      On May 2nd I placed an order for 2 items. They kept on getting delayed for no reason, i then received a delivery confirmation a couple days later, I was not home at the time. When I did get home I was not able to find the package I contacted saks and they told me they would help me and to wait **** business days. They made me wait more than 10 business days to inform me that they wont be able to help me after all. Theres a sign downstairs that is very clear to not leave packages in lobby and delivery driver still left it there and saks customer service does not care.

      Purchase purse from saks, carried it once and the leather on the strap came apart. I called saks several times and each time the representative, supervisor and manager was rude unhelpful and continued to hang up on me regarding a return or refund.

      **** denied my claim refund. I ordered a palm angels slides and ******************* slippers. I contacted customer service and they said they will file a claim refund and investigate it, after 5 days. My claim refund was denied for wide varierty of factors. It was my first time ordering from this company. It does not make any sense that they denied it for no reason. I would like my refund for my lost package.

      Worst customer service ever been waiting almost 2 months for a refund got told it would be here today the 19rh so I call and they tell me that nobody processed the refund so another 3-5 days absolute worst business hands down

      Worst customer service I have ever experienced in retail. I purchased a special occasion dress that fell apart on the first wear. On examination , it was obvious there was very poor stitching on an ********************************* dress. Saks does not stand behind its products and the customer service was condescending and rude. I did not expect a refund but a discount on future purchases would have been appreciated. Instead I got a lecture on how I didnt appreciate what hand stitching from Milan looks like. LOL - not when that stiching falls apart!

      I bought chanel sandals for my wife and the box came empty when i called all they could do was tell me to order again this is the worst customer service i have ever encountered! **** the supervisor is the worst to deal with

      I purchased a pair of dolce and Gabbana shoes for my wife. $1250 She took one look at them and decided she did not like the style. She did not even remove the plastic wrap. I returned them the next day. They bounced back several weeks later with no advanced warning claiming they are "worn, washed damaged or altered." None of this is true. Notice they did not specify. I called to complain. The agent asked me to send pictures of the shoes and he agreed they looked fine. He sent a fed ex return label and I sent them back again. And, you guessed it, they bounced back again with the same message. I called again and was told I would receive yet another fed ex return label but have not received yet. Overall, they are accusing me of being dishonest when it's actually the opposite. My advice, avoid saks at all cost. The hassle is not worth it.

      I was at Saks Fifth Avenue, and was looking at Balmain shoes, sales person told me Thats too much for you, you know asked him the style or money, also let him know I didnt appreciate his comment. Called the manager complained, all he said I am sorrySalesperson approached and told me next to his manager "He was joking" added the style was weird He then said "You laughed"manager didnt say anything. I replied saying "I laughed because I couldn't believe you've said that" Dont they suppose to sell the brand names? And how you can they say weird style, while it is in the store!

      My refund request was approved 5 weeks ago and I still have not received a refund, despite contacting Saks five times.I placed order *******47 on March 19. I received the shipment on March 24. One of the two items was badly cracked when I received it. On March 27, I spoke with a representative on chat, but was disconnected. I then called Saks that same day and submitted photos of the damaged item to the customer service rep via email. The representative I spoke with told me that I would be receiving a partial refund.I received two subsequent emails on March 27: one stating that the refund request has been approved, and one stating that the reimbursement has been sent to your bank. I still did not receive the refund by April 10, at which point I spoke with another representative via chat and was told I needed to wait one credit cycle to see the refund on my credit card. I still did not receive the refund by April 24, at which point I called Saks and was on the phone with a representative for 13 minutes. I was told that a case was opened to escalate my refund request and that I would receive the refund within 3 to 5 business days. After 5 business days, I still did not receive the refund and heard nothing from Saks. I called Saks again on May 1 and was on hold for most of the 55-minute phone call. I spoke with a representative who said I should wait longer for the refund. I asked to speak with a supervisor (waited for more than 45 minutes to be transferred) and was told by the supervisor that the case would be re-escalated and I should wait another 3 to 5 business days. I was also told that no one would be contacting me and that I would have to call back AGAIN if I still didnt have a refund within 5 business days. No other help or offer of refund or restitution was provided.

      Saks Fifth Avenues customer service is non-existent. I earned a $750 promotional gift card. No one thought it important to let me know that it expires within a month. I just went to use it and was told sorry - its no longer worth anything. I called my store. I was told a manager would get back to me. No one returned my phone call. I am furious! I was told sorry for the inconvenience. Inconvenience? I lost $750! I will be sure to re-tell this story everywhere until they reinstate that card. Saks Fifth Avenue - come on now - do better!!!
