      Professional and very responsive. I expected to have to engage in multiple interactions to resolve an issue that I inadvertently created when ordering tickets for an event. It took two quick messages and everything was taken care of in less than 15 mins. Impressive!

      Fever site is complex & offers a lot. Given that, it doesn't allow for review or correction of error when placing an order, VERY easy to make an expensive mistake. Access to customer service is hit or miss: 1 agent did rather well, another sloughed me off.
