    Purchased a ticket to a Halloween bar crawl event for Friday October the 27th in ********* ********, with a check in time of 4-8. The only address or information on where to go was a ****** map drop point and it led to a parking garage near a bar scene. When I arrived at 6pm there was no check in location and I wondered the streets for 2 hours going into every bar but the event was apparently not real. I bought tickets and have tried to contact the buisness on this issue but only got one response by email asking what city The event was in and never heard back after responding. I feel like this was a scam because now Im hearing that this company has had this problem a lot before. All I want is I refund for a ticket I wasted money on on for this event only for it not to happen and Im quiet irritated. I know no one actually reads these or does there job at the BBB but this company has multiple complaints about the same scam. So do something please.

    I purchase two tickets for the Official ******** Halloween Barcrawl for Oct 28th 2023. The information about which bars were participating were not initially sent to me. So I inquired about this through contacting the email: ****************** The response was that 48 hrs before the event I would receive a wristband and digital map. On Oct 28th, I received nothing through email. I also was asked to input personal information when making my inquiry over email. This website is a scam and I need a refund at the very least.

    Scam pub crawl. Only 3 locations, one was a sandwich shop. No discounts on drinks, nothing stated on their ad was promised. One big lie, dont do business with this company. They are one big scam.

    We purchased a pub crawl promising certain discounts and freebies at certain listed bars throughout the evening. The bar listed as the address for the event was not where we were supposed to start the event. The bar where we checked in with staff seemed to be aware of the discounts and freebies so they must have been in on the scam, however every bar listed after that had no clue about the crawl and were very angry to hear that they were associated with pubcrawls.com asking to see information because they were going to make some unfriendly phone calls to whoever was scamming **. We were absolutely scammed! Wasted $138 and walked around from bar to bar only to be greeted by angry door men and turned away. Even the bar that was listed as the address for the event knew nothing about it and was most angry to be associated. Very angry that we were scammed and ever purchased this so called event!

    On March , 2023 a group of ** purchased 9 tickets to the Arlington TXHangoverSt Patricks Pub Crawl for a total of over $100. The ticket details guaranteed specific details such as free entry into bars, welcome drinks, discounted drinks, photos, etc. We arrived at the check in venue on the date of the event (03/18/23) ** Arlington ** to find out the pub crawl was not real. They did not have any knowledge nor hand ** a wristband, nor was there any of the advertised activities or specials, it was ultimately meaningless. The bars had no knowledge of any of this, including the bar crawl itself, so it was just a fake and myself and several others got scammed out of our money. I reached out to the venue to get a refund for this and explained what happened, and, of course did not receive a response- since the even was fake. I know they will simply state they dont give refunds so Im not seeking one. I am seeking that others will know of the repeated scams by pubcrawlers.com. I tried to contact them in multiples ways through social media, phone and email with no response.

    On Saturday 3/18/2023 in *********, ** my friends and I were attending a St. Patricks day bar crawl, titled the Shamrock Stroll. It was set to take place with check in time from 1-3 at ********************** in Downtown *********. Upon arrival, there was no one there to check our tickets or to give us wristbands. Further, the folks at ********************** had no idea what bar crawl we were even therefore as they had never been contacted by ************* about having a bar crawl check in at their establishment. My friends and about 50 other people, who had all paid at least 10 dollars for their tickets were left without any explanation as to why there was no longer a bar crawl. It really seemed like there was never meant to be one in the first place. One of my friends called ************* and when it was asked what city they were calling about and my friend answered "*********" they laughed and hung up. After this interaction it is very obvious that this entire establishment is a scam and had no intention of providing a bar crawl for people who had bought tickets under the assumption that there would be a bar crawl. On their website it states that events are subject to change, yet no communication was given to anyone at all. Such a shame and disappointment for people who had travelled to be there.

    The issue is simple. I purchased two tickets for the St. Patricks Day pub crawl in *******, **. We were instructed to arrive at the designated location, where a staff member would distribute wrist bands for the event. When we arrived at the designated location, the bartender informed us that the pub crawls staff member never showed up and gave no explanation or warning. We sat down in the bar and watched countless others come in over the course of a few hours, only to be told the same thing- the pub crawls staff member never showed up. There is NO EVENT.However, when I requested a refund, pubcrawls.com declined my request, stating that they are sorry the event wasnt what I expected. When they know perfectly well that there was NO EVENT, period.Lastly, they point to their no refund policy. However, a member of my group from that night has gotten a refund. Can they explain why? Is it because she only purchased one ticket, whereas I purchased two? They did offer me credit toward future events, however, I have NO INTEREST in ever dealing with these people again. What a joke that I would even entertain the idea of a so-called future event that *** NEVER HAPPEN. Their events are figments of the imagination. I might as well be selling tickets to an event my dog is organizing next week. If I call it an event, I guess that makes it real!Pubcrawls.com needs to be shut down. They are outright scammers. I will tell everyone I know never to give these people a dime.

    I bought two tickets for a supposed St. Patricks Day pub crawl on 03/16/2023 for $26.26.It was stated that there would discounted drinks, discounted food, DJs, a photographer/videographer and free entry to 4 different bars. None of these statements were true as the bar was running these special for the night on their own, not because I had the wrist band on. I paid $26.26 for a paper band that got me absolutely nothing. This is one of the biggest scams that I have seen as they offered a service that didnt actually exist and pretended the drink specials would be because I paid for the pub crawl. To top it all off, none of the bars even had DJs that night. I want my money back but if that doesnt happen, at least I can help others not be scammed too. This is completely fake and I dont understand how it is still going on after 3 years of complaints.

    We paid 25 including taxes and fees for the date of 3/18/23. The time of arrival was 1:00 pm. We arrive to receive wristbands. The guy doesnt make sure we have paid at all and just gives us the wristbands that are ultimately meaningless. They promised entry to bars (no bar on the list required an entry fee). Drink specials (all the drinks they offered were the bars normal price). We bought 4 tickets so 4 people could have a good time. But it absolutely was a scam and they wasted our money. They say they have a no refund policy because they know what they are doing. They are conning you. The BBB need to shut them down. As it seem this is a reoccurring theme. Absolutely unprofessional and pointless. DO NOT SPEND YOU MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!

I had advised multiple people to get tickets so we could all go as a group. The total was ***** per ticket for 17MAR2023 date per person and we had 6 people total. We get to the venue that they had set as the meeting place(***** *****r) and when we get there its super crowded and it was around 1700-1800. The wristbands were supposed to be given out between ****-2000. There were people still there from **** waiting for their wristbands. Some people had been waiting since that time and the bar said they werent even informed about the event and had no relation to it at all!!!! Everyone at the bar was waiting and at the end of it we all kind of just decided it was a scam, since they never showed up.

    So theyre saying saying those 50+ people waiting at that exact bar between the time alotted , and that the bar had no clue about the event were wrong. I disagree with this business and 1. Will not purchase anything from them and will be seeking action against.
