      DIDNT CHANGE GLOVES. I went here for a cyst removal on my face near my temple. The nurse assisting with the procedure left the room after setting up with gloves on and came back in to the room and never changed her gloves after handling the door k*** and everything else outside. I was too shocked to say anything due to anxiety and let them continue as i assumed she would change them as she went. My removal spot ended up getting infected and I needed to to go ****** care as it was a weekend and I couldn't get in touch with anyone there. The spot is now a decent sized "hole" in my face rather than healing flat. Granted this could just be from the procedure itself and that is fine but I'm not happy about the infection due to not changing gloves at all. Very unprofessional

      One star is too high rating for this outfit. My Doctor in the office local to ************ ** is wonderful.
      Schweiger is terrible.
      It is impossible to reach my local office by phone. A call to the number posted at the website (for my local office) is someone who told me the local office does not have a direct phone number.
      The BBB rating speaks for itself - whether for financial performance reasons or more I don't know. I can tell you that any customer service (I use the term loosely) by anyone but the great people in my local office is abominable - likely based upon CORPORATE policies and training.
      Doctors must know their professional and personal reputation is significantly impacted negatively by their association with Schweiger.

      I was persribed a cream to treat a topical fungal issue and this cream caused an angry, red rash. I immediately stopped using the cream and let ******** Dermatology know. However, since ********* uses a third party service to handle all of their booking and aftercare service, I'm not clear how my case is being handled. It's now been 3 days with no doctor/nurse call, they're aftercare service needs help! Customer beware!

      When my long-time dermatologist sold her practice to this group, I gave them a try. I will NEVER go back. After waiting ************************** an inconvenient location (because it was the only way to see an MD) to show ** in the exam room, he glanced at me for exactly 2 minutes and they billed my insurance hundreds of dollars. I called multiple times to share my concerns and no one bothered to call me back, but they sure did bill me for the copay. I strongly recommend you find another practitioner. I certainly will!

      My Doctor (** *****) is great. But the billing department for Schweiger Group is beyond bad. They continue to bill me for services I have already paid for. I've called in 4-5 times over the past few months and each time someone says they will take care of it or get back to me and it never gets taken care of. This has been going on since March of this year. I've sent an email with attachments that show that I sent in payment and it still doesn't get resolved. They are threatening to send me to collections on an invoice I already paid. I don't know what else to do. Their hold time is ridiculously long and if you use the callback feature, no one calls you back.

      Instead of sending me a normal statement to show what is owed, I received various different statements with different amounts. No one could explain it and tried to make it as confusing as possible. At some point I was sent the 'actual' statement on what was to be paid. I paid, but then they sent me another statement shortly after with a much lower amount due. I brought up the fact that I was overcharged and need to be reimbursed. They actually admitted to the discrepancy via email but it's sketchy that no one would have said anything until I brought it up.At this point it's confusing to know if I should be receiving additional reimbursement for overpaying, but I don't trust having anyone at this company review the details... but I'm open to it.I will be filing a complaint with my insurance and the city about this.

      Saw doctor for 15 minutes.Took off one milia billed $325. Said to me $15.Took off skin tag. Billed $500.Office visit to walk in door billed $500.Asked to remove one more milia refused because she must see at least 4 patients per hour.$1075 I'm shocked that they can do this. Was not told beforehand that will be billed for office visit. I might have been a return customer but don't like feeling ripped off.

      I have never experienced a more incompetent medical office. My son is on Accutane. His last two visits were supposed to be Telehealth since he's away at college. We were assured this would be no problem by the PA who was seeing him. The first Telehealth visit worked fine. The second one not so much. They never sent us the link. When we received the confirmation, I asked for the link and they said they don't offer Telehealth visits. I called the office directly and sent messages through the patient portal to get it straightened out but to no avail. After the appointment time passed, we got three messages that my son missed the appointment, with one offering an appointment a month later. If you are familiar with Accutane, this is a medicine that requires you to be seen monthly and the medicine is dispensed for only a month supply. Again, I called and communicated via the patient portal and each person I talked to gave me a different answer. Of course, I missed the one phone call to say that my son could have a Telehealth visit the next business day. I called back to accept the appointment, only to be told that the person who left the message wasn't available and that there are no Telehealth appointments. I explained that he had one last month and the person looked and looked and got us a Telehealth appt with another **. I was so mad that I thank him and ended the call. I went onto the portal and sent a message again. He calls back and gives me the exact appointment I called earlier to confirm. I asked him why he couldn't do it earlier, and he gave some ** answer that the offices don't update their appointments. The only problem with that is he wasn't the only one who gave me incorrect info. Anyway, it has been extremely frustrating dealing with this office. If you can help it, go somewhere else first.

      I had a cosmetic procedure done and paid the $1800.00 in full with my **** card. That was in January 2022. I am receiving monthly bills for $200.00. When I questioned this they sent me a statement that showed they only credited $1600! The bill was PAID IN FULL at the time of service and my **** statement shows this. I have called and even have sent an email copy of my **** statement as well as a mailed paper copy. A message was sent to me by email that could not be opened due to "sorry message may have been deleted or lost." What?!Calling them is a ****** in frustration as no one seems to know what they're doing. When I finally got through today I was told they have said that "your bill in in research". This company is a scam and they need to be investigated. Reading the messages here it seems we all are being charged for bills that were paid! Perhaps a class action suit is in order as we are being scammed.

      Had a cyst removed on inner thigh they missed it and it came back a week later and they lied said someone would call me to get me in and never did also when I came back to have stitches removed she left one in me cause she couldnt get it out rather then getting the dr she said to leave it in 2 days goes by I had to take off work and go back to have it removed cause it did not seem right tge other lady took it out in 2 seconds this place is a joke and robs your insurance blind and does not do the correct job
