      Disgusted by the lack of response to inquiries! I was specifically told to use ***** to communicate any issues I might have with the ***************** I left a message 10 business days ago and followed up 5 and 3 days ago and still no response. Actually the system generated response I got was the office was closed and their hours are 7 to 7. I left my messages during normal business hours. That response clearly does not make sense. To me the message that is being sent to me is we dont value you as a patient go somewhere else!

      This office is in the ********** hospital. My wife came for a procedure, it looks like they over book. We came at 10AM by 12:30PM she was done. 4 hours later bwcause the dr. *** not available still she was not eeleased.It was people in the waiting room for more than 3 hrs and not call. Really bad service.

      I contacted the Schweiger office in ********* ** about removing a lot of unsightly skin tags I had. I was first told that the cost would be $300 for a half hour of treatment. The person who saw me said she could only do half of the tags in one session, and would remove the rest, at no additional cost, at a second session. My only instruction after the first session was to apply a topical antibiotic to the areas where the skin tags had been removed. I returned after 3 weeks for the second treatment. A different technician was assigned to me this time, and I was told there would be an additional fee for the session. I put up a stink, and they finally agreed to honor the original fee quoted. The second technician gave me lidocaine shots, but then didn't wait for the anesthesia to take effect, but rather immediately snipped the tags, so I could feel everything. She also used nitrogen on my neck area. She gave me Vaseline to rub on my neck and told me to come back in 3 weeks, when she would check to see if she'd missed any tags. (She had). When I returned 3 weeks later, she took a perfunctory look. I expressed a concern about what looked like scarring on my neck. She suggested I purchase a scar cream called Me Derm. Turns out that the cream is most effective when used right away. Why did neither of the technicians mention this to me during my treatments, not weeks later, when scarring had already occurred? A very disappointing experience all around.I would not recommend this dermatology group to anyone. Find another provider.

      Have been going to ************* for many years he is fantastic my issue is with this new company and their billing department. My husband and I had an office visit in October 2022 and I keep getting numerous bills for one visit and they do not apply my bank payments correctly have called numerous times and they just talk I. Circles they cannot provide me with a statement that has my charges and payments and are now telling me I owe for a visit in 2022.I have copies of all my cancelled checks so what are they doing with the payments Unfortunately we will have to find a new doctor because I cant go through this every time we have an appointment Really sad a big company has such a poor system wish they never sold the group I agree one star is too generous a rating I hope they loose the majority of their patients so frustrating to deal with incompetent people.

      I made an appointment with a very highly credentialed dermatologist. When I got to the office, the staff told me the dermatologist was not there and I was seeing a Dr. ******** else. After speaking to the doctor, i discovered the person who was giving me medical advice was not a medical doctor at all.

      My telehealth call on 08/26/2022 was reported to my health insurance as an office visit. We do not have a copay for telehealth calls. My health insurance company contacted the billing department and after 4 months, the code was corrected to reflect a telehealth call with no copay. As we had paid the copay already, we asked for a refund. Moving ahead to April, I was told a check had been issued. I waited a month for the check and called, only to be told that the issue would been escalated to their research department. I waited another 2 weeks and was told the issue would be escalated to management. After another 2 weeks, I called and asked to speak to the supervisor, "***". He has not contacted me. I don't understand why this is being stalled. It is a simple matter of *** instructing someone to issue my refund to which I am entitled to. As of today I am still waiting. Do not use this company...they incorrectly list telehealth calls as office visits and pocket the copays.

      Terrible experience with this office. Didnt even see an actual doctor. The girl had no experience and was totally clueless. They also screwed up calling in prescriptions. More than once. They were rude and condescending when my wife called about their mistake. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Absolutely a waste of time and money.

      Doctor is great. Office staff not very competent. They swore the doctor accepted my insurance but did not. I found out after my initial and only visit. I was charged $500 for the removal of ************ blemish which took the doctor **** than 30 seconds to administer the freeze spray. Another dermatologist I went to charged $30 and told me upfront that my insurance would not cover the procedure. For well over a year I have been trying to get this addressed only to have a new bill sent without resolving this issue. I have emailed, messaged and spoken with customer advocates in their patient billing center to no avail. Unfortunately the Schweiger Dermatology Group makes it difficult to return to this doctor. If the dermatologist you are considering is part of the Schweiger Dermatology Group I would look for another doctor.

      If I could give them zero stars I would. I should have realized when I walked in and the patient was complaining about how she paid her bills but yet was still getting bills stating she owed money was a red flag. This was my first time at this office and they do not tell you about any extra charges you may be billed for at your visit because you signed a consent form so therefore they are covered. I had a biopsy done and because they have to send it out and have a pathologist read it I was charged and NO ONE said anything of the additional charges I may have. I have had many biopsy done at other offices and never had additional charges. Yes I signed a consent form but they should be telling the patient there may be additional charges because they have to send it out to a lab which I have never had this issue with any other office before and will never be going back. Horrible customer service and will take advantage of billing because you signed a consent form and do not need to tell you.

      Horrible business practices the billing department is incompetent. I see the doctor from the ********* facility. I really like my doctor, but the company itself the institution they are shysters. I pay my bill in full and then they send me a bill. I show the receipt I show my credit card statement they continue to say I owe them. I do not owe them. This is so frustrating and I have been reading the comments from some of the other patients, and this is obviously a common practice of this company!!!!!!! Something needs to be done.
