Excellent service, professional and efficient doctors all from the comfort of your home! Prescriptions and doctors note sent immediately during or right after video appointment. I prefer Sesame over an in person urgent care, no exposure to others who may be ill or spreading what you have to others which is a plus.

I love using Sesame! I have always been able to get the same Dr who is very nice and concerned with my health. I have a chronic issue and need the same prescriptions several times a year. Sesame saves me a lot of money compared to going to the walk-in clinic. And I don't have to sit in the waiting room with all those contagious people either!!!Sesame, Inc.

HORRIBLE service! They take your money, dont offer the services or prescription they promised, then will try to make you repay for delays that were their fault. Their customer service are also very aggressive and uncooperative. Sesame Care truly is a scam! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Id give 0 star rating if I could.Sesame, Inc.

I've used Sesame for about 5 years ******* can't say enough good things about them! I've had telehealth visits with 3 different doctors & each of them were excellent & attentive in addressing my concerns, & follow up care & refilling my Rx's & ordering necessary tests or labwork. It's a very affordable way to go, for basic care, since I don't have health insurance.Sesame, Inc.

i have found Sesame care to be very nice and convenient and affordable and the physician i saw was very patient , kind and understanding with me. the prescription card and visit discounts offered were very helpful as i donot have health insurance. the waiting time to see the physician was very short. i am very pleased and impressed and highly recommend Sesame Care for all your health care needs!Sesame, Inc.

I love how streamlined the process is on SesameCare.com. I just picked a doctor and an available time slot and an hour later I was on a video chat with the medical personnel.I needed a prescription refill quickly as I was leaving for a trip, and after a ten minute conversation , the prescription was phoned in to my choice of pharmacy. I have never had quicker service.Sesame, Inc.

Doctor told me he was sending my medication to the pharmacy and never did so I am sitting 75$ more broke and without meds, sick, and will have to take more time off work to get medication. Absolutely unacceptable. *********** refused to give me a refund which means I have to now spend more time going through my bank to get the refund. This service is fraudulent, don't use it.Provider name was ***********************************, MD.. Don't use this service. There is no one on call to help via phone, chat, or even email...Update: *********** finally responded to me and told me that 'no one was at fault' and that they can't give me a refund for the service (even though I was never sent medication). This company is engaging in fraud, avoid them.Sesame, Inc.
