      Let me start by saying your customer service and service for delivery of your bikes is atrocious. I love the Peloton App and the community and wanted to finally take the leap to the Bike but right now I am regretting the decision. I ordered this bike in August did not get it delivered until October, the pedals on the bike will not work, we never got the shoes or the weights that were part of the order. Every time we contact support nothing happens and we are ignored. It is now January and we are paying for a bike that is collecting dust and still paying for the price of the app. I can't put into words how frustrating it is to spend nearly **** dollars plus the app price for nothing in return. My next step will be to make public comment regarding this as I know it has been a huge issue addressed by many members on social media.

      Absolutely terrible customer service. Super long wait times on phone and incompetent staff. Ordered a peloton bike order C43A-380B. Live chatted with them to cancel it. I got a confirmation that it was cancelled. However, it was not cancelled. I called them again to cancel it. The customer service agent canceleld the wrong order. They cancelled my new bike scheduled to arrive in 3 days January 6 F9EC-6F99 and my first order still has not been cancelled. The customer service agent realized this mistake and instead of taking responsiblity or sending me to a supervisor, sent me to the sales team. The sales team informed me that the support team is not online right now. However, their website advertises all day support from 6 am to 12 am. This is ridiculous as I will not receive my bike on time and will have credit card holds for over **** dollars if I choose to buy from them. I would not recommend dont waste your time on this company that doesnt value its paying customers

      The Bike was excellent but the customer service was terrible this company doesnt advocate for their customers especially when they have recalls on products. I was renting a peloton spin bike and they sent an email about a seat recall and upon research people were legitimately getting hurt on their bikes because the seat post would break. So i called customer service to get a time estimate on when the seat post would be sent out and they didnt have an idea time wise so i asked foe them to pause the membership payments since i couldnt use the bike. I was told that if i did that I wouldn't be able to pause my membership again in the future . I was confused because i was only pausing it because their bike had a recall and wasnt usable but i was getting penalized for pausing it. I repeated this back to the representative and explained that i really wanted to keep using the bike but since he was not willing to work with me on this issue that i was cancelling my membership i was highly disappointed by the company and how they treated me as a paying customer

      I wouldnt even alot this company one star, however to make a comment I had to click it! First off it took exactly one month for delivery which I was not thrilled about but wanted the treadmill. Then the delivery day comes, the company delivers it and theyre unable to set it up were not sure whats wrong with this item, but it keeps reading update required. We are sorry we you can call Peleton and get a replacement! I contacted Peleton 3 days consecutively with absolutely no resolution! Then I got fed up and said I wanted a full refund in addition to them removing this piece of broken equipment from my home. Yet for either to happen! I have spent multiple hours on the phone with ******* to resolve the issue, and they just have less than satisfactory customer service! I still remain with a brand new treadmill that I paid for that NEVER ONCE TURNED ON! Im awaiting my refund and removal still! I do not recommend this to anyone!

      I would not recommend buying the bike+ right now, apparently theres a reoccurring issue of it being dead on arrival. The support needs to have a better way of solving issues that actually fix things the first time. They should ask if the sensor light is on or something before sending a tech out when the tech cant fix a faulty bike frame sensor. My bike+ arrived 12/11/23 not functioning, tech got scheduled to come out today 12/19/23 and he told me its a reoccurring issue and I needed a new frame. The support line sent me the scheduling link and the next available delivery is January 3rd. Almost a month after my first delivery. I am paying for a bike that I cant even use. All of my excitement for getting this Christmas gift for my health and wellness has diminished. **************** said they cant offer any credits or anything but gave me a 1 month waiver for the app subscription since I cant use that with my non functioning bike. When I worked in the service industry, the customers who ordered and got a messed up service or order always get taken care of more urgently and peloton just makes you wait in line again and give you no other options for your wasted time, money and emotions. If anybody reads these, my Order Number was *********

      I got a bike and a peloton guide in October 25 at ******** mall ******.They deliver the bike and never deliver the guide or my shoes .The bike is beann sitting on my house.For almost 2 MONTHS. I keep calling and sending emails and every time they place a new order and nothing arrived. Is been A NIGHTMARE THE WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER! The customer service is awful they do not keep a registered of anything I have to give all of the information every time I call them.??????????????????????????

      I was having issues from day one of my bike purchase. Tonight I came home to use my bike and it was locked I called their customer support and was on the phone for over an hour with ******* and I asked for a supervisor after he couldnt help me I got ******* and she would talk over me and not let me speak finally she just hung up on me. I do not ever want to speak to them again!!! Worse customer support ever !! Dont ever buy a **********************!!

      December 15, 2023 Subject: Complaint Against Peloton's CEO for First Amendment Rights Violation and Coercion of Advertising on ******************* Podcast Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to formally express my concern and file a complaint against Peloton and its CEO for what appears to be a violation of First Amendment rights and an act of coercion towards ******************* podcast.It has come to everyones attention that Peloton's CEO *************************** allegedly engaged in actions that threaten the First Amendment rights of individuals associated with the *************** podcast. Specifically, it has been reported the Peloton execs have attempted to force the removal of a podcast episode featuring ********************************** by using the threat of withdrawing advertising support.This type of behavior is deeply troubling, as it appears to undermine the principles of free speech and expression. Businesses should not engage in tactics that restrict the open exchange of ideas or coerce content creators into censoring material based on the owner or CEOs political preferences.I request that the Better Business Bureau conducts a thorough investigation into these allegations to determine the accuracy of the claims and assess whether any violations of ethical business practices have occurred.       I placed an order for a bike on 12/5/23 at 11:30PM before sale ended. Decided to tell my wife before xmas because delivery and setup needed to be planned. I find out my wife wasn't serious about wanting one and cancel the order. The cancelation process on the website wouldn't work, I was on the phone for 40 minutes was never told I would be charged $400 for cancelling and after questioning it I was told it was a delivery fee!! I placed the order less than 12 hours prior most of which was non-business hours and the delivery date wasn't until 12/15. Now I have to wait 24 hours for a supervisor to call me back? I will update and hopefully it's to confirm that Peloton does the right thing and credits the full amount. Order #5F7E-17CO.

      Terrible customer service. Our bike has been out for a total of 4 months. 3 directly after we got it last year and now here we are again with a there is a problem with your device please unplug and replug in your device. I was told its your screen twice now and weve been sent two screen a month of waiting with the same message with each screen. EVERY time I contact peloton its at LEAST a one hour hold weather its chat or calling in. Its so frustrating that we spent so much money on this bike and monthly for the subscription and you cant EVER get a hold of anyone!!!
