separate charges. 2 days later, the charges were finalized with the exception of the initial charge. When I contacted Off 5th customer service, I was told that it wasnt a charge but instead a pre authorization hold which my bank has refuted and advise me to file a claim. I Spoke with 3-4 customer service representatives and each of them mentioned that it will take 8-10 business days to be resolved. Six days later as I write this complaint my funds are still locked in processing. How irresponsible and incompetent can this company be?

      I purchased a very expensive leather backpack from Saks as a gift for my husband. He did not like the present so I returned it with in a week of receiving it and within the return policy time frame. Over a month went by since Saks had received the item and they never sent a follow up email or refunded my order. I reached out to customer service over constantly and they were so unhelpful and the go to reply was they were looking into it. I had to dispute the charge with **** to get my money back. You would think Saks is reputable, but after this experience and reading so many other similar experiences from others, I WILL NEVER SHOP FROM HERE AGAIN. To anyone reading this ORDER FROM ANYWHERE ELSE BUT SAKS. They are stealing from their customers and they know what is going on and they dont care.

      First and last time shopping with Saks Fifth Avenue. I ordered a dress from Saks Fifth Avenue on August 14, 2024 to wear to my daughter's wedding. I received the dress on August 20, 2024. The color was much lighter in person than it appeared on their website, so I initiated a return without even trying the dress on.

      The day after receiving the dress, on August 21, 2024, I sent the dress back to Saks. They received it on August 26, 2024.

      Today is September 25, 2024 and I have still not been refunded. I have spoken with customer service 3 times. First time I was told it can take up to 2 weeks. Second time I was told it can take up to 30 days. Today is the 30th day since they received it, so I tried again today. I was told to wait 5-7 business days from today and they'll let me know when to expect the refund. Not that I'll get the refund, but they'll let me know "when to expect it".

      It is not right that Saks has been sitting on my $350+ for over a month! I shop online a lot with Bloomingdales, Nordstrom, Macy's, Dillards, etc. and have always been very happy with their customer service and quick refunds. I am shocked that this is how Saks does business. Awful!

      I made a purchase of $727.63 on 07/04/24. Items were confirmed to have been returned and received by Saks in 07/21/24. Its been 35 days and I have yet to receive my refund. I was told the return policy changed to 30 days. After 30 days I was told it could take longer but didnt havent a specific timeframe. Then I was told my case had been escalated but I have yet to receive an email. I keep getting the runaround and can never speak to a manager because they are not available.. This is unacceptable and unethical! Had I known this was happening with Saks I would have never made a purchase. They have definitely lost a loyal customer.

      I purchased a Chantecaille eyeshadow trio from Saks on August 23, 2024. Due to poor shipping packaging, the eyeshadow was completely shattered when I received it. I immediately called customer service, was asked to send a photo, which I did as I was on the phone, and the customer service *** acknowledged that it was broken. I was told to ship it back via ***** and the Saks warehouse received my return on September 4th. On September 16th, I chatted with customer service via their website and was told it can take up to 30 days to process the refund. I couldnt believe that it would actually take that long, so I called customer service on September 24th, nearly 3 weeks after the warehouse received my return. Both of the customer service ***s that I spoke to looked into my return and saw that the return was accepted and that I would be getting my full refund, but that they could do nothing about it, basically until the 30 days are over, at which point they could escalate the issue. According to the ***s, they have no way of contacting the fulfillment center (who handles the returns) which I find extremely unbelievable. This level of customer service is very poor from a well-known high-end retailer like ****. It would appear they are just withholding my refund for no other reason than to benefit themselves. What makes it even more ridiculous is that my refund has been approved according to customer service, so why not just issue the refund? Overall very disappointed with my experience and I will never shop at saks.com again.

      I placed an order for 3 dresses for nearly $1K at the end of July. I returned the items to ***** on 8/15 and it was delivered to their warehouse on 8/21. Its now 9/24 and they have not processed the refund. California law states they must provide refunds back to customers within 30 days of receiving the item. They are opening a case that could take 5-7 days to resolve and it could take another 30 days to receive payment. This is fraudulent activity to increase their cash reserves to merge with ****** ******. I will be reporting this to local representatives and will not be shopping here again. Ill unfortunately have to report this to my credit card if they dont resolve in the next 5 days.

      Terrible customer service and delivery. They used an outsource totally incompetent company for delivery called ontrac. Even though I was home, they said they attempted delivery multiple times. But, they didnt even try to ring the gate in which there is a camera. No one ever came. They have no phone number on this OnTrac site, only a chat bot. **************** for **** was useless and tells me these shoes will be returned to sender after one more attempt. The driver has my cell phone and access code via th chat bot (or he could have pushed the buzzer). **** should use reputable shipping companies to deliver expensive items. Very disappointing. I am assuming this delivery person is lazy and never even drove by my house and/or stole the gianvitto ***** shoes. I will be shopping at ******************* from now on since saks is unreliable and has gone downhill.

      Premium Shipping is a scam. Paid $20 for 2-3 day shipping. Will not arrive for a week and is shipped via ****** slowest shipping service. Support told me that because it shipped on Friday, that arriving the following Thursday is expected because thats still within 2-3 business days - which is NOT how this is advertised at time of placing your order. Instead its hidden behind a shipping policy link. Clearly done to trick consumers into spending more on shipping than necessary. Dont bother buying from them, especially if you want your order in a timely fashion based on what you paid in fees.
