Horrible service! Constantly bounced around to different reps and still no help for my issue with my bike. **************** is great until you purchase a bike and then horrible after the have your money. I would never recommend *******.Peloton

I have the peloton tread. When delivered and set up, I noted that it was loud, the delivery person did nothing, we later called customer service and who asked for videos and more info, they said it was fine. Its progressively gotten louder and louder over months. We called back to report it again and was asked to do another video. While filming the video with the rep on the phone, the machine got very loud and shut down entirely. Then the rep hung up because their shift was over. Over an hour of trying to get someone and finally I got someone who couldnt help. So I called the next day and got someone who said it was broken and set up a repair. The delivery guys came, assembled the machines and left before we realized they werent going to turn it on. It still doesnt work. Now they want to do another modular repair and refuse to swap the unit. I dont feel safe on this unit and after Pelotons treads have literally killed and maimed people, I think thats reasonable. I cant get a callback, instead I just get emails from a parade of new people who dont have a full grasp of the issue. I understand that the company is busy failing, but I spent $3500 on this paperweight and I want a response.Peloton

Purchased a Bike + mid-May and received an email from the sales representative with the order number. Never received the email to confirm delivery so called customer support. They shared the sales person entered my email incorrectly so it was flagged. Confirmed email and they shared I should receive the new email in the next 48 hours. No email. Called 3 more times and finally they said a supervisor would call me. No call. Called again my order was cancelled with no communication and I can purchase the ********** but a a higher price. Wow! Ive never seen this poor of a level of customer service in company of this size.Peloton

I am part of the bike recall and have been advised to not use my bike until a replacement part comes in approximately 2 months time. In the meantime they have said that they expect me to continue to pay the full bike membership price if I wish to continue to do the other non-bike workouts instead of discounting the monthly fee while I wait. They have extremely terrible customer service and seem to only care about making as much money as possible. Could care less about their loyal customers.Peloton

I have been on the phone for 30 minutes on hold then when I got someone the call dropped. I am now on hold again for another 30 with no end in sight. My brand new peleton tread just abruptly stops in the middle of my workout and kicked me off the back of it. The customer service is non existent.Peloton

1 star**TREAD BUYERS BEWARE**I purchased a Tread just over a year ago for $2,200 plus shipping and tax for a grand total of just under $2,700. Coincidently and literally just after my warranty expired, my Tread flashed an error message stating that it needed a firmware update. I didnt think much of it so tried to update as instructed by the prompts on the Tread. The firmware update would only get to 4% and then the screen would tell me to unplug the Tread to have it restarted. I did this over and over again and the update would never complete over 4% and the cycle just continued. I contacted Peloton Support and after troubleshooting with one of their reps, who didnt know how to really troubleshoot the issue, I was told that I need to replace THE ENTIRE BASE at a **** out of pocket cost $1,175. I find this rather convenient that my warranty literally just expired and now I am having to replace the base of the Tread for basically half of what I paid for it last year. Also, neither the original rep I spoke with or the team lead could tell me why the error message was happening and what was exactly wrong with the Tread. Now I have a $2,700 paper weight that I can no longer use because the machine wont complete a firmware update, and is somehow its related to the entire base of the machine. I would also like to point out that that year of owning the Tread, I had only used and run in it 99 times. I went to take a live class for my 100th run and couldnt due to the error message that could only be resolved by replacing the entire base. Sounds to me like Peloton is intentionally driving this error code and forcing customers to pay more in order to drive additional revenue as their stock continues to fail and they lose market share to other platforms. This assumption is supported not only by this situation, but also that the same Tread I paid $2,700 for last year is now being sold to new customers for $3,500.Review fromMarilyn T

I wish I could give 0 stars. I didnt use my bike for 2 months and it stopped working. Peloton chat said it was the handlebars so they ordered new ones. The new ones got installed and the bike still didnt work, the repair guy said it was the frame. They ordered a new frame and when it came *************** said they couldnt fix it and I need a whole new bike. Its sitting still not fixed. Im paying monthly on a bike I never get to use and no one can seem to fix it. This company is very unethical I regret buying my Peloton.Peloton

Zero stars for customer service. In an effort to improve our health (after he had a heart attack and I underwent hip replacement) my husband and I purchased the bike in late Dec 22. Within a month or 2 I heard story of another user whose seat cracked while he was riding and he fell backwards with feet still clipped in. Other users told similar stories. Note that Peloton admin removes all negative stories or comments from their fb page so its difficult to say how many more there were. They claim 35 before announcing a voluntary recall. While Peloton removes most neg comments they fully allow users to advise members to keep on riding since risk is so low of injury. Further their replacement protocol is to 1st send part to users above 510 or more tha 250 lbs, then to users with no ht wt on profile and last to everyone else. Not sure of logic here if everyone is not supposed to ride. In any case I dont make ht wt requirements for 1st replacement but my husband at 61 does. Peloton refuses to comply with their own protocol however since I am listed as primary user (in other words I set up acct). Now I must wait up to 7 months unable to use expensive equipment. Peloton is a horrible company. Just look at their canned response to all of these complaints.Peloton

For a premium product Peloton has failed. After 2 years I have gone through two failed frames and screens. Im on my third frame that now doesnt work again. I have now been without a bike and equipment for over 6 weeks. They have refused to get it right and have now refused to replace the frame without shelling out another $1600! I have an extended warranty that is still within its limits. They have refused to take care of it due to some rust. Which btw was present since day one. Have you heard of project TinMan? Yes, I am certain I have a refurb bike with rust and they will now not honor their warranty. And the sad part is they couldnt care less. I have spent countless hours on the phone with them, money to now go to the gym (which is why I bought this premium bike not to have to do). I paid my hard earned money for this and its sad to be honest. I need to now hire a product warranty attorney, spend more time and energy on something that should be solved with a quality product and good customer service. I'm appalled at this company!! Ordered bike a month ago was delayed they said should be coming in few hours. Tell me at 415 that day oh it's coming next week. Then days before tell me that there was a recall of bike gotta wait two more weeks. finally comes few days ago they set up bike And then they said oh seat post is no good.They played dumb this is reason why it was recalled in first place I find out later they gave me old bike so why did I wait two weeks only to get an old bike? So now the bike sits here useless.. They did give me some money off but I think it is not enough.. They lied like 4x to me!! AWFUL SERVICE!! I need the bike I have an autoimmune condition been thru a lot just recently with it and need exercise. It's just bad business why couldn't they be more up front!Peloton
