    I purchased multiple tickets to the ******* Halloween bar crawl for $126.88 on October 26th. My group and I decided to buy the *** tickets which promised; 2-3 free drinks at the first bar (we did not get any), free entry to all bars that were supposed to be charging cover charges (not a single bar/club was charging a cover charge), discounted food and drinks at all bars (two of the bars we went to didn't even know they were apart of the bar crawl, and no venues provided discounts with the tickets).I called the contact number and was sent to voicemail and was asked to text the provider who then ignored my messages when I outlined the above information and asked for our money back as there was a false advertisement of services and individuals who did not buy the tickets participated in the bar crawl.

    11-15-2023 purchased three tickets from PubCrawls.com through ********** for the Augusta Official Ugly Sweater Bar Crawl. The event was scheduled for December 16, 2023 at 5:00pm to 11:00pm. Total for transaction, $54.57.11-15-2023 received tickets from **********.11-26-2023 received email from ********** stating, PubCrawls.com issued me a credit, redeemable at any of their future events. The credit is set to expire November 26, ****. Reason: Note from organizer (PubCrawls.com) Due to low volume of tickets. They made a decision to move this event to our historic St Paddy's Crawls in March. I will be issued a credit to use on those events or any of our upcoming nationwide events across the country.********** stated that this credit was issued to me directly by PubCrawls.com, not **********. If I had any questions about my credit or the event, contact the event organizer. 11-26-2023: Reached out to organizer through ********** to request a full refund not a credit. Reason: I will not be in town for the event suggested. 11-27-2023: Contacted PubCrawls.com via phone number provided on website. Left message requesting full refund and a return phone call. 11-27-2023: Contacted ********** via email requesting a full refund from organizer.Per PubCrawls.com, they state they have a no refund policy unless the event is cancelled. The organizer cancelled the event due to low sales. Per their own policy a refund is possible. I am not responsible for their lack of ticket sales. I was able to attend the event of which I purchased and had tickets. PubCrawls.com cancelled the event. The event displays SOLD OUT on **********. The organizer is giving false information on the ticket platform they used.

    On the weekend of October *****, my sister purchased three tickets to the *******, ** pub crawl event. The ticket stated we would each receive discounted food, drinks, and a pub crawl experience. On the night of October 28th, 2023, we arrived at the first bar listed for the crawl. There was no signs or identification related to the event. The worker that check us in gave us wrist bands that meant nothing. He was wearing no identification that made it clear he even worked for pubcrawls. He specifically stated that the first bar of the crawl was not participating in the event. In addition, we were not provided a map of the event as promised to know where the bar locations were. Overall, there was no event. No signage, maps, official staff, or bars with knowledge of the event. We walked around aimlessly until we found a bar we liked, that was not apart of the event at all. It was a complete scam. The tickets were useless and a total waste of money. There was no pub crawl or quality information about the event available anywhere.

    I purchased 10 tickets for a pub crawl in *********** ******** for October 28, 2023. On the day of the pub crawl, we called to find out where we were supposed to check in and the venue told us that they were not aware of any pub crawl. We called several other bars and no one knew about a pub crawl for that day. I called pub crawls I emailed pub crawls.com and was unable to get a hold of anybody for any type of refund. It was a waste of money, and I am very disappointed. I should have looked into it before purchasing the tickets because only after I re-searched I found out that people were saying pub crawls.com is a scam. There was another pub crawl that same day with a different company and we were able to save our night.

    On October 15th, 2023 I purchased 4 tickets to a Halloween Pub Crawl that took place Oct 28th. The next day I checked my bank statement and the charge was not there (not in Pending either). I had used an older iPad and assumed it used a saved expired credit card so I proceeded to re-purchase 4 tickets with an updated credit card. The new transaction went through right away and saw it immediately in my bank statement. A few days later, I reviewed my bank statement and noticed that BOTH transactions went through. I immediately followed instructions to get a refund for 4 tickets using their eventBright app. After I submitted my request, a message appeared at the top of the app that said the refund is processing and could take up to a week. But I was NEVER refunded. I tried contacting the event administrator, EventBrite, and any contact link I could find but no one responded. I did finally receive a message that said my refund was denied. So in summary, I only needed and used 4 tickets but was charged $76.44 twice.Order# ********** and **********

    Company PubCrawls.com offered a Halloween event at 4pm on Saturday, October 28th. Purchase price of each ticket was $20.64. Company cancelled the event on Friday, October 27th at 11:27pm. They refuse to provide a refund or return emails. I have email receipts of purchased tickets and the event cancellation with less than one days notice.

    I purchased 4 tickets for an event advertised through pubcrawls.com with Eventbrite. It was a Halloween Bar Crawl for October 28th 2023. I purchased them a week in advance. When we showed up to downtown ************** for the event.....there wasn't an event. I was scammed!! So, I requested a refund the day of and just got a response denied because past request time. I'm sorry I didn't know I was getting scammed until the day of!!! This is ridiculous they're allowed to keep taking people's money!!! They should be shut down & Eventbrite for being affiliated.

    I purchased the pub crawl online and I knew the bar was having a pub crawl as well. They promised the exact same thing as Coyote Ugly. I showed up at the bar and showed them the eventbrite barcode and the banner and they told me that it wasnt their pub crawl. It was a different one but that was their address and their bar. But they had never seen that banner before. After returning from vacation I am trying to deal with this but eventbrite doesnt have a way to request a refund it only asks the seller to refund and they arent answering. Their Instagram seems fake and their website asks for birthdate and birth city to even contact them. I just want my money back.

    On 10/28/2023 I bought tickets for a Halloween pub crawl in *****, **. I went to the check-in location and the guy gave us our wristbands and whatnot. We also got free drink tickets which came with the ticket. At the bar we checked into we tried to use the tickets and they said they were not accepting them, which was the first red flag. We then went to the next bar listed and they said they are not a part of the pub crawl and did not even know it was a thing until people showed up. Onto the next bar... they also did not accept the free drink tickets and said they had nothing to do with it. At that point, we did not even try the next bar because other people we met in the bars said they had previously been to the bar and they were also not a part of the pub crawl.

    I am a managing partner at a bar in downtown *******, *******. I was contacted by "*********************" from ************* and he asked if we would partake in a pub crawl that they were hosting in our area. I happily obliged. However, the two day pub crawl was a disaster for all of the guests who purchased tickets from them. *************/**** promoted free drinks/food from selected bars/restaurants in the area (my bar being one of them) - ************* also contracted their own employees to "check-in" guests that purchased tickets for this event BUT ************* told these employees that "WE" (my restaurant) would be paying them. Luckily, I had the entire thing under control for my business but it resulted in guests getting upset with my staff and I, even though the only thing I agreed to was saying, "Yes, I will be one of the venues on the list for this pub crawl". They are a complete fraud of a company. Stealing people's money via selling "Pub Crawl" tickets and promoting all things that were not real for multiple businesses in this area. After speaking to a few local businesses - ************* has in fact done this before, it is a complete scam. You can ****** their business and there are a TON of people around the country that have been saying the same for years. Although my business did not personally suffer any financial damage because fortunately I am a micromanager, thousands of people have suffered financial damage just by purchasing these tickets. It is completely ridiculous and they should be reprimanded. ************* is a complete and total FRAUD.
