      I purchased a coat from Michael Kors on November 30. This jacket is machine washable (screenshot of care instructions uploaded). I washed the jacket for the first time on January 20. It completely fell apart, resulting in down all over. I reached out to them for a replacement or refund. The same jacket is now on sale for even less than what I paid. They said that they would not refund or replace. I posted a review of the jacket on their website and even though I received a confirmation of them receiving the review, it has still not been publicly posted. This was clearly a manufacturing defect as the coat was labeled as machine washable but fell apart on the first wash.

      I placed an order for a handbag for ny wife. I received a confirmation email. 4 days later, I received an email canceling my order saying the item was out of stock despite them having charged my credit card four days prior. The email said it would take 7-10 to refund my money. I called customer service and they explained their process which was unclear. I asked to speak to supervisor and was transferred to a man named *******, who claimed to be a supervisor but was insistent that I sign up to receive a $100 promotional card that was free, aside from a $1.95 initialization charge. I repeatedly told him I was not interested. He said I get paid by the hour intimating that he could keep asking me for my information and continue to ignore my requests to deal with the matter at hand. He refused to transfer me to a supervisor. This is absolutely unacceptable as a business practice and for a company owned by a fortune 500 company, I expect better.

      So I reaching out to Michael Kors about an order I place on January 9th 2025 stating to them my order say delivered but didnt see any order Michael kors live agent told me my account is set to be fraudulent by there system so they can escalate me a refund or a replacement and they apologized for the inconvenience this doofus my problem cause I have to pay for orders I didnt receive and total amount I spend on that Order is $602.74 thank you

      I placed an order for a wallet for my fianc's birthday. After waiting a few days past delivered date. I reached out to customer support regarding the item cause I've yet to receive or locate it. Being this was a birthday present for a birthday that was the ************** I asked just to be refunded back to original payment method being the birthday had passed. They informed me that they've flagged my account as fraudulent and would not issue a refund. After further review I looked at *** delivery photo and its a blurred photo and doesnt seem to even resemble my door or porch for that matter. I've already informed the company that I would not be ordering from them anymore due to the fact the this is the 2nd time in 3 months I've ordered from them and have not received what I ordered. It's not the customers fault that delivery can't make it to the correct location but yet they want me to just swallow almost 100$ loss. That's just unacceptable to me. If their proof of delivery photo was clear or had my address in the photo I could see this being a problem however the picture is a blur there's no house number in the photo if there was I couldn't see it because of it being blurred. Please help. Attached a screen shot of *** photo.

      Good Afternoon, in my attempt to make a purchase from the qualified items as part of the Save an Extra 40% on already-reduced styles during the End of Season Same, the item, or any item I add to the cart is not reducing. Believing I need a promo code, I called **************** and spoke with an agent name *****. ***** stated the items are already discounted, so there is no additional 40%. When I referred her to the website and the terms and conditions, is clearly states to Enjoy an additional 40% off select already-reduced products. ***** went on to tell me that still does apply and the best she could provide is 10% off for a 1st order. Ill not looking for a handout, just to have the promotion as advertised honored.

      I ordered a bag from ********* and was notified that *** could not deliver to a po number that is actually within a postal outlet. I do not have an alternate address and advised MK. they told me to reach out to ***, I did and asked *** to return to sender. *** replied and said MK does not allow this. I'm getting a total *** around and simply want my money refunded. MK is absolutely impossible to deal with

      On ORDER DATE: 12/03/2024 ORDER #********** I ordered a pair of gloves for a TOTAL of $67.38. On 12/18/2024, I returned the gloves because they were too big to the Michael Kors store at ********* in **************. The associate stated that he would need to ship the gloves back and I would have to wait for my refund to be processed because he couldn't process the refund. I did not receive an email until 12/27/2024, stating that Michael Kors had received the gloves, and they were processing my refund. I still do not have my refund. I would like to get my refund as soon as possible. It should not take this long. Furthermore, if you have a brick and mortar, they should be able to process returns and refunds.

      Subject: Ongoing Issue with Backstage VIP Upgrade and Uncredited Points Dear Michael Kors **************** Team,I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding my Michael Kors Backstage VIP account. Since December 2, I have been persistently following up on this matter, only to be repeatedly given vague assurances without any resolution.I have met all the eligibility criteria for the VIP upgrade but have yet to see it reflected in my account. Despite your promised turnaround time of 24 hours, each time I call, I am informed there is no update and am told to wait further. It has now been 25 days since I initiated my request, and I am deeply disappointed by the lack of action on your end.Adding to my frustration, I made an additional purchase of $77.88 on December 26, for which I was assured that 779 points would be added to my account within 24 hours. However, as of today, these points remain uncredited. Furthermore, I submitted a review on December 26 to earn 50 points, which have also not been credited to my account.I have invested close to $500 with your brand, only to be met with repeated delays, unfulfilled promises, and a lack of accountability from your team. Each time I reach out, I am dismissed without any concrete resolution.I kindly request that you:Upgrade my account to Backstage VIP status ****************** the missing 779 points from my December 26 *************** the 50 points earned for my submitted review.Provide a compensation for the delays and measures being taken to ensure this does not happen again.If these issues are not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter to higher authorities, including filing a formal complaint with relevant consumer protection agencies.

      i purchased a michael kors coat over a year ago paid over ****** for this item which i expect to get my moneys worth the coats material started wearing quickly and created a slight hole, i have reached out to the company many times expecting some type of warranty ***lacement and sent pictures of the coat in full view as requested, every time i call in i receive a different customer *** and they keep ***eating the process to send pictures again, this is not the way to treat customers

      I purchased a purse there. The only one left was one on the sales floor. It was a Christmas present that I picked out. My husband was in the process of wrapping it when I decided it wasn't the purse I wanted. He attempted to return it on 12/11/24 with the receipt. They would not take it back staying that the price tag had to accompany the return. He called the store manager that night and was told to return it the next day if he could find the price tag. He found it and returned it again with the price tag and the receipt and drove back there again. This time they told him it couldn't be returned because the price tags wasn't attached to the purse. They showed him a tiny little sign that could not be read even with reading glasses that supposedly stated that yet the store manager never mentioned that when he spoke to her on the phone nor does it state that on the receipt? They also said the purse had been used which is TOTALLY FALSE. The purse never left the bag other than to wrap it as my present. It was as if they kept coming up with one excuse after another so as not to serve the customer and accept the return of this Christmas present. My wife bought a Kors purse on line 12/11 after the manager we spoke to on the phone told us to return it with the tags and the receipt. This place is a total SCAM! The purse was returned with the receipt and price tag as instructed by their manager and it was never used and in the same condition as was purchased on 11/16/24. My wife has purchased 6 purses and a wallet from this store in the last year and you would think they would show her some courtesy and respect as a regular customer and accept the return so she could buy the purse she wants (purse #7). Unbelievably poor business practice and total SCAM merchant. I expect a refund on the credit card I charged it on and an apology for the insult.
