      Excellent customer service!!! I purchased four tickets too Stranger Things Experience *** to surprise my family and had an instant conflict with first day of school. ******** was immediately extremely helpful in exchanging for another date, very kind and professional!

      I have been disputing an overcharge for over a month now. I am owed $300 from this company and not being refunded. Beware purchasing through them. My cc company has also tried to dispute on my behalf and gotten nowhere.I will never purchase tickets through them again.

      I tried the Fever online chat and that was absolutely awful. Referred me to a site that required a $46.00 monthly fee. How ridiculous! However, when I called, I was extremely pleased. My problem was quickly and easily resolved and thus I gave **************** the above rating.

      Good customer service! I've purchased 8 events from Fever. The events I attended were very good, and any time I have needed customer service they have responded. (Not immediately, but they DO respond.) Their vendors who do the experiences can be great and sometimes not...but that's the vendor, not Fever. I WISH they would do refunds. Instead, they do credits only. But overall thumbs up and I continue to buy stuff from them.
