      Worse customer service in the industry.I ordered men’s cologne online. I tried to return it because my boyfriend didn’t like it, I returned it to the store ******* department manager and employee’s all of them so rude, they said you can’t return to the store ??I had my receipt I had an email and everything. Nothing wrong with packaging so just don’t go ******* store to buy or return anything, they don’t have a client they are mad that’s why they treating people like that.

      Returned my order which they received October 5th (confirmed via email). Today is November 11th and still no refund. Nobody will respond to my emails. I tried calling they told me they dont know how long it will take. The refuse to issue refund and nobody can help.

      Wish I could give 0 stars. Sent a used makeup item. Had makeup-finger prints all over it. Gross. Refused to refund. I thought this was a high-end store, but customer service was entirely unhelpful. Any item you order from here you can get from a different store - so spend your money elsewhere.

      My order was delivered to the wrong address. I even sent customer service rep a picture of my front and back doorstep to show that it doesnt match ******* proof of delivery picture on the item’s tracking number. Filed a claim twice (which is their limit) and was all denied. spoke to customer service 4x to help with the missing order. But they said they cant do anything anymore. Didnt even offer a replacement nor a refund! Saks Fifth is HORRIBLE! This company deserves NO STARS AT ALL. 1 star is already generous!

      I purchased boots and a coat from them. My coat arrived, I've never received the boots. Called to request a new pair or refund and it was denied. Requested a follow-up or appeal and I have not received any additional communication. I am extremely upset with the lack of support. I'll no longer shop here. Be careful, you will be ******* at your own expense.

      My order was stolen from my apartment complex ( because it and it was placed in a insecure place) & it was the only package stolen that day . I wasn't home the day day it was delivered so I don't understand why the package was left without my signature. I called customer service and was told that I would be refunded my 49 dollars. The next day I got an email stating that with further investigation that I wouldn't be refunded my money, so now I'm out of 49,00 . Had I read the reviews before hand, I would have never ordered from this company. My reference case number #********. They had the neve to say that they value me as a customer.

      I had an order of over $400 . They said they delivered with a pic. The driver left the package at the street entrance, and never brought it in the bldg. I never received this package. Guess what? no replacement and refund denied!!. Think twice before ordering. I will never again.1 star is even too much for this company.

      I purchased two expensive perfumes from this store online which came in yesterday 9/28/2022, one of the perfumes was opened and they placed a set of batteries in the box to make it feel heavy. I contacted their **************** immediately and they promised to look into it. This company sent me an email stating there is nothing they can do about it. This is a scam and this company *** to send me my original order or send my refund
