      This company has deteriorated into a non trustworthy retail source. Note it seems to have moved their customer service overseas and the online orders never arrive. No refund is given to customers. Customers have to do so the work to retrieve their money back by going to great lengths.

      I returned a pair of shoes 5 days after ai received the item and still after 40 days have not received my refund. I have called numerous times and I keep getting the its being escalated story .I have all the received and return documentation. I wil never buy from this store again What kind of store has a refund in 30 days policy. They must reslly be hurting .

      I returned a $612 item that was received on September 16th and its been almost 3 weeks with no update. Ive called and chatted with customer service and was given vague responses of it taking up to 30 days. Ive never had a return take so long and based off the other reviews I have a bad feeling.

      Ordered a dress it came torn I had to jump through hoops to get a returned and to eventually get a refund on my credit card. Additionally I have purchased items from this company and I'm waiting several weeks to get a refund really quite ridiculous they have no customer!

      I placed an order for 4 wall plates and had to go back and forth with the company kultiple times as the items received were either completely different or missing parts.

      DO NOT BUY FROM ****! PLACED ORDER FOR PRICEY ITEM NEVER RECEIVED and never signed for and they refuse to help me with this situation for a $2k bag that I paid via Klarna and they wouldn't help either. I'm so upset about this situation and will dispute charges with my bank before I pay a dime. I have placed numerous orders with SAKS and the supervisor even stated that the name signed for was weird. per ***** signed my middle initial and last name in which I've NEVER done in my entire life but they claim it was delivered to the correct address with a BOGUS signature so I'm liable. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM SAKS AGAIN.

      I purchased a sweater during an online sale in July, it was listed as 100% merino wool. However on receiving it the sweater was a wool blend with acrylic. I returned it via mail and it was received by Saks Aug 14, the recept of delivery email said I could expect a refund within 14 business days. After 20 days I contacted customer support about my refund and was told that the new policy was 30 days and it had been changed. They would not honor the 14 business days. I waited the additional 10 days and contacted them again. They said that they were working on it and would email me when the finance department could get to it. I contacted them again a week later and was told it could not be escalated. After an additional week. I finally contacted my credit card and filed a charge back and a investigation. After the chargeback was filed. I finally received a refund from Saks on September 26th. However, I never received an email with refund confirmation and amount. I had to contact customer service again and ask for a receipt for the refund. The customer service agent told me they do not typically send these and had to type one up himself to send to me for me to include in my credit card investigation report. I will never shop with sacks again. This was the worst experience contact customer service again and ask for a receipt for the refund.       If anyone were to look up the word INCOMPETENT in ********* Dictionary, they would find an 8x10 glossy of Saks Fifth Ave. If I were the CEO of the company, I would go to the ********************* and jump. These morons say they take ******, but the link doesn't work. More than fifty calls, and several hours later, its the same story. Their rating is WELL DESERVED.....

      Still have not received my refund for $1,000. They keep telling me they will escalate my claim but never do. Can never get through to anyone. This company is horrible and unethical!! STAY AWAY from SAKS!!!!!!

      **** is taking more than ************************************** ********** like they have cashflow issues. Items is placed back on stock and online and still refunds is not issued.This is just said how **** is stealing money from their customers. I would never do a mail in return again. Refund customers with your stated 30 day policy and stop scamming customers.
