      I bought a ticket for the wrong night accidentally and they refunded my money right away, the woman was very nice and helpful. But I got two tickets for the correct night so Im very excited to go!

      I purchased tickets to the Mexican Geniuses exhibit in Nov. 2021 for May 2022. Just before the event, I got an email saying the show was being rescheduled and I would get information on that later. I would also receive a voucher so that I could repurchase my tickets for the new dates. I did receive that in May, but since the exhibit wasn't starting until August, I didn't initially reboot my tickets.When I started to reschedule, I noticed that my voucher wasn't there. I went back and looked at my email from them and in the fine print, it says that you only have 2 months to redeem the voucher. I did contact consumer service and my voucher was restored for an additional 3 days, and I was able to rebook the exhibit.My concern (and the reason for 3 stars) is that your voucher should not expire, and certainly should not expire before the event you booked and they reschedule has even started. While I understand them not wanting to give refunds, they should not give you a voucher that will expire. This is a shady business practice since if you don't read the fine print, you could be out of your money, even though they are the reason the show was rescheduled. It is not the customer's fault that they booked the show and then Fever cancels it and then gives you a small window to use a voucher. That's a load of bull pucky from Fever and makes me less likely to use them in the future.

      I contacted support for help with rescheduling *********************** Forbidden Forest Experience tickets as my browser closed unexpectedly. When I went I went through with ordering again, I noticed that my date was incorrect on my confirmation email.I contacted support immediately, and within minutes, I got an email back from support agent ************** They offered a voucher for my amount, and cancellation of the order I made. When I confirmed that I wanted the voucher/cancellation, support sent step by step instructions, as well as a link to a ******* video on how to redeem the voucher. Vouchers are very easy to redeem, I had my updated tickets almost instantly. However, the voucher redemption can only be done on the app, not a web browser. Not a big deal to me, but can be inconvenient to anyone without a smart phone.Be aware that the video with the instructions on ******* goes quickly. If you're not quick at following along, I recommend watching the video a few times then following along. Text also appears on the video to tell and show the steps. This was very helpful, and it was a great visual aid.Very happy with the support service, and it was super easy.
