      if there were negative numbers, they would be ****!!! My friend and I tried to attend a *********** concert on 8/5/22 at Fenway in ******, ****, concert was rescheduled twice due to covid!!! After multiple attempts to pull up the tickets online were unsuccessful, leaving us no way to access tickets. Next step was trying to see if they box office could help us, unfortunately because it is a 3rd party, they were unable to help!! We then called customer service there which is a joke and barely able to understand, we were told we would get a link sent to us via email within ***** mins so we would get our tickets, well that never happened, after 3 total attempts we gave up hope !!! Luckily, there were many people on the streets selling decent seats and we were able to attend the 2ND HALF of the show!!! After the concert was nearly over an email was sent to my friend that our issue would be expedited !!!! What a joke and total scam company!!!! There is no way this is out of ********!! We are going to dispute it and hopefully get our money back!!! Stay far away !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      If there were negative stars, that is what I would give Viagogo. They allowed a seller to advertise his tickets as "ROW 1" of GA Floor. I purchased these for my friend who recently had her leg amputated so that she could sit or stand and still see the concert. I was hopeful she could have a good experience at ***** Strings. However, all the tickets I received were General Admission. I attempted to explain this to Viagogo several times but always received automated letters that indicated NO one was understanding or looking at the items I sent them. Sadly, I was scammed by their seller. And they did nothing to help resolve the issue other than encourage the seller to transfer the tickets which were falsely advertised on Viagogo's site, and sold for a PREMIUM. My friend never got to go to the concert.

      Paid top dollar for tickets. Event cancelled, no notification. Called, they refused to refund. Im disputing charge with cc company. These guys are dishonest and not worth the time.

      I WILL NEVER USE VIAGOGO AGAIN THEY DO NOT REFUND THE MONEY. My event was cancelled because of Covid and I am still fighting them to refund my money. Scammers!!! I would give them zero stars.... awful ????????????

      Purchased eight tickets for this company! Upon arrival at concert for ********************* was told only six showed up the other two were never sent to me from the company. I had to purchase more tickets and have been fighting for weeks to get a refund on the two tickets I had a purchase. This company scams you quick. And then doesnt want to fix the problem keeps saying they need more information to fix the problem. Also you could barely understand the person to speak to which makes it even more difficult and frustrating!******
