1 starWORST COMPANY- NO CUSTOMER SERVICE...DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They don't even deserve 1 star. This company has NO customer service. Their team is rude and nasty, especially "customer" service manager Brian. Saks cheaped out and source a foreign 3rd party carrier who could not follow directions and NEVER delivered my package. I, as a customer, was completely ignored and my issue was totally disregarded as I had to constantly follow up, 5 times, on my requested refund claim, only to find out from a non discript email that the refund team decided they would not refund my money!!! WHAT???? WHY would I be held responsible for payment for an item I NEVER received????????????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Finally spoke to Brian and he was the RUDEST person I have ever dealt with. Saks- YOU NEED TO LEARN A LESSON OR 2 FROM *********!!!! NEVER WILL I OR ANYONE I KNOW TO PURCHASE FROM YOUR COMPANY!Review fromLane D

1 starSaks Fifth Avenue - Buyer beware I purchased some boots Thanksgiving week . Went out to town for the holiday and when I got back home the following Monday I submitted a request for price adjustment. My request was denied, I called in and the rep put the request thru again and I have yet to receive a call back. I call in and they advise it was declined again the rep adv she can give me a 15% discount, however I want my adjustment. At this point I am returning the boot for full refund and will be closing this account as soon as my full refund is given. The fact that they would loose a account holder for $75 adjustment baffles me. But this clearly shows Customer ******************************* is a thing of the past within this Department store.I wish I could leave this review with 0 stars however in order to post it I have to give them 1 starReview fromDara S

1 starThe absolute worst! Horrible, horrible service. I placed an order using a promo code highly advertised on their website, then decided about an hour later to order several additional items. The promo code kept saying it was invalid. I contacted customer service and they said it was a one-time-use promo and apparently I was supposed to have read the fine print to know that because it certainly wasnt advertised as such. I asked if they would therefore assist in canceling my order so I could re-place it with the additional items. The representative then proceeded to cancel my entire order except for a $7 item Id added just to hit the spending threshold for the promo, and then advised me that since Id technically already used the promo on the canceled order I could not use it again. What?? I spent 3 hours on the phone with customer service trying to resolve this, during which two of the items I was purchasing sold out. I finally placed my new order with free express shipping, waited a full two days to receive my shipping confirmation, and then received an email that an item had been canceled from my order - at which point this same item was sold out everywhere. I called again and said that if they could not fulfill my order, I did not want any of it. Id already wasted enough time and effort. They refused to assist me and wouldnt even recall the package or have ***** pick up the return - no, after now having spent a total of over 4 hours dealing with customer service, I would have to go to ***** to make the return myself. 1 starI would give negative points if possible. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER AT ALL!
Saks is a SCAM. I purchased $3000+ in Oct promotion and I have been informed that I got a $900 gift card. Later one of the items, the Laundress detergent, has been recalled and Saks just returned it without notifying me(Never received it). And Saks adjusted the gift card amount to $600 WITHOUT notifying me.
I have contacted Saks support a few times. I submitted a request to have the $300 back, and the representatives told me that I will get the $300 back and asked me to keep waiting. Then the $600 gift card expired. A few days later, I received an email saying that my request has been declined. And I contacted the support once again, and the support offers a price adjustment and re-activated my $600 gift card, he told me the request should not have any problem. Again, a few days later, I received an email saying the request has been rejected.
The recall was NOT done by me, and for god sake, if I am willing to spend $3000 for the $900 promotion, why would I return a $20 item to make myself disqualified?
Today I contacted the support again, and asked them to escalate, one of their support manager, *****, talked with me in a very pale mood. He did not care about the fact that the whole thing does not make any sense, he thinks this is the vendor’s problem, not Saks’s problem(I was like: ???, shouldn’t this be a problem between vendor and Saks? Why the responsibility is between the vendor and the customer?) and he kept ignoring all my requests and statements. In the end, I asked to keep escalating this case, and he gave me another number, and that number is a number belonging to another company. I was being fooled.
I have been spending 2 months dealing with this case, and right now I got NOTHING. I’m extremely disappointed and I think they just don’t care about their customer, why should we continue trusting them if we know they don’t care about us?Review fromMelissa S

1 starNot sure what the legal definition of fraud is, but they are definitely charging people for merchandise that never arrives.Two weeks ago, I ordered 7 items, only received 6 (though the packing slip claimed the missing item was inside). I contacted customer service immediately upon opening the box and discovering that an item was missing. After an "investigation" they sent an email telling me that they will not replace or refund the missing item. In this case, it was a t-shirt for which I paid only $25, so I simply reported it to my credit card company and felt lucky that if that claim is denied, that is all that I'll lose. But I have ordered items costing hundreds of dollars in the past, and knowing that an expensive item could just be left out and there would be no recourse, I will not risk ordering from Saks Off5th again. This comes after an experience a couple of months ago in which an item was never shipped (this was shown on their website, so not in dispute). After a month, I called and asked them to cancel the order. They said they would get back to me. Two weeks later, I had to call again to get them to cancel. Even though their own system showed it had never shipped, it took an hour on the phone with several people to get them to cancel and reverse the charge. At least in this case (a more expensive order of $300), they finally canceled the order and refunded me.Review fromGiorgi M

1 starI'm very upset and stressed about my order. I made in saks fifth Avenue online store. November 17th, 2022.Absolutely irresponsible people who have access to helping out the costumes, about them problems. By the experience I have now. it is just a criminal. As a result, saks off 5th Avenue just laying to me and stol my money. My order never been delivered to me. I made two claims to refund my money back. Unfortunately, both claims were declined. Because saks said items were delivered. I have proof from the shipping company that the letter says items have never ever been received to them, and they already marked the order as lost, and they informed the seller. 1 starOne star is generous, I purchased items worth $1600.00 from Saks Fifth Avenue online. There was a promotion with depending on how much you spend you get a gift card. In my case after spending that amount, and after my items shipped I will get a $250.00 Promotional gift card. One of my items was large so I went back to the store to exchange for another and paid an extra $127.00. I started shopping online again, went to use my gift card and it was invalid. I called customer service and spoke with a gentleman and he was unable to help, spoke to his supervisor and she was unable to help. Spoke with the chat line, he was also unable to help. Then wrote a letter to corporate and the letter came back as null email address. I spoke to the store they were unable to help. At this point I started to read the fine print, it clearly states that if anything from the order is canceled or returned the amount on the card would change, no where did it say it would be canceled and voided. I WAS SCAMMED!!! after spending that much according to ******'m not entitled to the gift card because I made an exchange at the store. Ridiculous!!!Not the first time I got scammed at Saks, another incident was a purchase I made at the store, my credit card was comprised and I was charged $2300. Turned out to be an employee of theirs. But that's besides the point I have here. Not sure how to get my gift card back. This was a few days of back and forth calls and I got no where. They didn't even offer to give me a discount on a future purchase, everyone was too quick to get me off the line. I will be canceling my credit card and never shop at Saks ever again. I spent 40 minutes in CHAT trying to get 1 or both promotional offers because at checkout, NEITHER code worked on a full price item I was trying to purchase for 2 days. What a waste of time and effort. The customer service rep couldn't help me. She sent some ridiculous email saying only 1 promotional item will work, which is what I attempted to do the first round in the ORDER SUMMARY page of Saks. None of their current email codes worked.
Needless to say, I'm going elsewhere for these products and WILL NEVER SHOP WITH SAKS AGAIN!Review fromLia D

1 starOrdered multiple pairs of shoes from Off Fifth and all shipped together. Only received one pair. Called to let them know and they launched an investigation. Was advised Id receive an answer within 3 business days. No update. Called and was told my investigation was approved but would now take 5-7 business days to get my money back. That is ridiculous that they keep your money for a minimum of two weeks when you dont even have all the items!!! Terrible service
