I was very sick with a bad case of *****, I knew I needed ********, my doctor was not returning my calls. I contacted Sesame and made an appointment. Just before my appointment time, I spoke with my regular doctor and was prescribed Paxlovid. There was no way to cancel my Sesame appointment. I spoke briefly (less than two minutes) to the Sesame doctor, explained why I did not need the appointment, he said he would make sure I was not charged. But I was. Sesame customer service refuses to remove the $72 charge.

I covered 3 health issues in one 15 minute visit. It's well worth the money. My recommendation is to delay your appointment until you have an opportunity to schedule an actual MD or DO intsead of a NP etc. It's my preference and well worth the wait ! Thanks Sesame!Sesame, Inc.

The online appointment happened on time. I couldn't have had **************** if I had gone into the office. All my issues were addressed, and I left the appointment thoroughly satisfied with the doctor and her assistant.Sesame, Inc.

Sesame is a godsend! Everytime I've used the service I was connected to a kind, caring, competent doctor. No muss, no fuss and a prescription was sent to my pharmacy. The cost is very reasonable, too! I highly recommend Sesame!Sesame, Inc.

Sesame is my go to for any health care issues. Its so easy and convenient to make an appointment and the Medical staff that *** had appointments with have been wonderful and very professional. Sesame always works great when Im ill and out of state also. It seems that someone is always available for me! I recommend Sesame to everyone!Sesame, Inc.
