I have had this bike for 6 months and have had consistent issues with it. I love the product but today when I turned it on the update install was frozen. I did all of the initial recommended troubleshooting myself prior to reaching out. I finally called and recording said high call volume 30 minute hold time. I have now been on hold for an hour and a half. The recording has been saying hold time 5 minutes for the last 45 minutes. At the same time I requested assistance through the chat app. 85 in front of me. I waited all the way though 85 and now it has been saying we are still waiting for an agent to connect for the last half hour. For as much as this bike cost along with the monthly fee this is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.Peloton

Great equipment. POOR customer service. I have the bike and treadmill, each time I had to call customer service, there was ***** minutes wait with NO follow up from Peloton.Peloton

I have been having issues with my Peloton Tread since March, 2023, that are still unresolved. The inconsistent speed and sudden stops occur sporadically but are a safety concern as my wife and I are older. I started calling customer service back in April. We have had a service call where nothing was found. Then I was informed that because we didnt purchase the extended warranty, we would have to pay for the arms, which may be the problem, at a significant cost. We had a bracket sent to us that should have been installed when delivered which didnt resolve the issue. Then, as the problems continued, the next call had me run through a number of problem-solving only to be told we would need to purchase the base! So now Ive been told no one knows what the issue is but I need to purchase the base and the arms and I spent 4K on a new tread 18 months ago and now need to spend another grand and no one can tell me if it will even be fixed? First of all, I dont think it is reasonable to spend 4K for a quality tread in December of 21 to then have significant issues with light use 14 months later that require another grand to fix so its useable. Secondly, no one can even tell me that is would be fixed if I did pay. **************** is extremely poor as scripted as noted by the same response to every customer complaint on here. We have had the bike which has been wonderful and pay for a subscription for a number of years prior to owning the tread which has been terrible. Very disappointing as I had been a major fan of Peloton for years. Finally, was able to speak to a supervisor, who then came back the next day and told me its probably the arms and I will have to purchase for another $875. So, to have a safe tread that I can use, I will have spent nearly 5K in 18 mos....way cheaper to just get a gym membership. I just can't believe Peloton would think this is acceptable:(Peloton

Absolute travesty. I love my Peloton, and hate the company. Not only did my child get burned on the tread+ that I had to return, NOW, they blame shift, wont warranty it OR pick up the broken one after the TELL ME, to order a new one. Absolutely disgusting the way they treat people.Peloton

I purchased a bike in 2021 and have had the bearings replaced 19 times in 2 years. They fail after approximately 30 hours of riding consistently. I contact Peloton but their solution is always the same: send a tech and bearings. Im so upset about this as Im certain it will continue after my extended warranty is up. I wish we could solve this issue! Three stars because I do enjoy the content and platform, but @Peloton, please help!Peloton

I ordered a peloton bike on 6/9/23 the delivery was set up for 6/18/23 through a third party named RXO. The bike never showed up. After waiting 3 hours I finally got an email saying the truck broke down. After never receiving 2 phone calls from them confirming the delivery time I highly doubt that it was a breakdown. Total incompetence! How can a company like peloton partner with companies that give them a horrible image. This is a great way to start my peloton experience and seeing all their canned responses to the other reviews I feeling like I should just crab my ankles and brace myself.Peloton

I sold my Peloton in August of 2022. It is now July of 2023 and I saw a charge for $44 from peloton. Stupid mistake on my part for not canceling the subscription when I sold the bike. However, Ive now been charged $528 (12 months, $44) for something I Cant use. I made the mistake of calling and the outsourced customer service rep literally REFUSED to cancel as I couldnt get an email at the address I used when I signed up because it was a work email I no longer have. I gave him my order number, CAC0-965A, and delivery info and he tried to put me on a long enough hold to make me give up. He then came back and said he can only do it by speaking to my wife. This is a scam, and I am disputing all 12 charges with my CC company.Peloton

Bought a Peloton for ****. Two days after it was delivered, The Peloton store on Amazon had a Prime Day deal of ****. This is a 300 dollar difference for something that arrived within 48 hours of this price change. Peloton has a price match protocol, but refused to refund the difference on this, passing the buck to Amazon as it being their deal, despite it being on the Official Peloton Store page on Amazon. This is dishonest and quite frankly ridiculous, especially when considering Peloton has a 100% return policy, so time and money is completely wasted on me returning and repurchasing. The cost to their company is more than the price difference they are refusing to honor.Peloton

Very poor customer service and unacceptable resolution to defective bike seat post recall issue. My Peloton was model impacted by bike seat post recall which advised on May 11, 2023 to immediately stop using due to safety hazard. When I called on May 15 to ask about delivery of replacement part, I was told I would be in priority group 1 due to my and my husbands height (62 and 511). As of June 28, have still not received it. Follow up emails and calls made. On June 27, told part may possibly arrive mid July. Friends who are not in priority group 1 have already received replacement. No explanation and this is unacceptable handling of a serious recall issue.Peloton

We purchased a Peloton Bike + and shortly after the bike did not have any tension., We contacted and paid for a service contract for our Peloton- and we have received nothing but a run around. In fact, if I could give 0 stars for the customer service I've received I would. It has been over "over 5 business days" and we have had to contact them to see the status and to see when we could schedule someone to check the bike out. This is unacceptable expecially because the service has already been paid for. #havingsecoondthoughtsaboutpeloton.Peloton
