      Can not get repair done! We have done everything , even two emails confirming the date, stay home waiting and no show!! Never I have been so disappointed in a company! I wish I had never bought the bike+ we bought the parts three months ago and still waiting!!!! I will never recommend this company!

      Called customer service today. Haven't been online for my classes for approximately one year. Couldn't figure out how to log in and customer service was able to help me but said my membership was only good for the app. I have been using my laptop to attend classes but now apparently have to use my phone. I was not aware of this change and immediately canceled my subscription. This is the second time I have had a problem with Peloton. While the customer service personnel were nice, I still have a huge problem with the company. I would rate this company a zero at best but have to choose a one star.

We apologise for any miscommunication you may have received - our App Membership, and the classes within it, are able to be accessed from any internet connected device so you can workout any time and any place that works best for you and your lifestyle. While our mobile App is a great way to access these classes, you can also find them online on our website. As long as you are logged into an account that has a Membership attached, you can take all of the same classes from a web browser.       Terrible customer service! I had an issue that I called about on Tuesday the 13th and was told someone will reach out to me within ***** hours. I called again 48 hours later because no one had reached out to me. Then they tell me that my case has been escalated and to wait another ***** hours. I call again and was told them same thing again. I went through 6 different customer reps ALL telling me the same thing. I finally called back again Friday the 23, 10 days later (240Hours later) just to be put on hold for an entire hour as if something was being resolved. Never checked back in to tell me sorry for the wait, literally just played elevator music for an hour straight! I hung up and called AGAIN. Finally I was lucky enough to have someone answer who knew how to actually do their job. She proceeded to tell me that they havent been sending my case information to the correct department this entire time! It took me about 5/6 different reps for someone to finally be transparent with me and get me where I needed to be. I asked to speak to whoever is in charge and couldnt for whatever reason so my only way to help better this situation so it doesnt happen again is to leave this review. The Pelotons are great but the customer service has to be by far the worst experience Ive ever had dealing with customer service. Good luck if you ever need Pelotons customer rep. *********** I wish I could give them a (-) star review !

      Worst experience ever with customer service! We returned a tread+ under the **** recall and every agent tells me the refund is being processed but still nothing 3 months later. Waiting this long for almost $4k is crazy!

      Nightmare of an experience. Purchased the bike in November with a package that included shoes and weights. Received the bike, but the shoes were delayed with no ETA. I ended up buying my own shoes So I could start to actually use the bike. Turns out the tablet was faulty. They ordered a new tablet in which I needed to wait for to be delivered. I had to wait for the tablet to be delivered before the next step of them scheduling a tech person to come out and install the tablet. All of this time Im not able to use the bike, I had to tip the install guy and he didnt take the old tablet with him. Once again, had to reach out to Peloton, which is a painful experience being hung up on, disconnected, on hold for hours, dropped off of chat, etc. They emailed me a return label which I then needed to , bring the tablet to ****** which was extremely inconvenient. Finally able to start using the bike and there is an issue with clicking each turn of the wheel. Turns out the bike itself is faulty. Now I need to reschedule delivery to come drop a new bike and take the old bike. This is my time taken out of work to do this. And, 2 more delivery people to tip. The delivery people set up the bike completely uneven on all sides and tablet is off center. This has been months now of nonstop issues in which *** never been able to consistently use the bike. Im so deeply disappointed with the entire experience. Sending bike back. Learn from my experience and do not purchase a peloton. The customer service is the worst. The time spent talking to different people and being disconnected and having to re-explain was so upsetting and frustrating.

      My tread worked great for sometime until the warranty expired. Started hearing noises so I paid $150 to have a technician come out who listened to it and said something was inside the belt and it needed to come off to be cleaned out. I called peloton and they said they could not clean it but I could replace the belt for a little over $1000. So I asked to pay to have it moved to the trash since I couldnt afford that. They said I could pay to have it dissembled but they could not move it I had to. So I asked if I am 53 183lbs can I move it on my ownthey couldnt answer that. My heart is soar, I really loved my tread mill and paid it in full less than a year. ************ me put it in the trash would not have been too much trouble.

      Don't buy Peleton. I bought one brand new in order to avoid any issue with buyng a used one. In the 13 months I've owned it, I had problems with either the pedal axle or flywheel. The flywheel was replaced after months of requesting that repair. They never fixed the axle because the subcontractor repair guy did not have the proper repayment parts. I attempted to contact ******* by phone. That's a joke. There is no one that answers that ghost phone. After several emails my 1 year warranty expired. They had the audacity to offer an extended warranty. I now know why there are so many used Peletons for sale. It's not because they were bought during Covid. It's a piece of s*** bike. Zero customer service! Buy the Proform bike at ****** and save yourself over a thousand dollars. Trust me when I say this. If you buy a Peleon ... good luck. Your on your own.

      We purchased a peloton tread in march 2023. In September we moved across the country. We paid peloton for a proper disassembly at our first location and then an assembly at our new location. Each time was about $200. At our new location, the assembly was not properly done. The handbars are wobbly and led to my husband falling off the tread. We called peloton to schedule a repair and the company they contract with failed to show up 4 times. Each time they would schedule and then simply not show up. We would then reach out and they would ask to reschedule. We contacted peloton with this issue and was told it was the only company available which is the same company that didn't assemble it properly in the first place. We are beyond frustrated with the lack of customer service after spending over 3k on a treadmill. We are unable to use it as it's unsafe.

      If I could give ZERO stars I would. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a pelaton over a month ago. I had a scheduled delivery date, took of of work because they only offer Monday through Friday deliveries, and without notice they cancelled **********. They never sent my pelaton to the delivery service and no one contacted me to let me know. I rescheduled a second time two weeks in advance. Again, I took off of work, lost out on income, and they cancelled without warning. The only reason I knew they cancelled the delivery was because I went on the app and saw need to be rescheduled when I called they said its because ******* never sent the item for the delivery company to send to me yet again. This is outrageous!! When I call pelaton they say they will reschedule and the whole thing happens again and again. This is absolutely unacceptable. Pelaton DO BETTER

      I ordered a Peloton Bike and waited 4 1/2 hours for the delivery and no one showed up - no phone call or notification. *** called **************** several times and was told aa supervisor would return my call (which was promised to be 24 hours) a week later. Am now being told it will now take an additional 3 weeks to get my bike. They blame the delay of their 3rd party vendor, *************. **************** is horrible, response time is horrible, and you cant believe anything they tell you is truthful.
