  I bought a ticket for the ********************* concert and when I got there I was told the ticket was no good. I called them and the person kept saying sorry and she is trying to get me another ticket. After 45 minutes of the same thing, I told her to refund my money. This company should get 0 stars.

  They sold tickets to my client & it cost him twice as much as at the gate. Everything was misleading from day 1. Was told tickets would be mailed to him then they switched that to emailed on the 27th of August. Didnt get the ticket till the night before the event which was Sept 3rd & the tickets werent even the right ************ yourself the hassle & do not go through this company totally trash!

  This company is deceptive. They continue to say they will get back to us about the tickets we bought, but they have yet to locate them. They now use the scam that our email is blocked. In criminal law their $600 acquisition of our money without producing a product would be called theft. They are thieves. Do not use this company at all costs. They are a scam and a class action lawsuit waiting to happen. DO NOT USE THEM.

  Order tickets for Oct 4 in ******** received tickets for sept 26th in ******** we live in ************** and are flying to ******** September 29 and been trying for two days to call There too busy answering machine says and to use website and nothing resolve holding now useless tickets very sad business practices

  Purchased overpriced tickets to ********************** The concert was cancelled a few hours after I placed the order. I immediately requested a refund, but got a response saying that they needed to get information from the promoter first. A month later I requested a refund again, but they responded saying the concert was not cancelled, just postponed, and that I could post the tickets for resale on their site, but could not get a refund. I tried to reason with them a dozen times, but just kept getting the same response. After giving them another month to be honest, I finally just called my credit card, and they forced Viagogo to refund the money.Avoid Viagogo at all costs, and if you get stuck in their manipulative loop, have your credit card take care of it.

  If there was a zero rating or below , I would have given it to viagogo. They earned it. I purchased Alabama tickets for 9/10/22 in July and still have not received my tickets. I contacted them the day of purchase (and multiple times after ) and my issue has not been resolved. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS SITE - , it is up to the customer to resolve the issue. There is no customer service, they read from a script and barely speak English. I will be disputing this with my credit card company as well. Viagogo is dishonest and is in the business of scamming people. I usually don't post reviews but if this will help prevent another person from losing money and being taken advantage of - it is worth it.

  This is not a legitimate event ticket company. I bought tickets for a concert for on June 4th and when I received the entries, they had someone else's name and the wrong venue location. The concert in fact had been cancelled and contacting the customer service was a nightmare. Two months of spammy email stating they were looking into it, then asking for proof that the concert was cancelled (how do you proof this? Shouldn't the ticket provider have that information?
