      I'm really sorry to hear of any less-than-perfect interactions. That was not our experience at all. My wife and I attended one of their candlelight string quartet tributes - I won't say which because they seem to get censored - and it was great. I did have a change I needed to make first though... We were driving more than an hour away and I originally booked their second time as a result. Then we were able to manage where we both got off work early and could make the earlier show and do dinner after and get home earlier too. The staff I emailed with issued a credit for the whole amount, and it was immediately applicable to the earlier time. No problem at all. Maybe they're getting better at customer service?

      Fantastic concert!!! Will recommend to others. Atmosphere was amazing. Top notch musicians.

      The concert was a true joy. I was so looking forward to the concert and it did not disappoint. The orchestra members each did a great job of introducing their sets and of course the music was amazing.

      The experience was absolutely ?? stunning ?? loved so much ?? and invited friends and family to attend My wife and I were so pleased ?? and planning on attending many more as time permits

      We really enjoyed the **** music show by a string quartet. They were amazing and the music was beautiful! The entire audience was clapping and tapping their toes all night!! We are planning more Fever concerts and suggest you attend all concerts you can too. It was well worth it!

      The ************************* was wonderful. The musicians were excellent and and the candlelit environment added to the experience. I high;y recommend this type of concert !!

      The show we went to was the music of Queen and it was so much fun. It was a wonderful evening and I highly recommend it.

      This was a fabulous event. The actors were energetic, beautifully dramatic and excellent at their craft. The drinks were both fun and delicious, matching the poems well. The atmosphere was appropriately dark and thoughtful.

      I purchased 2 tickets for the Valentine *********** concert in *************. The concert was canceled due to a waterline break a block away, leaving the ************ without water. We were issued 2 vouchers, which we were able to exchange for the ******* Four Seasons concert at no additional expense. The Four Seasons Concert was spectacular! We will definitely purchase tickets for future concerts. I just wish there were more concerts held in *************.
