      Great and fast customer service! Purchased a ticket for an event but ended up needing more tickets so I had to cancel the first purchase. Reached out via email and was emailed back rather quickly. Refund was issued immediately and I was able to purchase the new tickets.

      I had some problems getting the tickets I bought, so I filled out their complaint form and they responded very quickly and solved my problems.However, I found the procedure for getting tickets confusing and convoluted.

      Great customer service! We needed to change the date of our Van **** tickets due to illness. Inquired thru online chat and got immediate response. Gave us vouchers to allow move to a different date. Couldnt be happier!

      I dont like the website registration process. But I got great customer service from one of the staff. When I rushed through registering and chose the wrong time. Two others were less helpful, but ***** stuck with me til I figured out how to apply a voucher.

      Excellent and very timely customer service. They were patient, knowledgeable and understanding when I had to change my order due to an illness. They fixed my mistakes, processed a voucher and I was able to get the tickets I needed. It is much appreciated.
