      Very helpful. Beyond grateful that I was able to speak to someone over the phone quickly and have my problem fixed at a timely manner. As a first customer with **********************, this customer service gives me confidence that I can definitely purchase tickets with Fever for future events. It was obvious that that Fever's customer service really does try to help and assist their customers with the best of service!

      The tech folks were able to help me change dated for the Van **** immersion experience after I had purchased tickets. It took several back and forths, but they were always polite and courteous in their emails. And they got me squared away.

      One of the best customer service ********************* I've had. The call was quick and easy to understand. The follow email was promptly delivered. I would rate 5 stars, but I have yet to see the results of my refund request so this review was asked for a little prematurely.
